We kicked off our first evening there with a Birthday Party for our matriarch's 80th. We decided that having a professional Chef come to the house to prepare and serve us a restaurant quality dinner would make the evening so special and take the load off of us on our first night. Chef J was so accommodating and easy to communicate with regarding our desires and needs. He helped us in creating a pleasing menu that everyone raved about. He and his assistant, his lovely wife, were so friendly and professional. They cooked, served, did the dishes and cleaned up completely. We only had to be hungry, dine and enjoy the people around the table, which was the point. Yiayia enjoyed her birthday party so much that she is still talking about it and the incredible meal. The happy hour passed hors d' oeuvres started us off followed by a surf and turf of filets topped with Chef's special version of crab cakes and on a bed of the most delicious mushroom risotto!
