This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. It is a scam they constantly take money out of my account multiple times a months and never deliver my water. I have paid 3 times this monthy and still not delivery and when I call they tell me I do not have a card on file. Hardly I have been charged 3 times. I continue to cancel this account. We have been with wet it ready refresh for a year and a half and then that time it has been a constant battle to get our delivery scheduled on time to ever know when they're coming and we are constantly running out of water. It seems like that's their intention so that we increase our order and they make more money. This last time I was scheduled on the 11th rescheduled to the 12th and then rescheduled to the 13th today. They still have not shown up. I called the customer service number sat on hold for 38 minutes spoke to a woman and after she got all my information she hung up on me and I am not calling back and sitting on hold for another 40 minutes. They are the WORST!!! We loved them in the beginning but after we moved it got bad! First I talked to our delivery driver about moving our service and he said to go online and do the change there, so I did.. It went smooth the first delivery but after that my mother was charged for a cancelled order . I got online to chat with someone and they would not help me.. I asked several times to have the payment taken out no later than the 3rd of each month, the lady I was chatting with kept going round and round with me! She finally tells me after 10 minutes of this nonsense that they take the payment out 4 days before the delivery so to schedule it no later than the 8th of each month, I asked her didn't she say that in the first place instead of dragging it on!! She disconnected us.. I explained my mom is on a fixed income and only gets paid on the 1st and 3rd of each month and they could careless, so because of this her account was messed up and now they say she owes $200 or more!! No acceptable!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I WILL NOT RECCOMEND THEM AT ALL!!! And our delivery driver was always a smartass!!! read more

Service has always been great, however, they just nearly doubled their prices starting Oct 2018. It used to be about $20/ month for 5 bottles total; now, it will be about $36, because they're tacking on these ADDITIONAL fees: * +$2 delivery fee (per delivery, so $4) *+$2 additional fees PER BOTTLE ($10) *+$1.50 monthly dispenser rental. I started my relationship with this company a year or so ago and things were fine at the onset. Then they started deteriorating. Their scheduling program had bugs and I got deliveries even when I had cancelled them. I got notifications for deliveries that I had cancelled and sometimes there was delivery and sometimes not. During the virus pandemic their process completely fell apart. I would request a delivery and get notified it was happening and find that mysteriously it was pushed to next day and the day after and so on. And during the height if the crisis the delivery got cancelled without notice. I suggest that you get a Primo bottom-loading machine from the likes of Costco, Sam's Club or Walmart and get the Primo bottles yourself from the supermarket. It is much cheaper. read more

Terrible service for overpriced water. They constantly miss delivery dates. I've tried to cancle my service several times and I've found it impossible to get ahold of someone to cancle. I've tried to cancel on line and get an email with a coupon, I respond to the email and they tell me I have to call an 800 # to cancel. The 800# when you select to cancel hangs up on you. We are snowbirds, so I contacted them (they wanted $5 just to talk to them, but they never replied to my online message to them. Anyway, they picked up my dispensor and empty bottles, but the next month they charged my card for the rental ... another $5 to talk to them, yet nothing credited back to my card after a week. In fact, they sent me a text saying they were going to deliver more water. So, called again .. this time after a few days they did refund the charge for the rent for a dispensor that I didn't have. Next month, same thing, rent charged again. I called again and told them I wanted to end our relationship since they don't answer email on their web site, and wanted to deliver water again. During the summer every month I kept getting messages saying they were going to deliver, and each month I was able to skip it on their web site. Now though, apparently they got the message about my desire to cancel, and I can't sign on to their site. We returned to Sun City with a message from them that they were going to deliver water the next day, on a Wednesday. On Tuesday evening they sent a text saying the delivery would be delayed until Thursday. Wednesday night another text that the delivery would be delayed until Friday. Thursday night, anothr text saying the delivery would be today, a Saturday. I was tired of getting charged $5 just to talk to them, even though each time you have to wait a long time before someone actually answers the call. The driver did show up today, and I've been waiting ... so I told him that I didn't want to do business with their company anymore, and gave him a little info about how crappy their customer service is. They seem to be totally incompetent .. Hopefully this is the last attempted delivery. I tried to sign on to their web site, but it says it doesn't recognize my sign on. So, I tried to establish a sign on with another email account, but it then told me I couldn't because I had a sign on with the original email account ... which they had just told me they didn't recognise ... Drivers come off business hours. Empties never picked up. Delivery times are changed every month. Customer service is outsourced. ReadyRefresh cancelled recurring without providing any notification that they were doing so. They just stopped delivering. After two months of no delivery I reached to see the problem was. Explanation was "staffing issues" but nothing on why they didn't at least let us know. Set up recurring delivery again. Three weeks out was the soonest they could get me in. Ready missed that delivery and the next one too. Never anything but a "sorry". We will be finding a new service. read more

