So this is a nostalgic one for me. Fudrucker's was one of my sister's favorite restaurants growing up and I hadn't been to one in probably 20 years. But when I walked in the door, it was exactly like I remembered. We ordered burgers and fries because that's what you get at Fuddruckers and it was a decent burger. It's not anything that's gonna rock your world. But it is nice to have the selection of sauces and toppings that you can put on yourself. If you're an extra pickles type of person or can't stand onions, Fuddruckers is a good option for you. Wheelchair accessibility: there's a double entry door to this particular location, but no step or bump up through either threshold, the tables are a little bit tight, but there's plenty with good access to and from travel lanes and the bathroom door was a little bit heavy and a little bit tight for turning radius, but other than that worked fine for a medium sized powered chair. There's plenty of parking with accessible parking close by. The self service counters are a little bit high and so if you're in a smaller chair or a smaller human, you might require some assistance read more

We ordered on aug 2 2025 at 429pm and as of 453 still didnt have our order. We ordered 2 cheeseburger meals. That was it. And I went upmto lady handing food out and asked about our order and she said it was being made now. 2 mins later our order was ready. My meal had tiny fries while my husband had big fries. And then the girl who was handing out meals had gloves on but we kept watching her pull her phone out and text and then put her phone away and again handle food without changing her gloves. We drove all the way from three forks just for fuddruckers and this is the crappy service we get. Your company can do better and make people change gloves and the bad thing is they weren't even busy. Well, I was pleased as punch when this place showed up as open. I thought they had all closed around the United States but I guess not? Anyway, I saw their sign off the freeway and I had to have dinner there. I thought I would never get a chance to eat at a Fuddruckers again at one time. Service was very friendly, restaurant was clean and very well organized. They get five stars just because it was all good and you just definitely get the Fuddruckers experience. Friendly employees definitely make a difference and they had all the good things you expect from a Fuddruckers like the jalapeno melted cheese as well as all of the toppings you want to put on your burger. Very happy to have experienced this considering I don't know of any other ones that are open. read more

Now read this! Where did quality go!!! Had high hopes for a char broil burger medium well! What I received was a near raw burnt ! Fish and chips tasted of old oil and fish put back in the freezer too many times! Onion rings tasted of some sort of cleaner. I think they need a quality control. read more

It's been 4+ years since we've been able to go to a Fuddrucker's since they closed them all down near us. What a wonderful surprise to see one directly across from our hotel! Long out of Salt Lake, was in need for something fairly fast and saw this and reasoned I hadn't been to one of these in quite a while and was probably due...that and my wife didn't want to hit up Qdoba again for the third time on the same trip. So, me, thinking of the extensive bar in Salt Lake that had bacon and mushrooms and more stuff to throw on a burger than I can easily recount, took us here, where I promptly saw a buffalo burger, which I also hadn't had in a while, and went with that. She had a fish and chips, which was...politely, I say it, questionable. My burger was a bit better. I should have gotten one of the so-called "world's greatest hamburgers" instead of a just ok buffalo burger, but the jalapeno cheese sauce I will say was a nice touch. The add-ons to the burgers has either changed completely or is just different for this place, but now if you want mushrooms and burgers, evidently you have to order the burger that way. And cheese also. Drink selection is also awful here, borderline shameful, unless a burger and beer is more your style. I do like me a burger and beer like anyone else, but not always when I'm driving in an unfamiliar city and the fountain choices were so minuscule, I had to go with water. Not pleased with that. The wedge fries, before I forget, were also good and were probably the best thing I had. Feel free to peruse my other reviews (in my Burger Rain collection) where fries are the best thing about a burger place, if you want more of my thoughts on that. Before I drop off here, I should also mention the oddness of the interior. There is tons and I do mean tons of stuff mounted on the walls and ceilings here, including an upside-down canoe, state license plates from various locales and enough musical bric-a-brac to rival a Hard Rock Café (which this maybe used to be?). There were also scattered video games and strangely, a separate counter (on the way out and removed from the initial ordering counter) for various dessert items, which I still find puzzling. I would probably consider this place again, but it was a bit annoying that all the stuff wasn't just right there. Ah well, will know better for next time...if there is one. read more

On our road trip to Glacier National Park we were pleasantly surprised to see there was a Fudruckers. We haven't been to one in a long time because they've closed in our area. It did not disappoint! Came in the area from out of town. Was looking forward to a $40 order and drove a 30 minute round trip from the hotel to pickup the order. Nobody explained that your were supposed to add all the condements during ordering. Burger was cooked the wrong temperature, and was even missing cheese. Called to complained and all they were willing to do was keep repeating "Well,that's the way it is." Poorest service I have received from any place I've eaten so far. I couldn't wait to come here since I have not had Fudruckers in years! The service was good. The cleanliness and food however, a different story. My memory of Fudruckers is the juiciest chicken sandwich ever but, this one was very dry. The place was messy, rugs were dirty, and the decor on the side room is bad. Another great memory of the ones in LA, is the cool memorabilia and decorations but instead, it was just a big room with tables & chairs. I had the buffalo burger, which was very yummy. However, it took more than 20 minutes to get my burger, but my companion got his earlier and was just about finished by the time I sat down. My shake came even later than that, and wasn't very good. I was pretty disappointed. Also, rather than charging me for the combo, the cashier charged me for the individual pieces, which was more expensive. Boo. read more

We go here for lunch and we arrive early. In fact, usually when we arrive there's nobody in line and very few people dining in the restaurant. Our order was taken promptly and it's a tad expensive but if you "share" a side like the onion rings there's still plenty of food and you can cut the costs back a little. My father had the steak sandwich and gave me a bite and it was wonderful. I highly recommend this. I ordered a 1/3 lb burger and it was cooked to perfection. The buns are cooked on site and are soft and delicious. The order of onion rings was wonderful also and was too much for two of us to eat so keep that in mind. LOVE fuddrucker's. My family used to go there every saturday for lunch for like 10 years, and when we started it would only cost $7.50 for all 4 of us. It's a little more expensive now, but goddamn do they make some tasty burgers. They bake the buns right there on the premises, and I've honestly never had any that were as good anywhere else. Make sure you eat the fuddrucker's cheese sauce (out of the black iron kettle), not the fake ortega stuff in the white dispensers on either side. I was brought up on that stuff. Then you can have a milkshake or ice cream for dessert. Classic. Fuddrucker's can't be beat for burgers, fries, and shakes in billings, no way, no how. read more

Very nice building, great location, nice salespeople, and as is usual for Fuddruckers, excellent food. I always love their buns, they are fresh. The meat, well, you can tell it is fresh and they have great options to choose from (buffalo, beef, etc). You can select the size of the patty and how well or not well you want it cooked. The fries and onion rings are always good. The coke machine is the computerizer R2D2 type thing, which offers a million and one options. Very flexible and fun to use, once you figure it out. Their condiment bar is one the strengths. They have fresh everything over there, jalapenos, pickles of differing kinds, fresh tomatoes, and so on. You get to pile on all of what you want. They also have various sauces, like A1, some special ones they make that are like jalapeno catsup, and so forth. I think Fuddruckers is one of the best overall burgers one can get. Big sloppy juicy tasty burger. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. read more

Compared to other hamburger places I like ( and other Fuddruckers ) this one is just : Ok Do not get me wrong but I would be hopeful it was just my visit. Service is fairly moot here : order food under big sign " Order " . . . pick up food at sign " Pick Up ". Normally I enjoy a nice big burger but this one was just a little off. A little overdone . . . maybe . . . not as tastie at they have been in the past : yep . . . it was good but not the quality I have come to expect from Fuddruckers.
