The hostess led me to one of the tables right next to one of the massive windows facing Fannin Street, which is a great perk of the eatery in my book. A waiter named Guillermo handled my order. I went with the Tex-Mex Classic for my late lunch/early dinner. "John, you smart SOB," I thought to myself when Guillermo brought the meal to me. To say it was massive is putting it lightly. The beef taco, the cheese enchilada, and the pork tamale all fought for space and my attention alongside the rice, which was modestly small for my liking. That could probably explain why the refried beans, which were nicely remixed with cheese, came on a separate saucer. A bit full from working on the complimentary chips and salsa -- I'm addicted to the stuff so sue me *laughs* -- I managed to tackle the TMC. The one item that stood out to me was the taco.
