I had a dental emergency, the companies page says they welcome emergencies, so I drove all the way to south Chandler and explained my situation to the receptionist and she said she would have to speak to the dentist first, it didn't feel welcoming, but she did eventually get approval for me to be seen by Shawn, Shawn comes in takes a quick look and I explained what I wanted done, he had done this procedure for me once before, the assistants proceeded to do x rays, I stated I didn't want/need x rays, their exact words were, well we're in the middle and they proceeded to do unnecessary x rays at my expense, mind you I asked just to close up the missing piece temporarily, because it was rubbing on my tongue making me uncomfortable, Shawn had done this on one of my other teeth successfully, creates a smooth surface temporarily and keeps food particles and all other matter from entering the tooth. Shawn proceeded to grind away what I assume was good tooth surface, because I was in a lot of pain from him grinding on or near the nerves of the tooth, now it's sensitive to temperature, thanks Shawn, then after grinding away, he said you'll need a crown, well no kidding, we all know crowns cost over $1000 and don't last, Worst part I was overcharged again and the receptionist stated my bill for almost $250 included a courtesy discount, well that's nice, he spends about one minute doing a procedure I didn't ask for, did x rays I didn't ask for or need, overcharged me, then discounted the bill to a level that was still way too high for services rendered. It's all about the money, if they have to stick it to you, they will. I refuse to return to either of his practices, there's plenty of good dentists out there with integrity and professionalism.

I had a favorite practice I went to in Illinois and I would travel there for my care until the practice was finally closed due the practice relocating out of state. I tried a different practice in Gilbert over a year ago and had an awful experience. I was talking with someone about my dilemma and she highly recommended Serenity Dental - so I ripped off the band-aid and gave them a call. Whenever I would call any other practice I was always told my asks were not feasible. My ask was: Warm or room temp water rather than cold, 4 shots of novacaine, the use of the Synapse Dental Eraser (and nobody has this tool - but it is truly miraculous at blocking out pain). In the absence of the dental eraser my ask was to add Nitrous (laughing gas) in addition to the warm water & novacaine. I was told they don't typically warm water ahead of time but they would do so for me and I was also told that the novacaine & nitrous was totally doable. I went in for my initial visit and got my teeth cleaned, x-rays, etc. Everyone in the practice was so very kind to me. They really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and at ease. The dentist even said he would provide me a prescription to obtain the dental eraser so that it can be used when needed at an appointment. I need to go back to take care of 2 cavities & have a crown. This is the first time in a long time that the idea of going back isn't giving me awful anxiety. Jess was the one that did the teeth cleaning for me and she is just a sweetheart. I also got to see Dr. Bhatt to discuss the needed care. He was super kind and really assured me that I came to the right place. So if anyone suffers from severe anxiety like me over dental visits - I would strongly encourage you to give this practice a try. This practice is truly the best - and I already love them more than the other practice I went to back in Illinois for over 25 years. I cannot thank this practice enough for taking such good care of me!

The office is adjacent to a colon hydro-therapy business, so I really didn't know what to expect. Mesha greeted me, and suggested I take a seat. After blurting out something about spa treatments, she summoned Dawnie, who I immediately took a shine to. She was utterly charming, referring to moi as "sugar" and "honey". Where's the tip jar, cuz daddy's ready to slap it down! After being ushered to one of their "relaxation rooms", and seeing an ultra-modern massage chair, I shifted focus to Dawnie and let out an "Oh Mama!". She coaxed my shoes off, and had me dip my paws into a crock pot of translucent wonder. First the palms, then the backsides. Each hand was bagged and summarily placed into a soft mitten. I was led to the chair, which had foot massage apparatus, which I have never seen before. Asking for a photo, I realized my camera was tucked into my front pocket. Dawnie, realizing I was about to try and stuff my baker-sized oven mitt in my jeans, offered to take the photo and text it to me. The massage chair was activated, and I spent the next 15 minutes in Pamper-ville. Tessa, my hygienist, came to fetch me. She even carried my clod hoppers to the cleaning room. Total sweetheart. This will be a long review as to explain the amount that Brandon has done for me would be hard to explain in a small paragraph. I have dealt with dental issues all growing up. My family all has had issues and a lot of it is genetic issues. I use to get anxiety going to the dentist. When I started seeing Brandon 8 years ago he was great at explaining things and making me feel comfortable. I started doing routine dental care because I now wasn't having the anxiety about going in because I could see how much he was helping me. My jaw has never sat correctly with my jaw alignment causing all the pressure to be on my front teeth. Which in turn caused extreme damage and loss of length on my front teeth. Brandon was so patient and thorough through the whole process of helping me decide what to do with my bite. In my pictures I will add to this review, you will see how much my teeth had been damaged over the years with the constant pressure being applied to my front teeth and what Brandon was able to do to create a beautiful smile and set me up in the future with a more stable bite. Brandon was able to do 12 crowns on the top to help build up the back of my teeth and make a more unified smile. Since having them done I have had minimal pain and almost forget that I had them done when I'm even eating. Brandon was very Thorough and he is a perfectionist with his work. I have heard on multiple occasions since having my teeth finished how amazing and natural they look. Most of the time they don't even know what's different which goes to show how natural they look. I love that he made them look so natural. I have had other people reaching out to see where I had my teeth done because they look so natural. I have also met other patient in passing at his office or finding out where I have gone for dental work, give raving reviews of him as well. I can see his staff and how happy they all are in his office and that also speaks loudly to the person he is and the atmosphere he has created.
