Jazzercise Franklin is hidden away between Cool Springs and Murfreesboro Rd; turn in at the light and follow the road until it becomes a cul-de-sac, and it's in the shopping center in the back. This studio has a ton of trainers, and they are all high-energy! My scheduled trainer couldn't make it at the last minute, so the previous instructor got us warmed up, and the owner, Sunny, came in to take over as a pinch hitter. My favorite part about Jazzercise is the music. They use popular music that's fun to dance/move to. The class I attended was called Personal Touch, which I felt was a traditional Jazzercise class. We did use mats (you can bring your own or they are provided) and I definitely broke a sweat. It wasn't the most intense workout for me compared to like a Bootcamp, so I would like to come back for their Strength, Core, or Fusion (HIIT) classes to see if I like those better. The owner, Sunny, was really high-energy and charming. She even sent me a hand-written postcard after I joined the class for the first time. I will definitely return to the studio while I'm testing out ClassPass.

Didn't think a Williamson county rec center would ever offer better pricing and experience but here we are. They are charging comparable prices but not providing comparable quality. It seems they have switched ownership or management and someone doesn't know what they're doing. Noticeable change in quality, organization and service. Multiple times over the summer I was charge twice or told I didn't pay when I produced a receipt. Had several times we made reservations just to be told we didn't. Our swim instructor is amazing, too bad they price their own community out. Would not recommend until they literally clean up, upgrade equipment and serve the community rather than their bank accounts trying to give as little as possible for the dollar spent.

As a business owner for many years I am very disappointed in the practices at Pure Barre. During my first month I was sick several days. When my first month ended all the left over sessions were removed from my account. I assumed, (yes I know the adage) that the sessions were removed from my account due to me scheduling and cancelling my classes, even though I tried to cancel within the 4 hour window I was told about. In December the facility cancelled several classes. Primarily the 8:30 class I used. Also, during December there was family illnesses that required my full attention, and I only scheduled one class and missed it. In addition to removing a session from my account I was charged an additional $15.00. I could live with that, not that I liked it. However when my month ended, not at month end, my sessions were once again deleted. Obviously I missed the memo of this practice. This made my decision to cancel my membership, which I obviously still paid for in January. May I suggest that you make sure that in the future you provide written rules to new members. I was surprised there was one so close and couldn't pass up the opportunity to row with a "home away from home" boat! I called the studio and got myself into a 10am saturday class. Brooke at the front desk that assisted me in getting signed up was delightful and so helpful! And when I showed up at the studio the other girl helping in the front was fabulous too! Coach (Kristin) Hammond was awesome! She kept her energy and the entire boat's energy up the whole class! Lots of pumped up motivation from her, your neighbor rowers and the whole class. Also she had great music (per usual, as most row coaches do)! It was a full class -- coach announced a new rower and myself being a visiting rower and everyone cheered and welcomed us. I just love the community feel carries from class to class and studio to studio. The row house as company is definitely doing something right! I LOVED the energy in this studio! Each of the trainers are awesome! When I do any of the fun classes I know I can count on the trainers to show me how to modify a move I can't or am not allowed to do, like jumping jacks.
