The stall doors go from the roof to the floor so there's absolute privacy. The staff are absolutely amazing and are always attentive. I lost my water bottle last week and just came in to see if someone turned it in. Unfortunately I think I've lost it for good but the owner gave me a water bottle he had gotten from a business for free. Absolutely amazing staff and gym. The same people that own this one also just opened one in Columbia so I'm guessing it's just as good if not better. For the actual gym part you get a wide variety of weights and machines and there's enough to be able to train everything. The only problem I would say this gym has is having too many members because it does get busy during the day. But I think that's a good problem to have. 10/10 would recommend!

I do feel like they haven't updated the gym much since they opened. Most of the original machines are there and beginning to show wear and tear. The men's sauna consistently has one of the burners out, leaving it not as hot. Also the tile in the sauna is turning black from the amount of sweat and filth in there. Staff is very kind and helpful, common areas are very clean. The pools are great and the outdoor spaces during the warmer months are a gift. The classes are always filled up and the gym is pretty crowded. I would like to see them add on to the gym to make more space as more and more people are joining. Fees are going up but I don't see amenities increasing with the price. Overall I love this place and am thankful for the space to unwind and decompress daily.

One of the best trainers I have worked with. Perry is a great guy and is dedicated to the success and safety of his clients. He evaluates the clients needs, preferences and focuses on any limitations. He is very knowledgeable and communicates in easy to understand terms. He is very focused on form so the client obtains maximum results with measurable progress and safety. He is very conservative when increasing levels of an exercise. Two issues that I have experienced great improvement in the few weeks of training with Perry, 1) Injured knee several years ago resulting in loss of range of motion and discomfort during certain movements. Currently ROM has greatly improved and little if any pain or discomfort. This has provided me with the ability to perform exercises that I had avoided in the past. 2) Impingement in shoulder has limited me in certain movements and considerable discomfort. Currently able to perform movements with little awareness of any limitation or discomfort. ROM has definelty improved and improving muscle strength. Highly recommend Franklin Strength & wellness. Middle of summer, and the pool is closed because they "can't find lifeguards, since they went back to school." But yet they still offer it as an amenity. Total deception on the front end. 3) They let social media influencers film their videos right in the weight room...with us as the background. Seriously? On the positive side, parking is always easy and hassle-free, and the bathrooms are consistently kept clean. The main downside here is the layout and crowd control. The machines and equipment are packed together very tightly, and the floor layout doesn't leave much breathing room between stations for the square footage. It gets extremely crowded, though it's hard to tell if that's just a seasonal summer rush or standard for this location. If you don't mind navigating a tight floor plan during peak hours, it's still a good gym experience, but a bit more personal space around the equipment would make a huge difference.
