I contracted with the company for 4 movers for ~7 hours and paid a deposit based on that agreement…read more On moving day, only 3 movers were sent. In addition to the fourth mover not being provided, the move took 9.5 hours instead of the anticipated 7 hours. I did not request or authorize the reduction from 4 movers to 3. When I contacted the company during the move to ask why only 3 movers had been sent, rather than simply acknowledging the scheduling error and working with me to resolve the issue, the company representative Guil raised his voice, insisted the cost of the move with 3 movers would "end up being apples to apples", and threatened to stop the move while it was still in progress (while I had an 11-month-old baby in tow, which he was aware of). I was also told that there was a signed agreement in May of 2026 showing that I had contracted for 3 movers, which was not accurate; the company's subsequent written response to my complaint acknowledges that I had booked 4 movers in June of 2026. I was ultimately charged for the original contracted arrangement as well as additional labor time resulting from the company providing fewer movers than I had contracted for. I was not asked to sign or approve a revised agreement accepting those additional charges. After attempting to resolve the issue directly, I ultimately had to file a complaint with the appropriate state agency in order for the company to send an itemization list/bill of my credit card charges, and to offer to refund the additional charges. I am sharing this experience because I believe customers should be aware of how this situation was handled. Mistakes can happen, including scheduling mistakes, but I would have expected the company to take responsibility for the error, communicate respectfully, and work toward a fair resolution rather than placing the financial consequences of its own scheduling error on the customer.

If having boxes stacked too high and packed into rooms so that one could not move, whereby a fire…read morehazard was present, then select this this moving company. Items that should have been taken from storage were left there, for example furniture pieces, and boxes, that could have been left in storage were moved out. This is an example of movers doing what they want, rather than what was best for the customer.
