As a REALTOR®, I needed to get some signage for my listing, along with open house signs. April at the Bell Rd location designed the best For Sale sign that met my brand style. She listened to what I was looking for and returned a draft in less than 48 hours. After we sold the house, I decided to get a window decal for my car. We drafted out a cling that flowed with my For Sale signs, yet again, less than 48 hours later. I did have a hiccup with install. I came in on a hot day, so the decal didn't get applied to their standard (I personally thought it was fine!). During the time we rescheduled, I bought a new car. They were kind enough to not charge for a whole new cling, but did charge for a new decal. I just got my new cling installed by Christian at the McDowell location. He apologized and thanked me for continuing to support the business. While I was waiting, Ariel was super sweet and chatted with me so I wouldn't feel like I was ignored. I'm not sure where I should start. Maybe the fact that it took them three weeks to get artwork to me. Maybe I should start with that I was told I was being charged a $50 mark art work but was actually charged $550 for signs when I haven't even picked our the type of sign material I wanted yet. Or maybe I should talk about how the owner did not accept any responsibility. Or maybe I should talk about how they only completed half of the order and then completed the other half a week later and never bothered to tell me. I have used realty sign for over 30 years. Recently while ordering at the Bell Road store I realized they have gone completely downhill not only were the signs late by a week but they were also incorrect and no one seem to care. I don't know how the McDowell story is but stay away from the Bell Road store read more

I've used Realty Sign Co since 2009. They have have three convenient locations and they do a great job. They are helpful and will do their best to fill my crazy time requests like 75 open house signs in a week. :-) I recommend them to my realtor friends who many times are very demanding and they get the job done. read more

Unlike the other stories here, I have to give Realty Sign Co 5 stars! I placed an offer with an online company (mistake) and they became backordered and country mail to me for another 2 weeks. With a listing going up tomorrow, I called these guys and they produced a beautiful Real Estate sign for me in a matter of a few hours! So impressed by the service and follow up phones calls! Absolute worst customer service ever. I sent an email with my specs on 11/13 to James. He said he would work it up and get back to me. He never did. I followed up with him on 11/19 and he said he will work it up and have it to me by Friday 11/22. He immediately charged by credit card. Still no call or completion. I called up once again on Wedneday 11/27 and asked about the status. James was not in the office and called back on Monday 12/2 to find out nothing was done, no production at all. James apologized and said he would have it by the end of the day. I asked to speak to Dominic the manager who seemed like it was not a big issue at all, so then I spoke to Ernie the owner. I told him I was trying to get signs done since 4 weeks ago and James consistenty dropped the ball. I asked for a full refund and will take my business elsewhere. I was referred to a Realtor that does quite a big business with them and really disappointed. Highly recommend to go somewhere else. You get what you pay for and this place has zero customer service. read more

I needed a sign to put in front of a home for rent and called asking for what I thought I needed, a post with a hanging two sided sign. I was given a rough price so I went down the next day. When I got there Lena showed me more options, I picked signs, they punched the holes, provided all the attaching hardware and I was out of there with more than I originally planned but at a price of less than half of what I thought I was going to pay. Best bet is to just go down there and see all there is available. read more
