Going on 3 years and problems with pool continue to grow. A good part of the equipment per the equipment companies researching the serial numbers have determined to be used equipment. Been working with the state Attorney General and they are suggesting that due to the large number of complaints from home owners and cities that a class suit be started. Note: Josh is the owner and their company name changes often. Latest name is Pools321. Anyone that has an attorney who would like to take on others to form a class action suit, please post a name and number here. Josh, sold us the pool and installed the pool himself even though he said he had a crew. He promises a lot and also quickly talks his way thru any questions or requests. I would CAUTION anyone in buying a pool from this company. First, they have poor customer service. You have no support from them (Josh) after they install the pool. I had a leak that I had another company verify and fix. Second, their construction tore up my yard and trees even though I gave specific instructions. Fortunately, you have options. Go research some other pool providers. read more

Where to start. Jeff was the sales person. Had a powerline over the location we wanted to place the pool. He told us they couldnt put the pool there AFTER they took our deposit. We should have seen it, but he DAMN SURE should have seen it. We cancelled the order because he overpriced us to move the line. We found a much better price and moved forward. The subs dropped rock in a parking lot so that caused an issue with a business. They put a vent pipe next to the pool that they hadnt told us about, and it couldnt be removed. Now the lights on each end wont sync and NO ONE answers the phone. Would not use them again. Not giving a 1 because the kids love it...but they dont have to deal with all the BS and non answers. read more

Sorry, I didn't realize you couldn't read the review. We had a Fiberglass pool installed last month. Our sales representative Jeff was great from start to finish. If I had any questions or concerns he was very proactive and on top of everything. Ricardo and his crew that dug the pool did a super job and were very nice and worked hard. Ricardo was also an assett when I had questions about my pool equipment and its optimum performance settings. Able and the concrete crew were amazing. The did a great job and it looks super. I would recommend Pools123 if you are looking for a Fiberglass Pool. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ 04-23-2023 ------- UPDATE ------ I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND POOLS123 Well, The great salesperson we had quit along with everyone else who know anything about my pool installation. I am having some issues with my pool overflow line. I texted the phone number for Jeff and was called back by Joshua who let me know Jeff no longer works for Pools123. I went on to tell Joshua about my issue that I thought the overflow line was clogged and sent him pictures of the problem. He then responded that my contract doesn't show a fill line on it. I know I have an overflow because Jeff and Salvador said I have one when they were installing my pool and Salvador showed me where it was and how to use it. I asked Joshua if he could send someone out to look at it as a courtesy. His shitty response was...( With all do respect, you want me to send someone out to check something that wasn't even built into the contract. Something non existent.) I replied, Yes I do, I only saw you at my house for 5 minutes during the whole installation. It is possible that you don't know exactly what was done at my house. Whether Jeff put it in writing or if it was verbal. I'm not trying to be a jerk, I would just like someone to help clarify what exactly the hole is and what the valve is supposed to do and if it is working properly. That was a TWO WEEKS ago and I have yet to het a response. What GREAT customer service Joshua gives. In addition, when my decking was being installed they accidently cut my fiberglass shell with there rebar circular saw. I contacted Jeff who put in a service call for me. Since Jeff is goin I texted Joshua about an update on the schedule repair. I have not received a response from him yet. I sent my message on the 17th of April and today is the 23th. This has turned into a nightmare with Joshua in charge. Wish me luck, I will call the parent company on Monday. -------------- UPDATE 7-14-23 ---------------- Well Joshua saw my review about a week after I posted it. He called me and asked me to take it down and he would fix the issues. WELL.. He wanted to charge me $1200.00 to come out and LOOK at my issue with the overflow since it " was not written in my contract ". I said that's ok, I will fix it myself and leave my review up. Not getting anywhere with Joshua I called the office and talked to Denise who handled my contract. She was very helpful and understood my frustration with Joshua. She contacted the pool manufacture and got me in line to fix the saw cuts on my hot tub waterfall. She was going to get with Salvador about my " non-existent overflow value". Well, I never head from Salvador. I got a call the next week from the repair guy with the pool manufacturer and he was actually in Katy and had a cancellation so he asked if he could come fix my problem today instead of me waiting 3 months. I said YES!!!!! He came and did a great job. Thank You.. I ended up digging up my overflow valve and found that it just ended about 2 feet after the valve and the hose was full of mud. I had a crew come out and fix the problem that I NEVER should have had if it would have been done correctly in the first place. All that being said, Jeff was GREAT and HE sold me on Pools123. If I had dealt with helpful Joshua from the beginning, I would have NEVER purchased my pool from this business. But, If you decide to purchase from them, make sure that EVERYTHING ( every pipe, valve, fitting is written in your contract ) and you take lots of picture's and videos of the installation for future reference. Joshua has called and texted my numerous times asking me to REMOVE this review. He didn't do anything to help resolve my issues and has been an annoyance about my review for the past 2 months. **AVOID THIS SHADY COMPANY** I recently had a pool installed by Josh & Pools123 after spending over 70K for a pool & spa combo I was left with a heater that NEVER turned on. I am still stuck with a heater that doesn't work that I paid for & was never reimbursed after being told I would get a check in the mail. He then lied & said he "mailed" one and it must have gotten lost in the mail... I pay for a mail tracking service & there was never a check sent nor was a tracking # provided. This was over TWO MONTHS AGO. I ended up having to buy my own heater and spend THOUSANDS MORE to fix his mess. Look them up on BBB and read other reviews from people who have also been screwed over. I really wish I would have listened & gone with a more honest company who actually care about their customers. read more

