Newly refurbished, tasty food, quick service - great date spot or brunch space for close friends. Love their Poke bowl and sandwiches. Would definitely recommend!

Great food, service, ambiance. Sat at the bar and read my book. My receipt didn't have the bartenders name listed, but she was very nice. Had a hard time picking what to order because everything sounded good. I got an iced tea, burrata app that came with blueberries and blueberry balsamic glaze. Wish I would've taken a picture but I was too hungry. I ordered the airplane chicken which was amazing. My pet peeve is when restaurants don't give enough sauce to complement an entree and they definitely delivered! Would for sure go back!

Stopped by for dinner after hearing they had a new chef. Wow! What a great meal! Vegetarian friends don't be put off by their menu, there is always a vegetarian option and best part is it changes so always something different to experience. Great spot and even though it's winter the patio is a great spot for warmer months. Excited for another night out and to see what Chef Megan has in store.

    Charcuterie dessert (s'more)

Just come for dessert. My parents took my husband and I out to dinner at the Granary. Our server, Kim was very friendly and has a great laugh. She gave us great service and her fun personality just shined. My husband and Dad ordered the Paella, which was just ok. It didn't have much flavor and only a few pieces of seafood. I ordered the Nicois salad, which was brought to me without the ahi tuna - the kitchen staff let me know this was her mistake & that she would get my tuna out right away (which she did). My salad also seemed to be missing the dressing on it so just didn't quite taste right. Mom had the Louis salad, which she enjoyed. We ordered a nice Pinot Grizzio, which went well with all our entrees. Our server Kim ordered bread to be delivered to our table, but the kitchen did not bring it so she gave us a dessert on the house due to the serving errors. We had what I would call a s'mores charcuterie, which was more than enough for all four of us to share. The dessert was home made fluff served with graham crackers, Oreo crumbles and white & choc. chips. It was delicious & one of the most creative dessert I've ever had. There is definitely room for improvement on the food. The prices are far too expensive for what you get & flavor of the food (with the exception of our dessert). Kim gets four stars for service and the rest of the staff was friendly. I enjoyed looking at all the old of photos on the walls and liked the ambiance. Just come for dessert & a drink.

Great apps--the hoisin chicken flatbread was brilliant. And the pasta of the night was awesome, rich sauce, sugar snap peas, chicken. Bombs of taste and very filling. The steak wedge salad was fresh, crisp, and prepared totally right. It was a crazed Friday night but our server hung in there and did a fine job.

We started with the octopus appetizer and a gluten-free pita. The pita seemed more like a basic gluten-free pizza crust than traditional pita, but that was a minor point because the muhammara was excellent and the pita/crust worked really well with the octopus. They also did a good job accommodating gluten-free needs throughout the meal, via a dedicated gluten-free menu. For dinner, I had the stuffed pork chop, which had a somewhat Greek-inspired preparation. It was served over orzo and stuffed with feta and olives. Really flavorful, well executed, and a more interesting preparation than the typical pork chop. My wife had the duck and enjoyed it as well. We paired dinner with a bottle of Nebbiolo. Their overall wine selection was solid. The atmosphere was comfortable and polished without being overly formal, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Good food, interesting menu, nice atmosphere, and strong service.

Billings, Montana…read more September 2026 You walk in and the dining room is off to the left and the bar and more dining off to the right. They also have outdoor seating. The chips are crispy and fresh. They would be perfect if they had some salt and served warm. You get a large bowl of salsa that is delicious and a side dish of Saltera sauce which is like a blanco cream. I ordered the Suiza chicken enchiladas. Comes with shredded chicken queso or red sauce, beans and rice. Four minutes after the waitress took our order our food was at the table. I appreciate the efficiency, but I would like to feel like I am at a restaurant, not a walk up fast food. Enchiladas are good. But there is no cheese on the enchiladas just the queso sauce. The chicken has good flavor, but is dry. Very dry. My husband had the beef enchiladas and said they were moist and good flavor. The black beans and the rice have a very smoky taste. Good but smoky. The presentation is very nice. You have dark colored oval plates that are filled from side to side. The enchiladas come with a plastic ramekin of sour cream. I don't dislike the food. I would give the food a 3.7 out of five because the chicken was dry and that was my main dish. I love the atmosphere. And the cleanliness is impeccable. We are sitting in a booth in the bar area by the windows to the outdoor seating. It is an odd shape corner table. Seems cozy, but after sitting here you find there is no place to put your feet. So it makes it extremely uncomfortable. Overall, I would give this place four stars. The booth was uncomfortable. I didn't like how my food came so quickly. So you lost points there. But the friendliness, the chips and salsa, and the atmosphere was worth keeping the stars higher. I would try this place again.

Both serve AMAZING prime rib. But tonight we thought, "You know what? Let's branch out. Let's try the Windmill again! It was GREAT a few years ago!" That was our first mistake. We didn't have reservations and they were packed, so we sat in a booth on the bar side. Fair enough. Busy restaurant, Saturday night vibes, whatever. We can be patient. Ten minutes go by before we get WATER. Another ten minutes before anyone comes over to take our drink and food order. Then we wait. And wait. And WAIT. Nearly an HOUR later, our food finally arrived. At this point I assumed they had gone out back, located the cow, negotiated the terms of its surrender, processed it, and THEN started cooking our dinner. Surely after an hour, this prime rib was going to absolutely SLAP. Friends. It did not slap. It barely tapped. I ordered the prime rib, but what arrived tasted like a ham steak wearing a fake mustache trying to sneak into the beef section. The texture was bizarre. The flavor was bizarre. The entire thing was having an identity crisis. I kept looking at it like, "Sir... are you SURE you're prime rib?" Meanwhile, my son ordered the "Prime Top Cut Sirloin." Apparently "top cut" means they launch it directly into the sun and wait for it to return. That poor steak was BURNT on the outside and tough. I'm pretty sure if we'd had another 20 minutes, we could've attached a handle to it and used it as a cutting board. Look, I understand busy restaurants. I understand slow service. I understand kitchens getting backed up. But after nearly an hour, I expected a prime rib so magnificent that angels would descend from Heaven carrying au jus. Instead, I got a ham impersonator and my son got a roofing shingle. We came for prime rib. We left with questions. SO. MANY. QUESTIONS. The Windmill we remembered from a few years ago was GREAT. Whatever happened tonight was an entirely different cinematic universe. Prime rib: currently experiencing an identity crisis. Sirloin: cremated. Wait time: long enough to reconsider every decision that brought us here. That cow deserved a better ending. And after waiting almost an hour, SO DID WE. Next time I'll drive the extra couple of miles for a few More ounces and a well deserved Food coma.. That is all.
