The owner…read moreJimmy greeted us warmly and let us know that he outsourced tailoring so was unsure if the job could be done due to the intricacies in the bag's structure. Jimmy offered to hold the bag and patch for the tailor's arrival the next day to confirm whether or not it could be done and quoted us $15. He advised we call the next day to confirm that the bag was accepted by the tailor. When we called, Jimmy let us know that the tailor had accepted the bag and it was on schedule for pick up in 5 days. Upon pickup we were quite excited to see the finished product and happy to report that the patch was securely sewn to the bag. The stitching wasn't perfect but we understood that the bag was hard to sew with a regular sewing machine, so no biggie, it had been glued on previously. Happy with the service, my Wife decided to also get her larger backpack style camera bag decked out with its own logo patch. Would I recommend Bridgeview Cleaners? Absolutely. Honestly STRONGLY advise you to go elsewhere. I would give half a star if I could. I dropped off 3…read morejackets and only one out of the 3 was cleaned without being damaged. Upon picking the jackets up, I WAS NOT INFORMED THAT THEY WERE DAMAGED. I got home removed them from the plastic and this is what I saw. I then went back to the store the day after picking them up and asked why I wasn't told they were damaged when I picked them up. I was told that I was informed, but really all I was told was to be careful cleaning the older jacket as the more it's cleaned the more it would be prone to damage. The 2nd jacket that was damaged had only been worn once. They insisted that the jacket was old even though it was not. They took no responsibility for sending me home with damaged items and no responsibility for not informing me when I picked up my items. I requested a refund for both the damaged jackets. This was my first time even going to this dry cleaner. The only reason I trusted them was because they told me they normally clean down jackets without issues. After returning the damaged jackets to the store, I waited an extra 2 days for the manager to "assess" the damage. Neither jacket can be worn due to the damage. They did not offer to fix them and I was told that there would not be a refund for either of them because I knew there was a risk of them being damaged. Horrible service, lack of sympathy and honestly just cruel. The majority of money I spent was on these two jackets that I now cannot even wear. I will absolutely NOT be returning. Horrible experience for the first time trying a business. The same lady that failed to inform me of the damage upon pickup was the person that told me I wouldn't be refunded. Now I'm just out of the money I paid and the two jackets. The fact they would even send me home with items without telling me they were damaged is beyond me.

There are very few places to go these days for custom suits, tuxedo's and alterations - especially…read moreones that are not expensive corporate stores. Mario delivers an old school charm and ability to do just about everything. Mario is an Italian immigrant who spent many years in this industry including working at West Point and fitting/altering cadet uniforms. I've trusted him enough to fit me for my wedding tuxedo, and subsequent visits have had him alter other clothes, customize a suit, and order tuxedo's for other events. Compared to renting tuxedo's form "Men's Warehouse," Mario is much more trustworthy in his approach to measuring and making sure everything fits when it arrives. His prices are also fair and everything is received promptly He essentially runs the business in his house (separate side entrance) off of Titusville road. If you blink you may miss it, so look for the sign on his front yard (took a picture of it when I stopped by today). If you're looking for something to be made custom for you, a tux for a wedding/prom/event, or need some clothes adjusted, he is exceptional at what he does and I highly recommend you see him
