We got my forms filled out and headed to the back for a quick tour. Their space is super neat! I've never seen so many saunas in my life! It was so interesting to hear about the different health benefits from the saunas and workouts that they offered. I got set up in my cycling sauna and was told that it was a 15 minute class.
