I could never make food this delicious, so for us this was a no brainer. I am spending less time in the kitchen than ever, my grocery runs are small and quick, and we have a selection of delicious soups, entrees, sides and vegetables on hand. We divide the food into ziplock freezer bags, lay them flat in the freezer, and then break off a chunk when we want to eat it. Whether we reheat it in the microwave or the oven, from the fridge or frozen, everything heats up perfectly and the meat is still tender. We appreciate Chef Mazerine's commitment to healthy cooking, and she goes to great lengths to source local, healthy foods. As a master Chef she has great efficiency, we get our orders impossibly fast, and they're so fresh that they're often still warm. You may not think that a personal chef / private chef is in your budget. But you can stretch your budget farther when a professional does all the sourcing, meal planning and preparation.
