I was in the pouting stage; no place could ever be as good as my home studio. Why did it close??? Well, the moment I walked in to Epic Yoga, it felt like home. It's not one of those places you sit in a silent meditative state. You are greeted warmly, you are made to feel at "home". The instructors are knowledgeable, warm, friendly and caring. Didn't think a Williamson county rec center would ever offer better pricing and experience but here we are. They are charging comparable prices but not providing comparable quality. It seems they have switched ownership or management and someone doesn't know what they're doing. Noticeable change in quality, organization and service. Multiple times over the summer I was charge twice or told I didn't pay when I produced a receipt. Had several times we made reservations just to be told we didn't. Our swim instructor is amazing, too bad they price their own community out. Would not recommend until they literally clean up, upgrade equipment and serve the community rather than their bank accounts trying to give as little as possible for the dollar spent.

There is a studio DOGGO named Mr. Bud and he loves to join in on the classes! I took a vinyasa flow with the owner, Alex. She was so encouraging the whole class and gave a lot of options so you could choose your own challenges. During the cool down stretch they turn off the big light and have color changing strips on the ceiling, which made such a relaxing environment. They even passed out cooled rags to put on your face or neck during the savasana. I felt amazing after this class! They also offer aerial yoga, which I definitely have to go back and try! Besides such a great experience, I did just want to also highlight that they are super active in supporting and helping local animal shelters and rescues. In fact, they offer yoga classes with adoptable dogs! Definitely go check them out! +The parking was also easy, spacious, and free!
