There is a lack of Waiters and the ones there are running around going nuts. I would skip this restaurant and try other Spanish restaurants in Miami. One that comes to mind is El Pimiento in Miami Lakes and Casa Juancho in 8th Street - both of their paellas are amazing and they actually come with lots of seafood!
