There are a lot of seating/cabana options for rent, I'd advise looking into that. We didn't and we had to look around for some open free seating, but it worked out! The lazy river moves at a good pace and they have floaties for you. They also offer bean bag toss, large pong, and even a wake board/surfing area! The center is easy to find located just off of Briarcrest Drive near the Wal Mart and Bryan High. They have a few really great slides for the older kids and a kiddie pool for the little ones, if you like to swim laps there is a designated time in the morning for this and even some evening hours at different points throughout the year. It is well worth the admission or even the cost of a family pass.

I had my Polaris fixed here, they were honest, up front, and even showed me how to take care of some things on it to avoid shop costs in the future. Street parking leaves a lot to be desired, but it's Brenham, we are all used to it (the only bad thing I can say about them). Overall, I won't hesitate to go back to them when I need them for something.
