I can swim in peace at times and I can walk my pups here without crowds or worse, other dogs (I'm always concerned about big, unleashed dogs while walking my girls). Also, it's no Memorial park BUT the open fields/paths are beautiful. Just vast mounds of green shrubbery and wildflowers. And as I mentioned previously, the lack of crowds, I've never had to wait to play Tennis - each time I've come to play, the court was empty. I haven't played basketball, but the same applies. In addition, it's pretty close to home, so I can just get some steps in, each time I want to visit - also a plus. Now, I have to say, I'm pretty shocked I'm the first review here but that's prob because this little gem is a bit hidden in the neighborhood. But if you're ever around, stop on by! You'll def have a relaxing time!

It is complete GARBAGE that now that i am finally an "adult" you jerks you no longer have adult swim. Now the life guards take a 15 minute break every hour where no one is allowed to be in the pool. It used to be adult swim for 10 minutes at the end of every hour. Again, this is GARBAGE. we are in Texas. It is far too hot to keep people out of the pool for 15 minutes in this blistering sun. Furthermore, adults should be able to go on the darn pool the entire time. Additionally, there are not enough chairs! They've also decreased the hours. Now Sundays close at 6. So much for people who only have Sundays off. You're already super aggravating by being CLOSED EVERY MONDAY. Now you're taking more time away from people by having the pool closed for a full two hours every day is open due to the life guards excessive breaks. Not to mention we have pool weather for far longer than the pool is actually open. RIDICULOUS that it's prior to memorial day and then nothing after labor day. Again people!!!! We are in Texas!!! The weather supports a much longer pool season.

My pool filters were completely destroyed one month after this business "supposedly" cleaned them. The business came, took pictures, and subsequently informed their supplier that the filters were were destroyed. For four weeks, this business would repeatedly informed me that they were in touch with their pool supplier and would be dropping off new filters....but they never showed up! I eventually purchased new filters out of my own pocket.

Platinum Pools has exceeded all our expectations!…read more Nick was the absolute best!! He stuck with us for over a year while we worked out all the obstacles with our HOA and other issues. Every hurdle we came across Nick was there to walk us through it. Nick listened to us on how we needed the pool design to be and gave us exactly what we were looking for. When changes were needed or required he was quick to take care of it and get it back to us. Anthony and his crew then jumped in and got our pool build completed in record time. We couldn't more pleased!

Everything changed when we talked to Harrison the designer for the Platinum Pools. He is very knowledgeable, people person, and responds very quickly. We had a design of our pool a few hours after our first design consultation with him. We couldn't believe it. That's when we decided Platinum would build our pool. He took care of permitting for us. and sent us multiple designs because we added to our original design a few times. He is very responsive and never got tired of our questions. Then after we signed the contract, Anthony was assigned as our project manager. He as well is very knowledgeable, kind and never gets tired of our calls and questions. He has every contractor on time, keeping the job site clean, always double checking their work and always like I said answering our questions and keeping us on the loop every step of the way. In the conclusion we loved working with Platinum Pools. Harrison, Anthony and the rest of their team were simply great to work with and an extra perk they finished way before schedule even though we had a lot of rain days.

They have a whole two sink setup where they have supplies for your little ones. Blow dryer, q-tips, even detangling spray. Over all this is great place for your kids to have swimming f lessons.
