For some reason my review of this horrible experience I had here at Alpha Dentistry vanished. So I will repost it. This is exactly what happened, and of course no ownership, let's get the review removed. I would give this place negative stars if possible. My crown came off unexpectedly and I needed to get my crown replaced. I called around and landed on Alpha Dentistry. The lady who answered the phone was sweet, and she said she could squeeze me in to help me out. I show up for my appointment, and I made sure to ask how much it would cost to get this done for cash, as my insurance is new and I knew I may have to use cash. They take my back and that's when the tragedy began--- The tech too multiple tries to get the piece in for the x-ray ( hurting me throughout) and then asked me MANUALLY HOLD THE X-RAY gun for the x-ray (???) After the x-ray the Dr walks in and say I need a crown and walks out. I asked him if he is going to start on my mouth and he says: "I'm too busy not today" What? I came to get a temp done, and for a permanent crown to be made. I've been thru this before. I start to pushback and ask why am I here when I came for a repair and I was told : "Maybe it's an Arizona thing but we x-ray first then get approval before we do any work" I was completely ready to pay cash and I was baited and switched -- all they wanted to do was take a x-ray to charge my insurance. I was specific about my need and I was completely mislead. That Doctor had the worst attitude ever and gave the "hurry up and buy" looks like I planned to steal something. What's made this more laughable is they called me back to tell me that they don't want to work with me "because I don't communicate correctly " I've been Yelping close to 15 years. Was an elite for almost 10 years. I've literally have reviewed businesses all over the world and even when something doesn't go right I don't go out of my way to slam them. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. read more

I would highly caution you before you take your business here. My family and I were getting are routine cleaning and maintenance done here for a couple of years. We begin to notice some malpractice concerns regarding his recommendations of fillings and deep cleanings it was highly debatable wether we in fact needed them. He would point out a supposed shadow from an X-ray image and stated it was a cavity. When I compared the shadow to the other teeth on the X-rays they all had the same shadow... mind you his X-ray machine is extremely out dated and he will also over expose you to radiation by taking X-rays sometimes 4 times within a 6 month period. read more

I honestly don't understand how this office could have any bad reviews. Every experience I've had here has been wonderful. The dentist is incredibly kind, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. His wife, the receptionist, and the dental assistant have all been so warm and helpful every time I've come in. They've always treated me with care and patience--especially when I've brought my kids. The team goes out of their way to make them feel comfortable, and they love picking something out of the treasure box. Any time I've had an issue with a tooth, they've gotten me in right away. I really appreciate the hospitality and bedside manner from everyone here. I'll definitely continue coming back. Thank you all again! read more

The staff are very sweet and friendly! I love that it's a husband and wife team! Dr. Le (pronounced Lay) is very nice and he tells you the truth and doesn't beat around the bush. I'd like to start by saying all of the support staff at this office is nothing but pleasant, kind and courteous. Especially Jamilla, she is a breath of fresh air. However, I cannot say the same about the dentist Dr. Le. I came today for a follow up on a deep cleaning I had almost six weeks ago. At this appointment, Dr. Le decided to re do an old filling that was causing me no issues. Ever since, I have been unable to chew on that side because it causes shooting pain. I expressed this today, only to be told that is is normal and can take up to six months to heal. I have never heard of such a thing. I've reached out to all my friends I know in the dental field including my old dentist and they all assured me this is not normal. Dr. Le was condescending and told me I didn't know what I'm talking about because I'm in the medical field not the dental field. He then proceeded to make me bite down on things and continued to shove freezing cold objects in my mouth to ask if if hurt. I flinched every time and he would say things like "Really? It didn't hurt you before" The demeaning talk and gaslighting enraged me. I feel like he didn't want to admit fault and didn't want to do any kind of work on me because it was a Saturday and they were about to close. The unprofessionalism continued when he walked me to check out and says to the receptionist "Here, she's really frustrated with me." Before this appointment, I was going to refer my dad here which he made an appointment. Now neither of us will be coming here because Dr. Le is rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to correct the problem he created. read more

Dr.Lee in my opinion is a great choice for dentistry works he care for the patients always concerns for comfort and painless posible this time I had two tooth taken out same visit and I was able to walk out and drive home and recover easily and quickly, also the staff is great like Bee and yamila and Tui, thank you all read more

I've been taking my kids to Alpha Dentistry since about 2007. Dr. Le is an outstanding dentist and he always has a great staff. Everyone is caring and has made my kiddos feel safe and comfortable. My 9 year old daughter is the most sensitive out of my kids and she walks into her checkups like she's the most independent child ever and that makes me feel really good when we go to the checkups! This is the most professional and caring dentist I have ever had the pleasure of working with. However, he does possess a key trait that many providers lack - patience. His thoroughness may drive Type As up a tree but people like me appreciate the thoroughness in the interest of keeping my teeth in good condition. I took my normally squeamish wife to Alpha Dentistry and she loves the thoroughness and patience that Dr. Le displays. Another thing I like is that he is open on Saturdays, unlike many providers in the Valley. That makes things much easier on the patient so they don't have to leave early from work or take days off to deal with the dentist. Dr. Le is amazing!! I have been going to him for over 5 years. I took my daughter here as soon as she turned one and although he isn't a 'pediatric dentist', he did amazing with her, he was patient, informative, and nice! She loved him. She is now 5 years old and just got a cleaning today. She loves the dentist. The staff he has at the office is professional, warm, nice, and just all around adorable! The environment is relaxing and the service is professional and affordable! They are so clean as well. As soon as every patient gets out of the chair, cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting begins immediately! I see clientele of every age here from babies to seniors and everything in between. He speaks amazing English but also caters to Vietnamese speaking patients. I highly recommend! All my family comes to this place. It is THE place to go to for all ur dental needs. read more

I have been through my share of dentists living in several cities across different states. Dr. Le is literally a cut above the rest with regards to professionalism, courtesy, patience, and honest-to-goodness altruisim. He has a way of making you at ease when you are sitting in the chair and preparing yourself for the oftentimes unpleasant things that a dentist must do. From the way he explains things to how he performs on your teeth, he gets the job done effectively and efficiently. He's also wonderful with kids. My 5-year-old child never even knew that he was treated for a cavity and this was with novocaine injections! That's because he has an ingenious way of desensitizing the mouth/gum area when he gives the shot. His staff are genuinely friendly and are a great complement to the good doctor. In support of the other reviewer's post, Alpha Dentistry has flexible hours that can't be matched in the area we live in. The office has a contemporary vibe and is as clean an environment as you can get. No more dentist hopping for us; we'll stick with Dr Le. read more

Dr. Le and staff are great! We've been traveling to him from Buckeye for the last 3 years. He is the best we've ever been to. Dr. Le has always been very attentive and empathetic to my pain and anxiety. From our families braces, cleanings and root canals, he does it all with exceptional work. I had a crown that broke on me 3 times in a 1 and half year time from a prior dentist so I final came to my senses and went to Dr. Le. He fixed it and had no problems since. On another occasion, I formed a dead root under a VERY expensive bridge. The original dentist stated he'd have to remove the bridge and possibly the tooth all together and I'd lose my bridge. DR. Le was able to do a anchored root canal without ever removing the bridge. This man is a miracle worker!!! read more

I am someone with huge anxiety about needles, so when I knew I needed some dental work, I avoided it at all cost until it became painful. When I was ready to see a dentist, I reviewed dentists in my area and found Dr. Le. The office is clean and modern, the front desk ladies are friendly and polite. Dr. Le was gentle and understanding through each visit even through my apprehensiveness and crying. Now I see him twice a year for cleanings and things are great. Cleanings with dr.
