BODYROK gives a seriously solid workout -- every class leaves me sweaty, shaking, and feeling stronger. The energy is high, the music keeps you moving, and the sequences are challenging without feeling impossible. It's definitely one of those places where you know you're going to get your money's worth. My only wish is that it was a bit more hands-on when it comes to correcting form. With reformer Pilates, small adjustments make a big difference, and a little more individualized feedback would make the experience even better (and safer). Overall still a great workout and a fun vibe -- just would love a touch more coaching attention! read more

Really solid workout! Not as intense as Solidcore, but harder than a standard pilates like Forza. I like that the room is large enough where the machines are spread out which is nice. The instructors are good and they typically run deals throughout the year so it doesn't break the bank. read more

I took Laura Kate's Obliques and Cheeks class, and it was fun! It was my first time trying reformer Pilates, so I couldn't follow along with some of the moves. Perhaps this class was not fully beginner friendly, but I still enjoyed it. The instructor explained that being overwhelmed with the unfamiliar terms is totally normal, and did a great job of walking me through the different parts of the mega reformer. I purchased grippy socks at the studio, and they had a great variety, with different colors, embroidery's, and sizes. I found street parking near the studio! read more

I loooove bodyrok. The big two Pilates studios out here are bodyrok and solidcore- I like both for different reasons. Both of their workouts are similar, but the aesthetics are total opposite. I like to say bodyrok is like a morning coffee shop- big windows, warm woods, softer vibe. I prefer bodyrok for mornings, it's less jarring on the senses. I love how they bamboozle me into thinking it's a great idea to do a whole lunge series where my legs are shaking and I'm praying for the lord to take me out but in a good way. If you want your body to tighten up and your abs to carve out, do bodyrok! read more

I took Peyton's Buns & Guns class at the Green Hills location today and it was so good! Super challenging but I loved every minute of it. Definitely give this studio a try, everyone was so friendly and they have tons of cute Bodyrok merch! read more

I've been doing Pilates at bodyrok for over a year now! And it's a great workout but I will say some of the instructors need some customer service training. Peyton, specifically was extremely rude and condescending to several ladies at a 6am class today! Talking down on people and making them feel stupid in class is really unacceptable. I personally won't be taking any other classes that she is leading. I hope the ladies that were berated this morning do come back to class and experience a more enjoyable workout with other amazing instructors like Victoria, Abby, Naima! read more

The instructor was very welcoming. This was my first time here and I actually made a lifetime friend afterwards as well. I wish there was more air in the class read more

I've been coming to this studio for over two years now, and it's truly become one of my favorite parts of my routine. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely care about your form and progress. The studio is always clean, welcoming, and such a positive environment. I've seen real changes in my strength, posture, and overall confidence since starting here. Couldn't recommend this place more! read more

Love the vibe, music is great. And the teacher was really helpful and understanding that it was my first time. And my butt is going to be sore. Worked the glutes good. read more

This is one of my favorite places to do pilates. I have always known that pilates does great things for my body, but often struggle to find the balance between pilates and the need to get a bit of a sweat and work out at the same time. I find that these classes stike a great balance where I get to choose the intensity and know that I am always strengthening and toning my body in ways that are truly noticeable. read more

I love going to Bodyrok! I have chronic spine, knee, and foot issues from a motorcycle accident and all my doctors and PTs have encouraged core strengthening. Bodyrok has been the perfect place to do this. I love that classes are always different and instructors will correct form. read more

The workout is hard but it goes quickly which I looooove. I think it's because we change up the exercises so often through the class so you're never bored! overall a great workout and I actually see results! read more

Best workout in Nashville! After moving from San Diego, I was so excited to see that Bodyrok had studios here too! The owner Ashlye is so kind and I LOVE her classes too. A super fun and inviting environment I felt so welcome even from my very first class. If you're looking for something low impact but still high intensity that will leave you sore for days, you've gotta give Bodyrok a try! read more

