This Brentwood location is my favorite although there are 2 in Nashville as well that are also great. Barre works some of the small muscles that are harder to target and I have felt the changes in my body only after a few months of regularly attending classes. Now it's just an important part of my day to move my body, feel good and hear the positive affirmations that make the class so important for not only your physical wellbeing but mental as well. I cannot sing the praises enough for Barre3 Brentwood--it's an amazing community and I have been so happy with my experience here. Try it out on Class Pass then if you enjoy they have package deals of classes or membership options as well. They also have Zoom and in-person options to fit any comfort level.

I was in the pouting stage; no place could ever be as good as my home studio. Why did it close??? Well, the moment I walked in to Epic Yoga, it felt like home. It's not one of those places you sit in a silent meditative state. You are greeted warmly, you are made to feel at "home". The instructors are knowledgeable, warm, friendly and caring. Each class/instructor is different bringing their own personalities to the practice. I am so thankful I have found Epic....it's now my home.

I came to try them out using the free week promotion that they had going on at the time, and feel in love. From the first step in to the sizes of the classrooms, locker rooms, showers, and apparel that they offer... it is a great place. Not to mention such a friendly staff, specifically Sarah and Julia. Sarah specifically welcomed me with open arms and gave the full details regarding membership and the location itself with such great energy. They are both great teachers also. I love how a normal class can be from 5 to 15 people, with no one ever feeling too close. Overall, worth the membership!

It isn't, but all barre studios are a little different, and I've come to really enjoy the classes at Neighborhood Barre! I've tried several of their classes - Barre HIIT is my favorite right now because I feel the effects of the workout for days! It's a good workout. The instructors are really great, helpful, nice. The music played is really fun and helps me focus on the workout. Some classes are more full than others, but it's not jam packed of people. They offer a trial two weeks for $29 - and I highly recommend you check that out if you're interested in barre or NB in particular. You can also sign up for drop in classes on the Mindbody app (which I love). There's ample parking in the area even if the area can be kind of a pain to drive around (I always regret not leaving 10 minutes before I think I should if the class I'm aiming to get to is between 4 and 6, because I will inevitably hit every red light on Franklin Road for the whole drive). All in all, it's a really good studio. The classes are all different, so check them out until you find the one you love!

A newbie to Pilates practice I had a difficult time keeping up and felt this was for more advanced participants; however, I did not feel exposed so was able to modify and get the most I could out of it.