August 22nd post: Horrible customer service from Josh Naras. Didn't repair damages from the electrical wiring, Josh said that the electricians would fix it, that did NOT happen, he's either dishonest or chose to ignore the problem. After this issue and seeing a lot of the reviews I can see it's more of dishonesty. Update August 23rd: I'm going to go ahead and update this post and elaborate more on this issue and post pics and documents as well. First, we had an issue with humidity beginning of the year in the attic and noticed where it was coming from, a hole of the insulation that was cut out from the electricians from Pools 123, plenty of evidence to support the lies from Josh as I added pics from the damages and pics of the wiring. Josh denies completely that Pools123 didn't do that, claims the pool was built 6 years ago and from a different contractor. The permits shown is from 2022 by Pools123. When I attempted to contact him, he stated that I need to take down this post and it wasn't Pools123 that didn't do this. He flat out refuses to fix the problem and evidently lies about it. This was an ongoing issue throughout the year, kept giving me the runaround and said he would get the electricians to look at it to fix and also said "why don't you just fix it yourself." After looking at a lot of reviews on Google and Yelp from others and adding it all up, I can see that Josh Naras has horrible customer service, is a complete LIAR, and is a con when builders make mistakes and refuses to fix those mistakes. Now, this is actually a simple fix but when I see that others have been lied to and scammed, we're going to do some legal action on these issues and also take the evidence to the media and expose this company for what they are!!! read more

I employed Pools123 Houston to install a pool in February 2024. I dealt with the owner, Josh Naras. Pool123 is possibly the most dishonest and incompetent company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. The plans I received from Josh were a pencil-drawn pool drawing on graph paper. This sheet of graph paper is what Josh submitted to the city permitting office. Submitted drawings are required to have an engineer's stamp, Josh affixed a fake engineering stamp to the drawing he submitted and tried to pass it off as legitimate. Completely unethical and possibly illegal. Part of the cost of the Pools123 pool was $1,450 for permitting. Josh had no knowledge of how to obtain a permit from the city. He didn't know what to put on the plans, he didn't understand what the city was requesting, and he was clueless to any code or engineering requirements. I had to handle all the communications with the city, modify his graph-paper drawing, and find and pay for an engineer for a legitimate engineering stamp myself. When I expressed my frustrations to Josh that he charged me $1,450 for Pools123 to handle the permitting for the pool, Josh responded that Pools123 doesn't do the permitting, it's the customer's responsibility and said the (clearly labeled) "permitting" charge was just part of the pool fees? Josh then started to push me to schedule the construction of my pool, before we received the permit from the city. I had to tell him multiple times on the phone and via email that I would not start construction until all permits were obtained. At that point, it was clear I was dealing with a dishonest company. I informed Josh that I would not be moving forward with Pools123 to install my pool and requested he return my $5,748 deposit. Josh refused to return my deposit and I have had to hire an attorney to try and get my money back. Do not use Pools123 for your pool installation, they are a horrible company. read more

I have owned three concrete swimming pools, and there is no comparison. Less time for upkeep, less money, and great service. I would I would recommend this company to anybody. they always return my phone calls and if somebody was going to be late, they let me know in advance. No surprises from these guys. read more

Enjoying our in ground fiberglass pool now for over two years. Very easy to maintain and Josh has been super easy to work with. Highly recommend fiberglass over concrete especially with much faster installation and much easier maintenance versus concrete. read more
