Ok since I've been enjoying their Epi loafs that I discovered at Olivers, my homeys cannot get enough. If any brand of delivered bread sells out first on Olivers shelf's, it's the Epi baguettes and anything from them or that matter. Today, I finally made it to the actual bakery nestled on an industrial area of Dutton Ave. upon arrival I could have floated in on the aromas that encompassed the building. Savory Aromatherapy! Ordered an incredible gluten-free white cake with fresh strawberries and whipped cream frosting. It was one of the best cakes I've had. I wanted to put this out there, try their pizza. I am obsessed, my family enjoyed dinner. Usually when we eat pizza (else where) it's ok/good kids eat it with out complaining right. Eating Red Birds pepperoni pizza our kiddos kept complementing how tasty their slice was and their crust. Yes their crust is their own dough recipe. These people make THE BEST epi baguette I've found. Unfortunately I'm often too lazy to go the farmers' market for them and their 2 locations aren't too close to me but fortunately I've been at the Barlow in Sebastopol a couple times in the last few weeks and was able to get some Epi and a few other delights. Fell in love with this bakery because of their bread! Especially the seeded loaf. But fell deeper in love after I tried their pastries. Everything I've tried has been amazing. This is an awesome little bakery/coffee house. They had a huge amount of baked goods to choose from. Why choose, do what we did, get one of each. The cinnamon roll was to die for. The biscuits were delicious and the breakfast sandwich, on their own English muffin, was mind blowing. And the cookies didn't make it to the car. I threw coffee house into the name because their coffee was almost as good as the baked goods. I would come here just for coffee...and the delicious pastries. Can't wait to come back. read more

This place has amazing bread selections. I've had their sourdough, wheat, seeded, ciabatta and cinnamon rolls. All are tasty! You can taste the freshness in the bread. They have a select menu of sandwiches and pastries which you can enjoy in their little dining area. This place is a hidden gem. Truly. They are out of sight so unless you know someone who works their or someone who has visited this place, you wouldn't really hear of them. We were looking for a couple of breakfast pastries so we sought out their tent and were happy to find a wide variety of temptations being offered. We chose a lemon scone to share that proved to be quite good and reasonably priced. The pastries were great when we had them first thing in the morning (farmers market), but on our next visit to the store they were already getting stale by 10:30am. We ordered two sandwiches with no mayo or mustard and both were made with plenty of each, so they were not eaten. Disappointing and frustrating overall. Customer service was terrible. Half of the stars are for the food, the other are for the memories I have here. I used to work close to their location in Santa rosa and I always looked forward to our meetings where we would oder sweet and savory treats. Unfortunately I don't work there anymore but I am so happy that they are in cotati/rp now. Their lattes are great. Their baked goods are delicious. I recently had the cinnamon bun and it kept me full for a good while. My boyfriend tried the cinnamon twist and it was nice and crispy. Solid spot. Can't wait to get some more sweets soon! read more

When you walk in the display of yummy treats, pizza, sandwiches...chefs kiss! My favorite (well the only one I've tried) sandwich is the BLT. I know that's a basic sandwich but the bread really makes a difference. The Lemon Meringue, perfectly balanced between sweet and tart. I've tried other stuff too. Came here this morning for some coffee. I got the chai late and Unfortunately, it wasn't the best. I've had better ones for better prices. Luckily though, what draws me to this bakery are their savory pastries. At my last job we used to get these for breakfast and it was always a good experience. You can tell the employees care about customer service, because they're attentive and friendly. Good location. The one in Santa Rosa is nice too. Always clean and tidy. The cutest bakery with the nicest staff! I came here when I was craving some chocolate croissants and was sick of making the Trader Joe's. This place is so charming, delicious and reasonably priced. The sticky buns are insane, would highly recommend. We had one of those, a blueberry muffin, and a chocolate croissant. All of them were so fresh and delicious.
