Despite being reassured they would take them seriously, and their food would be safe to eat, dinner was delivered with a salad that had crushed walnuts on top and orzo pasta that had pine nuts pesto (which we were only told about after contacting to complain about the walnuts). This could have been a fatal mistake on their part and we were lucky our nut-allergic son did not eat the food. Upon finding the allergens we promptly threw the food away and questioned the safety of the other dishes. This celebratory event could have turned tragic in a heartbeat and I don't believe Silver Spoon understands the severity of the situation. We never received an explanation as to how something so dangerous could have happened, especially in today's day of food allergy awareness. We are truly disappointed because I know businesses can properly handle food allergies; this is not one of them.

She was extremely responsive, was creative in coming up with a menu that would work for a large group and was able to accommodate several of my guests' dietary restrictions (GF/DF). Doing any party can be complicated, but during COVID is especially complicated and Audrey's team accommodated the restrictions very well with masks and gloves and served the food for the guests. The food was fantastic, the guests were very complimentary of the menu, the quality of the food and the servers was top notch. We recently had the opportunity to hire Premier Catering for one of the most important days of our…read morelives, our wedding. All I have to say is beware and be warned and I will be as honest as possible. I have also read some of the good reviews here but I think there is a big difference in delivering small office lunches and catering for a wedding. The reason why we picked Premier was because it came recommended by one of the coordinators we were working with. Our initial impression and experience was great. We went out and did the tasting in Ashburn. The food was great. The owner Reza was nice and we came back thinking we found the right place for our big day. We asked them to provide food for two days. Our Henna night as well as our wedding day. He showed us a printed brochure with his menu and prices for catering. The prices go up if you order more items, and they go down if you order less items. We werent sure about our final headcount to which he said, just let us know a couple of weeks before the wedding and we will adjust the headcount. He also assured us that it wont impact the pricing. We also decided to hire them to provide other supplies for the wedding day (because we thought it will be easier to deal with a few vendors than to hire separate vendors for everything). So far so good. The wedding was 6 months away. They asked for a big deposit and we obliged. As the wedding start to get closer, the attitude and the willingness to help start to disappear. The things that we had discussed and agreed upon were now under "additional" charge category. It didnt stop there. It got to a point where my wife was in tears trying to sort things out and said I cant deal with them anymore. It felt like as of it the owner was trying to get more and more out for delivering less and less and if you are planning a big day, its the last thing you need. The straw that broke the camel's back was when my wife called and said they are increasing the cost of the food because we gave them the final headcount. At this point I ran out of patience and got on the phone with the owner and told him what we had agreed upon. He said "We werent expecting your headcount to go down this much" (From 75, it went down to 60). After a bit of a frustrating back and forth, he said, I should look at the contract (which by the way he asked us to sign on the first day when we met for tasting and by saying "Dont you worry about anything, we will adjust the count when you have it". Lesson learned -- make sure you read the contract and make addendum as needed. I still stood my grounds and told him that I honestly dont care about the contract. I care about what I was told in front of 3 other people. (My wife and my in-laws). On our wedding day, they provided half of the food and the other half of the food was provided by another restaurant (we wanted to represent our cultures and foods from both sides). Since Premier catering was the primary caterer, an arrangement was made for them to serve "all" of the food. The timing and the service was not to our expectations at all. They screwed up the "Indian" appetizers. Part of the food was not served. After dinner, when it was time for cake cutting, we found out that they didnt bring the cake cutting knife. It was embarrassing when we were handed a butter knife to cut the wedding cake. After the dinner, almost an hour went by but no dessert was served. I finally went up to Reza and said where is the dessert. I didnt get a solid answer. I asked them to put the dessert out right away. It was one thing after another and overall experience wasn't what we were expecting. In the contrast, we held our Henna night (day before the wedding day) at the Hyatt and everything went flawlessly. Both of these nights were at the same scale and with the same number of people, caterers and had a similar timeline. As a business owner myself, customer service and honesty is extremely important to grow the business. Being sweet may work up front but if you cant work with your customers and dont operate in the spirit of helping your customer, if the main goal always remains making money, then you simply can't be trusted and without trust, it's very hard to sustain business.

