You just lost 2 accounts this morning. My email that confirmed my delivery time for my home account from 7am-9am and my office delivery time of 8am-12pm. I have been told does not matter. That even though those times were confirmed you only try to make those times and make no effort to let anyone no when they change the time. Awful company. Have been with them for over 10 years now, since about 2007 but now i'm done. Was great the first few years, good customer service but its a different company now in 2019. Bill has tripled since then, their billing practices are shady, customer service is now terrible, their coolers break down and now they reuse all the water bottles so frequently you'll get some that look filthy. This company has the absolute worst customer service and deliveries. Deliveries never happen when scheduled and when they reschedule because whatever ridiculous excuse they do not show. Just got off the phone with ReadyRefresh and cancelled my service. I was so disgusted I quickly went to Yelp to post a review thinking people need a balanced review of this company. I was surprised, yet not surprised with the same reviews. Like one other review, I gave them several chances after complaining about past delivery problems. This month, I won't be receiving water at all because they changed my delivery date to June. When I spoke to the customer service operator, I said, "so since you all changed my delivery date, I won't receive water for May at all." AWFUL! They don't deserve 1 start. They promise they will deliver but they never show ... so after 8 to 10 promises they show up and throw you a couple bottles and you didn't leave yours out because you didn't know they were coming so they bill you for more deposits and you end up with 15 bottles and when you finally have enough you cannot get them to come and pick their junk up. Never had a problem with Ready Refresh until the last two weeks. I called because they rescheduled my delivery day without any notification and my workplace was without any bottles. After attempting to get connected with the customer service line for a half hour, I was able to finally to get on the line itself. When I finally talked to someone their excuse was "Oh, yeah, we're really behind in that area." No explanation, no apology, nothing. Complete apathy. I am shocked to see most reviews are scored low. I guess I was blessed to have the driver Phil When I first started the service, then relocated 3 yrs later and Phil delivers to my new location. This is one of the worst companies with whom I have interacted. (It's so bad that I am actually motivated to write a Yelp review - my first.) It is clear that they don't care about their customers and don't actually want any business. My office is scheduled to receive monthly deliveries. Over the past four months, we have received only ONE delivery. Although the online systems indicates a delivery date, this date change daily, without any notification to the customer. I was a customer of Ready Refresh for several years. There were reschedulings but in general I was satisfied... Until I needed customer service attention. Their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced, right there on the top with Comcast. The dispenser broke down and my dining room flooded. Since it's impossible to get a hold of them on the phone, after taking care of the situation, I wrote an email explaining what had happened, asking for help. I thought they would call and guide me to some kind of solution so that I could use the dispenser again without risk. Instead, I received an email from them a week later saying "this product doesn't have a guarantee." Nobody had asked about any guarantee, mind you. So I called to cancel the service forever. Now they DID want to help. "Let me put you through to a technician who can help you." Really? Now you offer that? A complete disappointment. I changed to Mountain Valley and I couldn't be happier. Deer park made quitting their company a nightmare. Agent very rude on the phone. Told him I was quitting due to being over charged and under delivered. They charged my checking account 224.00 dollars, without telling me when I talked to them, get this.... they said I still have 42 of their water bottles!! ?!?! I called and was told in a few days they would have finished researching the issue and for ME to call back!! Nestle is big scammer. You get the first five gallons for $3.50. Then it's $6.00 per 5 gallons, ~$8.00 for bottle deposit, $3.50 monthly delivery charge. I never saw the bottle deposit come back to my account as I keep returning the empty bottles. Do not fall for this scam. My invoices range from $14 - $32 dollars twice a month, which is ridiculously expensive for 5 gallons of water. Invoices are full of hidden obscure fees. I'm in Florida. read more

I wish I could put negative stars because this company doesn't even deserve a star! The supposed credit you will get towards your account for recycling empty water bottles never gets credited because the drivers never pick them up! To make sure, they don't even knock to alert you that a delivery is at the door. That way your stuck with huge empty bottles (storage alone is annoying) and a more expensive bill since the credit is only given when the bottles are collected. Absolutely appalling service. I signed up in July 2017 and for the first few months, service was okay. Then suddenly, they deducted money twice in one month from my bank account, and since Spring, deliveries have been postponed time after time. When my chiller broke down it took two weeks to get another one. I've complained even at the corporate level and received no satisfactory explanation. Once, they promised to give me two extra bottles as compensation for the inconvenience--and couldn't even deliver those. The excuse they use is a shortage of drivers in the area, but that's ridiculous, considering how many folks need work these days. Our office has used Ready Refresh for literally more than 15 years. Apparently this month they initiated a new policy where if your payment by mail is received after their due date they charge you $20. Yes, 20 dollars! Ours was a few days late since it was December and our office was closed around the holidays. This was after they started charging us to receive our bill via mail. Their whole gig seems to be to try and push you into doing everything online via auto pay. We've cancelled our service and will have them pick up the empty bottles when we're finished with them. north folk water company was sold to them and since the change, they have been the worst! for the past three weeks they have delivered 5/5gallon water even after i called on the 2nd delivery and told them not to come today (10/19). the delivery guy was so pissed that i was his 5th stop that had reused water (because i got an order on th 10/12- that i didn't expect). he explained that he put his two week notice in and was highly frustrated and felt his blood boiling (his words not mine). i went on to get my day started when i put my dogs outside in their area to play. i noticed only one dog when there should have been 4 playing (i have 5 cane corsos). when i went outside to look the gate (which can only be open but humans) was left wide open and my dogs were gone! i spent 2hrs looking for them. finally caught up to animal control on the road who had my dogs. i now have to pay to get my dogs out! i wouldn't even have this problem if them knew how to keep a freak schedule!!!!!! and ive been on the phone with them all day (its only 12:50pm) and they act like giving me free water is the best option....wtfffffffff how dare you! read more

We have had several problems with Ready Fresh. Are water was not getting delivered in a timely manner. Empty bottles would sit in our kitchen for weeks. I tried to contact the company customer service numbers and only got a recording over and over again. I would wait on hold with music playing for 20 minutes or sometimes longer. I finally wrote a letter and sent it with the driver to take back to their manager. Now, in June of this year they raised water bottles .50cent each now less thank 6 mnths later it's $1.50 more per bottle along with cups $1.50 more and $1.00 in Delivery fee. This is outrageous and I can't even get a rep. on the phone! There is no customer service. I even selected the number for new service hoping they would want my money and that didn't even help! POOR SERVICE RENDERED. Readyrefresh has refused to replace my luminia dispenser which is faulty. since the day it was delivered. The delivery man tried to make it work but failed and said i have to call the company. I called ready refresh contactless times. I never get them so easily. The days i get them they tell me, it will be delivered and they never showed up. On the April 22, I called and was fortunate to talk to a lady who first told me the dispenser is out of warranty and later said the dispenser is out of stock. After checking my account again, and found out she was wrong, she told me i will have to make payment because my dispenser because it is under installment payment before it can be replaced. And i refused because there is no guarantee the dispenser was going to be delivered. I have stayed at home three times from my job waiting for the dispenser to be replace and they never show up. read more

How you can go wrong with just delivering water? well poor customer service, you wait a long time and very often the deliveries are delayed or reported as much as several days in a row.
