From our very first meeting, Blake was honest and straightforward about what could and could not be done -- something I greatly appreciated. Throughout the process, I learned that pool construction has its slower periods and moments when things move very quickly. During the slow times, when I found myself getting impatient, and during the fast-paced phases that felt overwhelming, Blake always took the time to call me personally. He explained each step clearly until I fully understood what was happening, which reassured me that everything was going according to plan. Been working with the state Attorney General and they are suggesting that due to the large number of complaints from home owners and cities that a class suit be started. Note: Josh is the owner and their company name changes often. Latest name is Pools321. Anyone that has an attorney who would like to take on others to form a class action suit, please post a name and number here. The suite can be filed asking for 3 times the lost plus attorney fees.

I love the quiet room with the Jacuzzi in it. It's so freaking relaxing. I also like that they have a steam room and a sauna. I love the steam room. If you have eucalyptus oils, I suggest to get a towel and put it on the towel( personal wash cloth) , walk in and kinda inhale it while you in there with the steam. 10/10 !!!! I also like to take showers here lol I've never been to a gym and was excited to take a shower after working out in pool because most of the times gyms don't keep up their bathrooms . But not this gym.! They're about $10 a day which I pay because I don't have a membership and just can't afford one right now but I do come once a month. I do have a jump at my complex so I kind of just come here for the serenity of it.

Overall rated 2 stars. We held our annual women's club luncheon here yesterday. For the amount of…read moremoney we paid to hold our event in the private room, you'd think we would not needed to 1) ask several times to lower the music, 2) as to fill up and refill the coffee carafe, 3) asked for ice for water, 4) asked for salad plates to be placed near the salad 5) asked twice to setup microphone and speakers 6) asked several times to refill hot dishes on the buffet table. We ran out of food twice while women were standing in line waiting. At one point it took them 10 minutes to refill and those standing, chose not to wait any longer. You'd think staff would be monitoring a buffet intended to serve 40 women. Rather, we had absolutely no one monitoring to ensure things were all set with food and drinks. Myself and another were constantly going into the kitchen asking for someone to help us. 7) We had no one available to remove dirty plates when we finished; some our women to include me got up to help remove everyone dirty dishes. It truly was so very frustrating and disappointing. I guess after receiving our final deposit that morning as paid in full, there was little to no incentive to make sure our luncheon was attended to. Beware... you absolutely do not get what you pay for!!! PS: the food was yummy but all that DID NOT happen that SHOULD OF HAPPENED truly did spoil the who luncheon. The 2 star rating is a 100% could of been better with having SOMEONE in charge taking care to make sure our needs were being met.

As a stay at home mom with two young babies. I am super exhausted and looking for some me time…read moresolution. Life time kids academy is the only reason why I decided joining the club. I have been to two locations and my kids are happier here. The vibe in general feels like a family. It's chill, energetic, fun and engaging. True that it is smaller than the other location but it really doesn't matter to me since mainly I spent my time just sitting at somewhere doing nothing. As long as my kids are happy and love spending time here as much as I do. It's 5/5. Vibe check. The gym makes me feel like I am in... cinco ranch : a gym in a holiday resort cypress : a gym in a tech headquarters. (Not actually really is but just a personal feeling!!)

Thank you I really appreciate it I will be coming back to this location because of her. Gloria in the woman's locker room has excellent customer service. And she always greets everyone with a smile while making everything beautiful and clean! I appreciate these two ladies a lot and the gym is beautiful for the most part
