She apologized for the poor communication, which I appreciate--though I'm not sure why the administrative assistant (whose role I assume is to communicate/schedule on behalf of the accountant) is less communicative than the accountant herself? They are very responsive when trying to get your business, but as soon as you pay they disappear off the face of the earth. I have no idea what the status of my tax return is, nor whether the proper returns were even filed. One of the state tax departments reached out to me asking me to pay more and Dimov tax will not even confirm whether they filed that return, nor advise me on what should be done. The "administrative assistant" assigned to my case has not responded to my emails for a week, and when I try to call her it instantly gets sent to voicemail. I'm not sure what kind of people get 5-star treatment here, but it's certainly not everyone. In the past, we've also tried to schedule calls due to difficulty communicating and getting answers over emails, but the staff made it extremely difficult to do so, asked for what our questions were over email, and then gave non-answers to the questions and cancelled the meeting saying that the questions were already answered. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt that it was peak tax season when we reached out and hence we had difficulty reaching them, but the pattern is very clear: when they want payment, they will respond; after payment is given, service drops to almost zero. I would highly advise you to stay away from this business.

I happen to live close enough to Lotus Media that it's a short drive to their drop off point. Today (Sunday), I received an email stating that the video tapes have already been processed. Lotus' turnaround on this has been amazing! I provided them with a USB drive to store the digitized videos, and it is being delivered to my home tomorrow (i.e., Monday). Wow - thus far Lotus has been awesome. I'm looking forward to seeing the finished product but have been extremely impressed with their service. Better prices than everyone I checked with, which included first removing my older, darker tint, before replacing it with lighter tint: $399 for four side windows and the rear window, on my Corolla (Feb 2026). They recently installed full PPF on our GR Corolla, and I'm still blown away by the attention to detail in the install. If you're looking for a reputable installer for PPF, ceramic, and tint, this shop is it! Not only do they do a phenomenal job on the install - their "post-install" support is the best I've experienced with any shop. I had my 2024 4Runner wrapped last January 2025 by Metropolitan Detail in Redmond. They did a…read morewonderful job and it looked better than I had ever seen it. In August I had been rear-ended by a much larger vehicle and had it repaired by a local collision company. After all the repairs were completed, I had Metropolitan Detail put another wrap around all the areas that had to be repaired or replaced. Made my 4Runner look like new again. In late December I accidently rubbed against a large yellow post with my front fender, in a tight parking lot. Lesson learned - do not park near any columns. In January I had Metropolitan Detail buff out the yellow paint and restore the right full fender flare. Since I did not have time to take it to Metropolitan Express beforehand, I was able to have it hand-washed at Metropolitan Detail during the same job. I picked it up on January 13th, and it looked like it just rolled off the show room at the Dealership, but only nicer. Metropolitan Detail does quality work and I continue to go back to them to help me keep my 4Runner in a super nice condition. Thank you, all for taking care of my 2024 4Runner.
