I'll start off by saying that Jamie our server did a fabulous job One thing that red lobster has going for them is the cheddar biscuits are very consistent So the crab and shrimp linguine turned out great The 1 pound of snow crab legs were fine. I'm just not a big fan of snow crab too much work for the amount to meat you get the fried potatoes that came with it were really good. If they would add king crab to the menu, I'd be there on a regular basis The so-called butter and Old Bay seasoning tasted nasty. Not sure if it was real butter. Although I did ask for just some plain butter to be brought out which was a major improvement Not sure what they make their margaritas with, but it was nasty. I sent it back and got a Coke instead. I had the ultimate feast and it was delicious! Alongside with the food I was handed gloves and an apron. The lobster was excellent as well as the crab legs. The garlic shrimp and fried shrimp were both delicious as usual, and as normally I drowned everything in butter sauce. The restaurant itself has dimmed lights and a warm and welcoming environment. My family and I went to red lobster 6-14-2026 we arrive about 315 pm. We e were greeted by our server where she took our drink orders and asked about appetizers, all while feeling like we were rushed as she walked away I asked for stuffed mushrooms for an appetize. 20 minutes go by still no drinks but 2 other tables had artived and she was droppbig drinks to their tables, she proceeded to tell us she threw out ticke away by mistake while at our table found said ticket with drink orders in it and would be back with our drink! Another 5-10 minutes she drops off drink. it's been about 45 minutes and I still don't have the margarita I ordered we've got our appetizers and she is starting to take out food order! One of the members of my family was undecided on their order she took all of our menus allays she would be back to get his order! She has walked past our table several times at this point when we let her know we were ready! She acted irritated and Like we were inconveniencing her when letting her know. By now I've been to the bar requesting my drink with the manager amber! Amber was great ! it's now been close to an hour and 45 minutes and we still have no food! let me remind you it wasn't busy by any means I am a server myself and can understand alot with common sense but she our said server was on top of her other tables even the ones that came significantly after us. By close to 2 hours our good finally arrive. we ate very unhappy and unsatisfied with the interactions with our server to the service! From the very point of entering the restaurant we were treated very nice. Our waitress was very personable. When my daughter's steak came out more rare than she liked. Can I post -5 stars? First of all we were seated right away, cool, but 1.5 hrs later we got our food, we didn't see our waitress more than 4 times total. We were not informed that we could get a side too if we chose to order a side salad (because you paid for it anyways). We ordered 2 rounds of orders of unlimited shrimp, yet we were there for 2.5 hrs! The waitress cleared our table and we had to ask management half an hour later for our ticket! The manager checked us out at the bar (because we got tired of waiting for our "waitress") the manager charged my dads card the whole table's amount when he handed him a separated ticket, then the manager argued with my dad saying my dad handed him the ticket for $248. We walked in to find it not to busy at all pretty quiet, we stood there probably a good 10 mins before anybody would come up to the front to greet us, when someone finally did they found lady was very rude and had an attitude, didn't ask anything just took menus and walked away and expected us to walk with her. She took us to a table and threw the menus on the table and walked away. Our waitress was the kindest most accommodating waitress but unfortunately that was the good & positive part of this red lobster experience. The food presentation had a wow factor. We ordered their seafood combo that included a lobster tail, scallops, shrimp scampi & large fried shrimp. Dinner entree as I recall is $42 per person. Entree is served with rice & broccoli. I noticed while eating that rice & broccoli were extremely salty. After swallowing more food I started to notice that not only an excessive amount of salt was used in preparation of this dinner but I started to taste a chemical of some kind was used. Sure enough by the time 30 to 45 minutes went by I was desperate for water & my hands & ankles were swollen. I had to drink 34 oz of water because not only was I swollen but I was getting dizzy & the chemical taste in my mouth was intense. Attention manager: stop using that harsh chemical you are directing your food preparer to use. You unintentionally might kill someone. And who in their right mind would add a chemical to a $42 dish? If you are going to continue to use a harsh chemical you need to tell people by including a note on your menu or instructing the wait staff to tell the clientele before someone gets hurt. A $42 entree should be freshly cooked. The entree was obviously not made fresh the same day. It's the illusion of fresh by using a chemical that could have landed me in the hospital. read more

We drove up to Billings from Greybull just to make a run to the nearby BIG box store. Finding a Red Lobster practically in the parking lot was a nice bonus to the trip. Ate with a group of friends on a Friday evening. Everyone at the table was happy with the food. Both my wife and I had the surf and turf, me with lobster and her with shrimp. Steak was cooked just as ordered for both of us. The service I would say was outstanding. We had an issue with one dish, the waiter who delivered the food, saw it right away, and the dish was re-done. Red Lobster has free, ample parking that gets really crowded at dinner time. We went a little early for dinner that evening so parking wasn't an issue. Upon arrival we were seated rather quickly where our friendly server greeted us and took our drink order. We ordered and enjoyed our drinks and meals. While eating, we noticed the floor had not been vacuumed recently. They sat us next to the door to the right of the building. I don't know what was outside those doors but what really irritated us was the amount of flies we kept having to stay away while we were eating. I have eaten at several Red Lobster locations throughout the country and generally speaking they are all fairly similar in quality. We had a online coupon for a free appetizer that we wanted to apply the use for the lobster artichoke seafood dip. The waitress was a bit unfamiliar with how those worked, but a quick visit by the Supervisor (Amber) and it was handled easily. The rest of the experience was on par for what was expected. The only real disappointment was with the size of the lobster tail on one of the high-line dinners. It was a relatively small almost as if it was a slipper lobster. The hostess was friendly, however the wait staff was vacuuming around our dining table while we were sitting there. Had the grilled chicken sandwich. The bun was soggy, the bottom part worse. The tomatoes were small and under ripe. The chicken was tiny and rubbery. Yes, it is gross... I mean, I'm apologize if you love Red Lobster (or Olive Garden for that matter), but the food is gross. It is too salty, too greasy and, usually, to far from water to be serving seafood. However, I have to hand it to good ol' Montana for blowing the service out of the water.
