The owners are kind and committed to providing a clean and comfortable experience for all of their members. The equipment is new and cutting edge. Clean showers and changing rooms. Amazing red light saunas. They offer a wide range of circuit training classes, weight training classes and other stuff like foam rolling, boxing. I have been experiencing a major shift in my fitness since going to the circuit training classes, I am generally pretty fit and active, but these classes have kicked things into high gear for me and I've worked much harder here than I would ever do on my own. That is thanks to the trainers and the great group of men and women who go to the gym. The people who work out here, work really hard and it's a great positive vibe. I highly recommend it.

I would say they may get a little too close to CrossFit for my taste (I personally can't stand CrossFit) but most of the time the workouts stay more functional.
