From our very first meeting, Blake was honest and straightforward about what could and could not be done -- something I greatly appreciated. Throughout the process, I learned that pool construction has its slower periods and moments when things move very quickly. During the slow times, when I found myself getting impatient, and during the fast-paced phases that felt overwhelming, Blake always took the time to call me personally. He explained each step clearly until I fully understood what was happening, which reassured me that everything was going according to plan. Thanks to his communication, transparency, and commitment to keeping the project on schedule, my pool was completed exactly as promised. I highly recommend Pools123 to anyone considering a pool build -- their professionalism, honesty, and dedication truly set them apart.

I love the quiet room with the Jacuzzi in it. It's so freaking relaxing. I also like that they have a steam room and a sauna. I love the steam room. If you have eucalyptus oils, I suggest to get a towel and put it on the towel( personal wash cloth) , walk in and kinda inhale it while you in there with the steam. 10/10 !!!! I also like to take showers here lol I've never been to a gym and was excited to take a shower after working out in pool because most of the times gyms don't keep up their bathrooms . But not this gym.! They're about $10 a day which I pay because I don't have a membership and just can't afford one right now but I do come once a month. I do have a jump at my complex so I kind of just come here for the serenity of it.

Late fee is $32 and if you have multiple cards on your account, the primary is locked because you're off shore due to work, YOU ARE still going to be charged the late fee $32 but the very next day they will charge any card on file and of course it goes through. Unfortunately they will not refund because per Villa Sport, "late fee is late fee". So people read your contract carefully because I also had to pay $80 to cancel the membership. Any other amenities you also have to pay more to add onto membership. Lifetime didn't give me all this hassle. Mind you I used the gym a few times per month when I would return back. It was so inconvenient that freezing also came with a specific time lock, 30 days. So if I arrived before the account would unfreeze I still couldn't use it. There are just more classes available in the day than nights. Wish there were more options for healthcare workers that work graveyard shifts.

Then when I walked into their showroom, again, neither him or the assistant was wearing a mask. Brandon did make note of what I wanted in an outdoor kitchen and did an awesome drawing, but it wasn't exactly what I wanted so I called the assistant to have Brandon call me before he started the revision with the changes, he didn't call back, strangely enough, the assistant called me a week later to set up an appointment and I asked her if she asked Brandon to call me and she couldn't remember. So, I said I can't make the final appointment until he calls me back so I can tell him the changes. He did finally call back a week after that and I told him the changes, but now it's been going on 3 weeks to make those minor changes and he still hasn't called back to show me the new changes in the 2D and 3D drawings so we could move forward. I guess I won't ever hear back from him. Just to note, I was told I would get a 2D and 3D drawing, I only got 1 of those for my money which was $300, but it wasn't the one with the final new changes (what a rip off). Guess he doesn't want to do business with me as the reason he is avoiding me. So disappointed in how I was treated. I've moved on to other companies that ARE interested in doing business with me.
