I was hesitant to sign up, it was here giving me the extra push to believe in myself. She even jumps in a class every now and then for moral support. The studio is clean, organized and always has a calm, welcoming energy. The instructors are truly the heart of this place. Ashley, Yari, Susan, Mary Helen, Debbie and Jackie are my favorites, but honestly I enjoy everyone. Each one brings something different and they all make sure you feel supported, challenged and safe. Not only do you get amazing instructors, but the COMMUNITY that you get by going is unmatched. The classes are consistent and the equipment is always ready. The front desk team is friendly and remembers you, which makes the whole experience feel personal. It feels like a community, not just a workout. I have seen real progress in my strength, flexibility and confidence. Joining this studio has been one of the best decisions I have made for my wellness journey. Also if you sign up for the waiting list you get notified TWO HOURS BEFORE. You get booked for the class and if you cancel or can't make it you lose the credit. Which they don't tell you during the intro class . There is a reason why a place like this makes you commit to 3 months because how else will they make their money? Pilates is an amazing thing!! Pretty sure mold is growing on the water spouts. It has been like this since I started working out here in February Dust on fans. So much uncleanliness. I've been to a lot of anytime's. I called in to check about the specials and Grant was super helpful from start to finish in getting me set up for my free intro class since it's been yearssss. Mia was there the day I came in for my free class and afterwards she was so helpful in asking the right questions and getting me on board! She's always so friendly and greets me by name and happy to answer any questions, plus just enjoys dialogue, like a friend. I seriously loveeeee everyone that works there, but I always have a huge grin when I see Maddie and Braylin at the front desk. They go out of their way to make you feel like a true friend and it makes me so happy! All the coaches are phenomenal especially dealing with my "dyslexia" on the floor, my brain has so much trouble trying to do anything with the TRX straps and anything that involves one foot forward or stretched and doing something at the same time with the arm on the opposite side. Phew. Even saying it is difficult for me. LOL I love ALL the coaches here but have to do a special shout-out to Coach Chris with her FIRE playlists that really amp up the splats ya know what I mean?! The most recent 60 2-G I took with her Sunday 11/19, 648 cal and 41 splats. Her playlist felt so carefully put together for each push and all out, ALL OF IT. Huge applause. I can't believe what a difference it makes. I hesitate to even mention or call out anyone because I truly feel like the ENTIRE STAFF there is literally perfect! I wouldn't change anything. Cough. Except having Lauren back here from Melrose. Nostalgia is real! Each person on staff literally does make it fun and easy to WANT to come work out. Highly recommend!

I have been harassed with texts and emails for weeks after trying to cancel my membership. I was lied to about the "cancel anytime." They make it impossible for you to cancel. I even had to order a new card since they were not only trying to charge me weekly, they were charging me late fees ! I can't afford the membership with some recent life changes. I had a session left, valued at $45. The harassing emails and texts have made it to where I will not be going back because I don't feel comfortable after the harassment. Too crowded, lack of etiquette, and overall just really lacks a positive and respectful exercise community vibe. My largest complaint is actually when I tried to cancel my membership over the phone and they wouldn't let me. So now I don't like your gym AND I have to inconvenience myself by stopping in to "fill out paperwork?" What a total disregard of basic customer service philosophy. I promise you there are much better options for whatever you're looking for in a facility in the area. Avoid this place.