We ordered a sandwich platter with a variety of meats, a pan of lasagna, two fruit platters, and some drinks. Accompanying our meal were all the usual plates, utensils, and condiments, etc. The delivery guys were professional and left right after they had set everything up for us. The food was on point and there was plenty to go around. I've ordered food for a dozen people before where the caterer brought exactly enough for a dozen with none to spare (to my embarrassment). That was not the case with these guys. Although the sandwiches were delicious in their own right, the Lasagna was the star of this show. The fruit was also fresh, but by the time we got to that we were too full to eat much of it - which left plenty of leftovers for the bottom feeders in my office :) I would definitely order from this place again. When comparing them to some of the other places I've ordered from, their prices were on par, but the food was a cut above.

Tim came out for a site-visit to evaluate the property for Plan A and Plan B locations and fully understood that we had to wait until the last possible day to decide which Plan to go with. Throughout the planning process Tim was accessible by telephone and email. No matter how many phone calls he received from me, he was always very courteous and patient. His suggested tent size was just right as we utilized every square foot we had available. Tent set-up took place the Wednesday before the Saturday wedding to ensure there was enough time in case we ran into any hiccups. The crew needed little instruction as they worked efficiently as they could. Day 2 included installation of the side walls and heaters. I was able to add 3 chandeliers at the last minute as I suspected it would be too dim in the tent on a cloudy day. Tim was able to fit that in at the last minute without hesitation. To ensure no leaks would happen, they sprayed the tops of the tent with water and patched up any spots on-site. The day of the wedding I ran into an emergency with the heater and Tim was able to send out a tech to not only assess but replace immediately. I fully understand that hiccups happen unexpectedly and I appreciate Tim's efforts in resolving it ASAP. Throughout the planning process Tim assured that his team would stay as long as needed to make sure the job was done and they did just that. We received MANY compliments on the tent and lighting provided by Brooke Rental Center. Please ask for Tim for your event-- he is great

While lines were long at most places, this spot had a shorter wait and someone nearby had a butter chicken wrap that looked promising. We ordered one wrap and their pani puri. The woman at the front was friendly and enthusiastic, which made us hopeful. The pani puri was served quickly, but unfortunately it lacked flavor--the sauce was bland, potatoes unseasoned, and the puri tasted stale. Still, we held out hope for the butter chicken wrap. That's when things went downhill. We waited nearly 30 minutes with a growing crowd of frustrated customers. We learned from others that the chicken in their wraps was ice cold. One woman had already complained and was waiting for a remake. Eventually, a new tray of chicken arrived, but the wraps were still coming out cold, with unmelted cheese and chilled chicken--clearly not "fresh" or properly heated. It was frustrating to see so much disorganization behind the scenes. If they were having technical or prep issues, it would've been better to pause service rather than serve food that wasn't safe or enjoyable to eat. It's a shame, because I've heard this business does meaningful work in the community with education and outreach. But the lack of preparation and poor food quality made for a very disappointing experience. We won't be returning, but I sincerely hope they take this as a learning opportunity and improve for future events.

This weekend, he roasted a pig for 30 people, with delicious sides our friends couldn't stop complimenting. We had corn salad, potato salad, Mac n cheese & coleslaw. Chef Walter takes the pressure of hosting a party off your plate! My wife and I were able to relax with our friends. Not only was the food delicious, but the kitchen is left clean and tidy. To match the luxury super yacht vibes, we hired Chef Walter to curate a boujie menu consisting of yummy hand-held bites for about 20 guests. I had never worked with a personal chef before but let me tell you, Chef Walter made this process so incredibly easy. He was so personable and he understood the assignment immediately. I gave him some ideas and he put together a menu that night. He was able to tweak the menu to accommodate our budget constraints. During the day of the event, Chef showed up two hours before the event to get everything set up. He came with presentation platters and decorations. He stayed throughout the party and made sure all the food that was served stayed fresh and that nothing sat out for too long. Towards the end of the party, Chef cleaned up the entire kitchen and left everything spotless. I cannot recommend Chef Walter enough and I can't wait to work with him again! Thank you Chef!
