No more headaches!!!!!! I've suffered from TMJ for years (since I was a child) and I've been to several dentists and even oral surgeons to help me. Dr Oswald saw that I was grinding horribly on my teeth! I've had Many dental appliances and mouth guards made for me through the years- so incredibly expensive and they didn't help. Pain, no more. Dr Oswald made the perfect night guard for me! Fits perfectly and I now wake up- almost in tears of joy- because I no longer have shoulder and neck pain, horrible facial pain and no more headaches! Dr. Oswald and his entire staff are all wonderful. They're the nicest people in the world and do fantastic work on top of it. I've been going to their office since shortly after I moved to AZ 5 years ago and have been nothing but happy with my treatment at every appointment! My boyfriend (who has always hated the dentist!) has also been going for a couple of years now and has been VERY happy with his treatment - they're very understanding and accommodating of his anxiety with dentists in general and make each visit far less stressful than past dentists. He also had a crown on one of his front teeth done a few months ago and we're both so impressed with the results! Alexa booked my appt over the phone and was extremely friendly, booking a time that worked with my strict schedule. Theresa was just as friendly when I came in, which quickly calmed my nerves. Dr. Morris Oswald is an excellent general dentist. In this day and age of corporate dentistry, it's nice to find a practice where the dr doesn't change every time you go in, they don't bait and switch your insurance benefits, and the doctor has a passion for his work. As an endodontist, I have seen Dr Oswald's work and the extreme care he give his patients. You know how stressful it is to go to a new dentist?? My Dr. recommended Dr. Oswald, and I'm so glad he did. I'm always anxious since we don't have dental insurance. He's very reasonable. Dr. Oswald office was recommended to me. I went to get some significant work done, crowns and repairs. After they insisted I retake and pay for the ct X-ray I had just done a week prior at the Endodontist, the gave me a treatment plan. The treatment plan they provided didn't include the dental insurance I had already used, although they knew that portion was used from my referral. I discovered it and called to cancel a deep cleaning they were charging me $430 for. The office staff said unless I complied and paid for the deep cleaning first, they would not do any of the rest of my dental work, including the crowns I needed put on after recent root canals. They didn't care that it would then cost me $2000 out of pocket. They told me I could wait until January to get the crowns done if I couldn't afford it all. That means 6 months with open root canals! I stated that I should decide which work I wanted done and they said they would not help me unless I followed their treatment plan. She then accused me of being aggressive although I hadnt raised my voice and was only reading their treatment plan back to her. After a few more minutes of being accused of being aggressive, I told her not to worry, I would never be back. I heard very good thing about Dr. Oswald himself as a dentist and the dental assistants were amazing, but his finance and scheduling staff are rude and have a God complex. read more

Dr. Morris Oswald, is in the wrong business, he should not be working on people's teeth. I went in for a small filling and he fractured my tooth leading to a emergency root canal. He did not want to take accountably for the damage that was caused. Also after further investigation with my insurance company, I found out he was over charging everyone in my family.
