The pool and extension of our outdoor kitchen was so perfect and seamless, it looks as if it was built during our original building process. Also, I would like to add that the contractors Quest pools employs are honestly some of the best and most meticulous crews I've ever seen and we've been through two home builds. They were so hardworking, friendly and kept the construction areas so organized with minimal damage to the remaining parts of our yard. In conclusion, not only was Ryan extremely hands on at every step of the construction process, he was also very communicative; delivering a weekly project schedule keeping us informed with any changes or updates. Ryan handles his business and clients with a sincerely transparent approach and a moral compass that are appreciated when investing in such a large purchase. When we enrolled our child, we were assured FINS would be patient, flexible and accommodating. Unfortunately this turned out to be false. At the first sign of discomfort during one of his sessions, something not uncommon for children with sensory or developmental challenges, FINS made the decision to remove him from the program entirely. We had accrued 13 make up sessions to this point and were told we could do the make up sessions during the daytime slots. But when we tried to take them up on that offer, that option was suddenly unavailable. No warnings. No make up sessions. No partial refund. No support. FINS presented itself as inclusive and understanding, but when it truly mattered they turned their back on a child who just needed some extra support. This was not just poor communication - it felt like a complete disregard for a vulnerable student and their family. To any parent considering FINS, especially those with children of special needs, think twice. This experience was not only frustrating. It was deeply hurtful. We expected compassion. Instead what we got was a business decision and this place is purely in it for the money. Our child deserves better.

But she did point us to this one. It's an older neighborhood in Sugar Land and it looks like it's been there forever. But it's totally worth finding: - Well maintained bike/jogging trail that goes for a couple of miles - Skate park for the teenage boys in your family - Tennis - Baseball/Softball fields that are well maintained and used by the Little League - Sand Volleyball - A public pool The pool is pretty basic but it ranges from 3 to 12 feet and has 2 diving boards. It's also dirt cheap. Sugar Land residents pay $1 for kids under 18 before 5 and $2.25 for adults before 5, $0.50 for kids/$1.00 for adults after 5. Non residents can use the pool for a little more: $1.25 for kids under 18 and $2.85 for adults before 5, $0.65 for kids and $1.25 for adults after 5. We eventually found Memorial Park in a newer part of Sugar Land. But the pool at City Park is a good option for the summer if you don't have ready access to one in your neighborhood and the trails are well maintained. If your kids are into skateboards, the skate park has shade and looked pretty popular.

Ms. Siara has the perfect balance of being sweet and encouraging while also being firm enough to keep our daughter focused and progressing. At this age, that balance is so important, and she does it beautifully. She gently pushes our daughter just enough to build confidence and skills without overwhelming her. It has been amazing to watch how much our child has improved in the water, and we truly credit Ms. Siara and the SafeSplash program for that growth. We feel so much more confident heading into summer and pool season because of the foundation they have helped build. We cannot recommend SafeSplash and Ms. Siara enough.