ReadyFresh has gone down the tubes in the last 6 months. Their robot customer service doesn't coincide with their website and they raised my bill from $35 a month to $45 a month. I called to ask why and it took an entire day to get a live customer service rep on the phone; and even then they had no answer. I then canceled my service. read more

Absolutely awful. At first was OK, deliveries came as expected, but then I had the audacity to move and change my address. Good luck reaching a person there are no phone #'s, no chat. Filled out their form for address change and received "we'll respond in 5-8 business days." Well, they didn't, so next delivery...wrong address. So twice in a row, I had to take my lunch hour to drive across Phoenix to pick up my water from my old address while still paying my delivery invoice. Finally get a note from customer service with a phone number (800-274-5282), waited 14 mins for someone to pick up - their customer service (must be the email forms as well) is totally outsourced. I announced I wanted to cancel and that I will have ~10 empty bottles - because they never picked them up from my house, remember I drove - there was no attempt to do anything like "oh let us credit your invoice or is there anything we can do to keep you..." Nope, didn't care. Definitely find a different company. read more

This review has been a long time coming, as I kept trying to give Ready Refresh to opportunity to get their act together over the past year. We are an office which gets delivery of three 5-gallon jugs + two cases of water, as well as rents the cooler from Ready Refresh. Our delivery schedule has never veered from it's standing Wednesday weekly delivery. But repeatedly, RR has just not shown up, and they do not give notice or reason for why the local branch chose to cancel delivery that day. Other times they show up with only a partial order, which is not enough to supply our office staff with bottled water. Calls to the 800-number (you cannot contact the actual local branch) only result in more frustration as hold times are about 25-minutes. And when they offer to reschedule to get a replacement delivery out to us, they cannot show up until the following week- at which point we are already out of water! I'm giving up on this company and advise that you find a different water delivery company. read more

This will be the 3rd rate increase in less then 9 months. First was 2 $ for a 5 gal bottle. 2nd was a 12$ min charge per delivery and finally effective in October another 2$ per 5gal bottle. A 3$ increase in machine rental and a 1$ increase in a ongoing delivery fee. The service and delivery guys have always be great but I think readyrefresh is colluding with others like it to keep prices high. As a disabled Vet it makes it hard to maintain the service. read more

I have been a customer of theirs for years. I dealt with rate increases, fine. I ordered 2 months at a time and had it take up half of my living room to compensate. (I order 6 gallons in a box, and the 24 pack of sports bottles-2 months worth is 4 boxes of the gallons and 10 packs of the 24 bottles.) I dealt. Then, the waiting around all day thing. The not being able to request a time of day thing. I dealt. Even when they did not show up and I waited around all day for nothing. Even when they did it two days in a row. I dealt. The final straw? They changed their source of water. They not only do not acknowledge this truth, but flat out deny it. I have tasted multiple packages now. They even came back and replaced it. I had a bottle leftover from the previous delivery vs new delivery vs replacement delivery. Old delivery tasted as expected. New and replacement were awful-like tap water. Undrinkable. I can deal with horrible customer service. I can deal with incompetence. I cannot deal with paying money for water that tastes like the garbage from the tap. Whatever source you people changed to-undo it. I cancelled my service. Still waiting for a refund nearly a week later. I will update this if I have to deal with fighting them for my money. read more

I've been a 4 year customer. Received a paper letter 2 weeks ago via USPS advising they are increasing my monthly charges by $20.00! No call, no email, nothing. When I call them, they advised they're now charging $5.00 to talk to a rep. I'm on hold at least 25 minutes every time I call, then told they can't help me. Transfer me again, more hold time. Finally able to speak to a live person today. I want to cancel. They won't pick up their dispenser or water bottles on the weekends. I work Monday through Friday, guess when they pick up? I told the rep that. She tells me "can't you have a family member sit at your house, or drop our stuff at someone else's house for pick up?" WTF?? And to add insult to injury, they're going to charge me a $50.00 reconditioning fee for the water dispenser..DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I should have known, they are Nestle after all. It took me 3 phone calls, 2 emails and my own letter that I sent to them - that they never answered - to cancel out my service. Your company and customer service is still the worst... I cancelled my service because you didn't deliver my water, and wouldn't fix the issue to re-deliver water for 7-8 days later. But when I cancelled, you came in 24hrs to pick up you dispenser. Then you sent me a refund check for $20.43 on 6/28. Then on 7/1 you all sent me a bill for 6.95 for delivery fee for the bottle water I never received and I cancelled my service over. So my question to you is... 1) why not do the adjustment first before sending me a refund? 2) why bill me at all for a bottle I never received in the first place? 3) how do you expect me to pay?...you have deleted my account. And then 4) Why are your hold times 25-30min long?....your eliminating all your customer with BAD management decisions. read more

If you go online and can't get the info you want or cant resolve a problem they tell you to call and the wait times are as long as an hour. When they tell you they will get back to you, they don't. They also are not good about how much they bill you. All in all it doesn't matter if the water is good, it's not worth putting up with the problems. read more
