For a $400+ bill for myself and my 3 kids, I def expected way better quality, actual warm food and not have to wait a combined time of over an hour for service. It was also my son's birthday, and he found the experience very disappointing and said he never wants to go back. When we booked we said it was a birthday, we mentioned it was his birthday and the server didnt even say happy birthday to him.