Favorite Pilates class in nashville! The perfect amount of low impact and high- ish intensity workout. 40 minute classes that leave you feeling sore the next day. Street parking and garage parking available. You must bring sticky socks or purchase them at the front desk! read more

Got a month-long trial membership. Their phone doesn't work (no one answers and the mailbox is full) so there's no way to contact them, and they don't notify you when you cancel classes and just charge your card instead. Complete lack of communication, it's absolutely ridiculous. read more

Wednesday morning was my first time attending a Pilates class. The lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful. She reassured me when I expressed nervousness and the instructor was so nice making sure I knew everything before we started. I will 100% be returning to the BodyRok Brentwood location! read more

I love BodyRok. I've been going since April, three times a week. But please please please put some actual workout music on...... There is no reason we should be listening to Luke Combs or Taylor Swift for any workout. Music helps set the tone of the class. read more

BodyRok is a 3 star establishment for me. The workout is unmatched. The music and choreography are delightfully challenging and there's a ton of variance in routines. The reason for the 3 stars is that I signed up for, what I thought was, a month by month package. The girl who signed me up at the front desk told me about a promotion and signed me up on the spot because it was so good. It was something like 50% off the cost of a monthly membership for 3 classes a week. Come to find out, she signed me up for a THREE month membership without mentioning it to me (or on accident) so I had to fulfill the 3 months of payments even though I moved out of state before I could utilize the last month. The owner of the studio was NOT understanding and not very kind about the situation. I loved the workout and the instructors but DOUBLE CHECK when someone tries to sign you up for something in studio and check on the membership details (I will be much more careful about double checking everything moving forward). read more

Love Bodyrok! Challenging classes but the instructors are welcoming. Great music and plenty of class times

Love this workout! Have been hooked since I started a year ago. Great teachers, always welcoming front desk.

I have been going 1-2x a week for months. My muscle definition has been popping off. There's always fun music and inviting staff. It's a very enjoyable exercise that's so very different from my normal routines. I'm a huge fan of the high intensity short interval exercises BodyRok offers!!! read more

The best Pilates class in Nashville. I moved here from New York and have taken at so many different Pilates and reformer studios and this one is better than any other. The workout is so challenging and I love that you're in and out in basically 45 minutes. Hope they open more soon. read more

I have been going to the bodyrok gulch location for a few months now. Every coach and front office staff is very friendly and welcoming! The classes are so good and perfect to add to workout routine! Highly recommend this place! read more

This is absolutely one of my favorite places in Nashville! The community at all of the BodyROK locations makes you feel welcomed whether it's your first class or your 100th. While the workouts are tough, the instructors and music are super encouraging. You're guided to take the class as you need it--need to modify? Go for it. Need to level up and make a more more difficult? Absolutely encouraged. If you're a runner, Stretch and Flow is an absolute must! read more

Favorite Pilates studio in Nashville! I moved from Vegas a few months back & have been coming here ever since! The classes are exactly what I need & the girls running the studio are super sweet! Definitely recommend coming here if you are a Pilates lover like myself. read more

LOVED my first class at bodyrok! My instructor Molly was amazing and I was sore for days. The workout was challenging but there were options for modifications. The vibe was awesome with the cute decor and the playlist for my class was great! The front desk girl and Molly greeted me as soon as I came in. Molly was so helpful with all of my questions and gave me a tour of the studio and the machine before the class which was much appreciated. I can't wait to be back! read more

The workout was amazing! Unfortunately the rest of the experience was not. The staff was rather rude from the get go... after the class they seemed annoyed and almost like they couldn't be bothered to help my friend purchase a membership package... Such a shame because I really loved the workout. I hope management / the owner of this studio helps turn their culture around to a more welcoming and positive environment. read more

I was not impressed with this studio. The first time I went, no one explained the equipment me or anything. Staff was not friendly. Very much a place for influencers. I will not be going back and wouldn't recommend. read more
