Love love LOVE this concept! Daniela and her partner came in, re-cleaned my kitchen, then went to work! We got little tid bits of info on ingredients and Italy with every course. There was sooo much leftover. It was such a nice relaxing night in and a great alternative to going out to dinner. We had two couples this time... would love to get a bigger group together and make a big night of it! And when they left, my kitchen was spotless like no one had been here. We hosted a pasta party at our home last night! Daniela was so easy to work with and she made the process so simple and enjoyable! She is a professional in every way. She is very knowledgeable about Italian food and helped to show us ways to use healthier ingredients from the store to make our own dishes better. Last weekend my fiancé and I hosted a couples cooking party. We invited 5 other couples and everyone had a great time. From planning to clean up Daniela is a true professional and great cook. For those not familiar with the process you can start planning your menu on the Cucinamore website where Daniela has some suggestions. She is very flexible and will work with you if you'd like customize the meal. There is a price per person based on the menu selected. Daniela arrives at your home a little before guests arrive with all the ingredients, pots/pans and the recipes to share. When guests arrive she will begin to cook and the guests can be as little or as much involved as they'd like. The food is served family style as it is ready. We made crostini Gorgonzola, shrimp and asparagus risotto and a chicken scaloppine. There was literally not a morsel of food left. After the last entree Daniela cleaned her pots/pans and left. As the host all you need to do is provide drinks, dessert and plates/utensils. Daniela is from Italy and very pleasant to interact with. Everyone really enjoyed watching her cook and eating the food. I do not believe you could go out to a restaurant and spend less eating a comparable 3 course meal. I would highly recommend Cucinamore. It was a unique and memorable experience. read more

I hosted a Cucinamore party at my home last weekend for a "Girl's night in". I selected a pasta making party, where Daniela showed us how to make pasta from scratch. My friends had so much fun! Dani has a way of explaining her cooking techniques that makes easy sense, and I feel confident I can replicate what we learned on my own. She shared several tips/tricks that we found very useful. Everything we made was delicious! She brought everything with her (pots, pans, tools, ingredients). After everyone left, I realized my kitchen was clean and I didn't have any post-party cleanup, which was wonderful (and a rare treat after a party at my house)! The evening was filled with lots of laughs and delicious pasta. She even emailed us all the recipes the next day. I have attended two Cucinamore cooking parties and absolutely love them! I cook quite a bit in my home for my family of 5, but after learning from Daniela some really super tips, I feel even more confident in the kitchen! Whether it's learning how to properly use saffron, or that making homemade pasta is actually simple, or just discovering how to chop vegetables with the least amount of effort and mess, I have taken away so much from these parties! Oh! AND, I learned how to properly reduce wine when used with cooking! The interaction is SO fun also! As an attendee, you can choose to engage and help prepare, or mingle and chat with other guests. Last weekend, we hired Cucinamore, LLC to throw a dinner party with friends. It was such a unique idea, which I heard about when the host/chef did a similar party as a private event at a winery. We were so impressed, that we scooped her up to come out to one of the couple's houses and teach us how to cook real Italian food. There were 4 couples, and plenty of instruction, chit chat and yummy food to go around. Dani is very engaging, witty and of course a great cook! She entertained us, and gave us plenty of ideas of how to change or expand the recipes she was teaching us. We made 3 courses- an appetizer, pasta course (homemade, yum!) and finally a meat course, which in our case was shrimp. We had a blast and definitely learned about cooking, while catching up with friends we don't get to see all the time. If you're looking for a fun dinner party idea that gets people up and involved, this is it. Between us we helped roll out pasta, prep the various ingredients, taste test and all around have a blast. It's not a full meal, but we left full, so it's a good deal and a good value, and I already can't wait to do it again!! read more
