AMAZING bakery! It's a little out of my way, but I don't mind driving here once or twice a month to treat myself to some fresh Mexican sweet bread. I absolutely love conchas and there's are phenomenal! So soft and the top has a good amount of the sugary goodness. I always save that paste for the end. I love eating them with some hot chocolate. Takes me back to my childhood when my mom would make Mexican hot chocolate and get my brothers and I each a large concha. For the price, the size of the conchas is perfect. I like the flan there as well. Most places put way too much sugar but here it is the perfect amount of sweetness. The custard is silky and so well flavored and the caramel adds just a touch of sweetness. They have many Mexican pastries that you can't find elsewhere. Will definitely return for more! 3/5 coffee (I'm going to choose to blame it on the fact that they use Black Oak Coffee, which I am not a fan of at all.) Iced cajeta latte and iced dulce de leche latte were both not good, unfortunately. Weak espresso (there's that Black Oak!) and little flavor. The coffees were the only negative part of our visit. Ecstatic when they finally opened, been seeing the signs for awhile. Very friendly staff and super helpful. I got the flan, which was made perfectly - not too sweet. The conchas are fresh and moist. Needed a mid morning pick me up and La Reyna Bakery was my answer! I walked into one of the cleanest bakeries, with the friendliest staff who were patient and explained each of the pan dulces as I was picking them out for my coworkers. I wish I had bought a dozen of the bolilos, filled with crema and topped with a jalapeño that gave a nice kick. The conchas were not too sweet and so fluffy on the inside. I will definitely be coming back for more later this month and hope to try more of their menu. read more

I'm so happy. I finally made it into this somewhat newish bakery. I was greeted immediately upon entering. Oh my there are so many tempting things to get in this bakery! I ordered some decorative looking pastries as it's for a celebration. I also ordered one of their iced coffees with caramel, and it was delicious and not too sweet, which I appreciated. I was working in Rohnert Park today and decided to check them out. There is plenty of shared parking. I arrived after 2:30pm and I was their only customer. Place is very clean and organized. The employee was very friendly. I ordered five different conchas and a chocolate croissant to go. There were so many pastries available! I came home and ate a brown concha, and it tasted like chocolate and not too sweet at all. The bread was fresh and soft. I'm not too familiar with conchas and if they have specific flavors but it was delicious, so I had another. I'm glad I ordered more than two. Definitely coming back to order more for a work function or meeting. Can't wait to try their other items. read more

Love it here! I can honestly say I discovered this place less than two months ago and I've been here about eight times since then. The location is super easy to find. Love how they put samples out, I've found new favorites by sampling. They do sell beverages and cakes too! Sometimes they have slices of tres leches and choco flan available. I tried the dulce de leche and their mocha.. I like the mocha best. also they offer fresh made torta sandwiches, which I'm looking forward to trying next. I noticed lots of people come in and order them. They look delicious! The service is always friendly, and the prices are very affordable! This place is very clean and bright. This location opened the first week of January & I couldnt be happier. The staff is really friendly & everything is freshly baked. When we went it was nice and quiet inside, but plently of ladies working hard in the kitchen. We originally just went for a few conchas, but after seeing everything fully stocked we picked a few here and there and walked away with 8 different pieces, yum! Some of the breads were soft, others were dry. The real problem is flavor, the so called sweets are lacking flavor. I got the ding dong and I couldn't taste the cream inside. The bread was moist on that one, but not my flavor. Popeyes is across the street though. read more

Lot Arena bakery they said they've only been open for 34 months and I had driven by it. It's close to Popeyes chicken in Rohnert Park so today I decided I would go inside. One of the drawbacks is all their windows are closed with pictures and signs and they said it was because that the sun made it too hot in there but The drawback is is you can never tell when they are open or not. It's almost like a ghost bakery. The surprising thing when you walk inside it's very nice very clean and they stay open until 8 o'clock at night. I see that they sell tortoise so I decided to try one and it was Very good. I had a turkey torta and it comes with lettuce, tomatoes, turkey, cheese, avocado, red onions, and it was very tasty and the vegetables were very crisp. They also have Mexican pastries and fruited pastries along with chips, drinks coffee, mocha cappuccino espresso. So it's kind of a hidden gem . They could improve their selves of sandwiches and tried to be a little more helpful with napkins because if you forget to grab napkins, you'll be eating your sandwich out napkins. I suggest that they put napkins in the bag with the sandwich like most other sandwich, shops too. another thing they could do like most sandwich shops is give you a piece of paper and let you cross the things that you want to add to your sandwich because when you order a sandwich, you never think about most of the time of salt and pepper or the extra condiments that you could get on the sandwich which should give you the opportunity to eat the sandwich the way you wanted it. I think it would help her lunch sales a lot if they offered more than ham or turkey sandwiches. You don't need many varieties, but I think two varieties is too small. Where you could offer an Italian sandwich or just plain salami sandwich with a good grade of salami like Columbus orI Mollinari . They need to expand their variety of Jesus on your sandwich because you have to think that there is a lot of competition for good sandwiches in Rohnert Park and if you want to increase your sales on sandwiches, you have to make it the best that the Customer ever had in order to come back. Make sure you have a minimum of 4 ounces of meat, variety of cheeses, variety of vegetables, variety of spreads such as mayonnaise mustard Italian dressing. Overall, I give them a very good rating, but there's always room for improvement to increase your sales. For phone in sales on the outside of one of their windows should be their phone number in large letters saying we make sandwiches for lunch. So if you are inclined to try something different go inside the bakery, you will be pleasantly surprised with their sandwiches and with their bakery goods. It's always good to support your local businesses and enjoy their fresh baked good along with their tasty sandwiches. read more

The best Mexican bakery I've been too in the Bay Area. The concha's are so fresh and soft which I have not had before. Usually you have to dip them in coffee or hot chocolate for them to soften up but not these. So fresh and delicious. Also, their cookies and coffees are amazing too. I also recommend trying their pastry with the guava filling inside, very yummy. read more
