Another time was hit by a truck in the parking lot asked the same attendant for a copy of the security tape to show my insurance company never got a call back from the owner. Today's issue is Machine number 2 wasn't filling up with water told true new attendant who said oh the cold doesn't work on this machine it's got to be warm or hot. Excuse me put a note on the machine if it's out of order. Had to get her to stop the load so I could move what a waste of detergent.. Am giving them two stars because at least they have an attendant on duty machines work well most of the time but prices are getting way to high. If I could afford a place where I could put in my own machines I would be so done with this place. Can't wait to retire and move away from this bad customer service place

The owner…read moreJimmy greeted us warmly and let us know that he outsourced tailoring so was unsure if the job could be done due to the intricacies in the bag's structure. Jimmy offered to hold the bag and patch for the tailor's arrival the next day to confirm whether or not it could be done and quoted us $15. He advised we call the next day to confirm that the bag was accepted by the tailor. When we called, Jimmy let us know that the tailor had accepted the bag and it was on schedule for pick up in 5 days. Upon pickup we were quite excited to see the finished product and happy to report that the patch was securely sewn to the bag. The stitching wasn't perfect but we understood that the bag was hard to sew with a regular sewing machine, so no biggie, it had been glued on previously. Happy with the service, my Wife decided to also get her larger backpack style camera bag decked out with its own logo patch. Would I recommend Bridgeview Cleaners? Absolutely. Imagine hating your customer base so much that you don't allow change or personal credit/debit cards, but you force them to buy a special card to use on your machines.
