I recommend Don Luis to everyone! My husband and I moved up from SoCal about three years ago and Don Luis has been our go-to bakery. Their tres leches cake is our favorite (we get one every year for our birthdays) the strawberries one is THE BEST! I also take conchas every year to work for an annual event and the students love them. Just yesterday I ordered 200 conchas and they had them prepped and ready for me to pick up before I got there. The service is great and everyone that works there is so kind.

The bread here is super reasonably priced and fresh! I happened to be passing theough Cotati on Sunday and had heard about this panaderia on the radio and i knew I had to try! We got a few bundles of bread to take home and walked up to the register blindly. Great prices for great bread! They have full cakes and slices to go as well, check this place out if you've never been. I will be preordering for the holidays as well!

Honesly the best way to start my day is after visiting my favorite bakery and getting a fresh, moist, addictive slice of cake. I'm in love with with the Coffee cake with a cup of their hot Abuelita Mocha.

This is the third time I've used Don Luis Bakery for a cake and I'm not disappointed at all. When you first walk in the just the aroma of the bakery is awesome cause they bake everything on the primroses and the employees are all very friendly. The cake was delicious it's a white cake dipped in the tres leches batter with strawberry filling it was great. Thank you Don Luis Bakery. If you need a cake for anything I would highly recommend Don Luis Bakery!

There's a new bakery in town and it's pretty fabulous. Although it carries primarily Mexican baked goods (which I love) there are other goodies to choose from. I got some of the mini cannolis and the cream filling was delicious. The prices are also quite reasonable. I picked up a few other favorites and found them all very tasty. Customer service is friendly too!

This is a small new bakery in town. I've been watching for their opening and was pleased to see that they are now open for business. It is set in the back of a small shopping area. I haven't tried the cakes yet but they looked so yummy. I picked up some Mexican cookies and a small pastry. So far they are very good. I would like to have an occasion to try the cakes.

Authentic Traditional Mexican bakery. Very clean, modern, fresh, and super friendly service. Lots of bread (Bolio, Pan Dulce) and dessert (flan, gelatina, cake slices, etc) choices to go. Panadería autentico y muy rico. El pan dulce está muy fresco, esponjoso, y delicioso!! Tienen muchos postres para llevar!

The chocolate cake was good! I did ask for them to write april in english but nonetheless the cake came out very cute.

    "Naked" style cake.

But mainly, I come here for the ice cream and the fun Bigfoot theming. I love places with good theming and places that serve the community. Squatches does a lot. They offer inexpensive food for the students, really good housemade cookies and pastries, lots of coffee and tea drinks plus their selection of ice cream flavors. On this particular visit I had a scoop of their rocky road Ice cream with hot fudge on it. My wife a scoop of their lemon cookie ice cream. The portion sizes for a single scoop is pretty big, so get a kids size if you don't want that much. The ice cream was delicious and I'm always happy to support this place and their mission to serve community.

To our surprise, there weren't many options open at this time of day... but we did find Squatch's Ice Cream & Coffee. The place is tucked away in a small strip mall. The interior gives off an outdoorsy feel with wood on the wall, wood as tables, actual wood stump as stools. The walls also had a painted mountain range silhouette along with posters and maps about Bigfoot and its sightings. On the floor, there are Sasquatch/Bigfoot prints that lead to the ordering line. This is where the workers were helpful in explaining the menu where they pointed out their seasonal drinks, ice cream, cinnamon rolls and more. Once they pointed out their cookies... we were hooked (1 cookie for $1, 6 for $5, 12 for $12).. we got a variety of 6 cookies. They were soft, sweet, with a nice chew to them. They had one of the largest assortment of flavored syrups I have seen. Even carrying top brands: Torani, Da Vinci, and Monin. I chose the Peppermint Hot Chocolate (probably could use more chocolate) and a seasonal special Iced Graham cracker latte. (sugary and sweet like teddy grams in a Carmel macchiato) With the a nice menu full of flavors and numerous possible combinations of drinks and desserts (ex:cinnamon roll ice cream sandwiches) I would definitely come back to treat my sweet tooth or caffeine fix. I also recommend taking a look at their cool Squatch Merch while you are there!

I'm so glad they opened a Scoops in the new casino. Nothing like a great scoop of ice cream after a hard day of gambling, am I right? No? Ok, I can't be right all the time. This is high end tasting ice cream. Their flavors are intense, with Dad's cardamom and sea salted caramel my favorites. The smoothness of the ice cream is wonderful on your tongue. They make fresh waffle cones and have lots of toppings too so you can make a pretty decadent sundae if you so desire. I wonder if they will make their World's Most Expensive Ice Cream Sundae if someone hits the jackpot... Delightful ice cream people. Check it out.

I had never heard of Scoops before and thought this maybe was just a company of its own by Graton Casino. However, I realized on yelp there were other Scoops locations within Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, basically sister cities next to one another, therefore I thought Scoops was worth the try. To start it off, point blank, it was just Okay...nothing that blew my taste buds away. Although Yelp gives this ice cream parlor a $ sign...it honestly isn't if you think about it. Yes...a scoop of ice cream may not exceed the $$ category where it is between $11-$20..however, one scoop of ice cream at Scoops is literally around $4-$5. A usual scoop of ice cream can range around $2-$3. The fact that the ice cream tasted Okay and was slightly pricey was a let down. HOWEVER, I would say that the option of flavors were exciting. There were so many flavors to choose from, not just the regular basic flavors such as Vanilla, Strawberry, Chocolate, Mint Chip, etc. There were for example, Rum Raisin, Cheesecake, Birthday Cake, etc. I also loved the texture of the ice cream -- very smooth and creamy, the way I like it.
