The worst, I mean the worst, PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM! I ended my service! They charged me for orders that they NEVER delivered. Then when I canceled the service they charged my account for $100,$50! Like everyone else they don't deliver on time, I guess if you want your water on time you have to pay the $125 extra fee. We are so mad, we will not only never buy their water again but we will not buy ANY product from the parent company ever again! read more

Just don't do it! Water delivery won't happen & customer service doesn't care nor will they help. I was told they are having "operational challenges" therefore cannot guarantees delivery date. Someone told me a bunch of truck drivers/delivery truck support quit. This company needs to just close their doors and stop ripping people off. Water delivery date has been pushed for two weeks now. Canceling this account ASAP!! read more

If I could give a 0-star review, I would (Yelp, give us the option!). The ONE JOB a water delivery company must complete is to DELIVER the water. My delivery date was changed 2x, without notice. When I did call, I was told that the company only had an email address but even then, I received no notice of the delivery date change. Just before transferring me to someone, the customer service representative noted that Nestle had recently hired 150 drives to help get out of the logjam (insert eye roll here). All we want is the water delivery. Admittedly, we ran into this same situation a few months ago. I cancelled the service and - of course - Nestle made me an offer I could not refuse. Things were going well for awhile but here we are, back to the poor service. Save yourself! Either find a new delivery company or find a generous colleague who will bring in bottles from Costco. read more

Horrible service, If they not rescheduling my delivery date, the are double charging me. Prices went up, service went down. Only been a costumer for nine months. About to cancel all together. read more

For the last six months they've been okay...a couple rescheduled deliveries, but mostly on time and accurate billing. They have a good website and it's pretty easy to use overall. You rent the water bottle stand and they bring new jugs to you with each delivery that you schedule. But, the last few weeks have been awful...I've been rescheduled for almost two weeks and when I call they told me they just hired 100 more drivers. Welll....why is my water still being rescheduled a week later? And on top of this I got a notice that both the delivery and per bottle water fee is going UP! read more

worst delivery service EVER! They bill for items not received. I have to call customer service every month to get my invoice corrected. THE ABSOLUTE WORST! read more

The worst. For my first delivery, they 'inadvertently' billed me $150 instead of $20. You schedule a delivery....and then every day at 10:00 AM you get an e-mail telling you they are coming tomorrow instead. This goes on for days....eventually it shows up. 0 stars or negative stars is really what they deserve. Update: I can't even get them to come pick up their empty 5-gallon bottles. They can keep their $20 deposit. Wow. read more

DO NOT USE THEM. THEY WONT DELIVER YOUR WATER THEY DON'T WANT YOU AS A CUSTOMER. The absolute worst service ever. I have been rescheduled for two full weeks on 1 order. And prior to that every set date is postponed to a later date. Since January I've had one delivery on time and it was delivered to the neighbors up the street... Everyday another email saying they are rescheduling. When you call they say the exact same thing. When you escalate, They promise and guarantee a delivery date, Then the delivery never comes and the email for a reschedule is sent. You call back get the same BS. Run away from this company that doesn't want your service. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY WONT DELIVER YOUR WATER. Delivery date was 6/15 is now 6/30 with Two reschedules just this morning for 7/2 and now 7/3 totally 11 reschedule emails since 6/15. Lol. A complete lack of customer care. Good luck emailing them too. They take over 10 days to respond and they respond with nasty grams explaining that the customer did something wrong not them. In my case I have Biweekly delivery on my account but the delivery dates that they set are set for once a month. When asked to fix they say I have to physically change the dates myself. Even though it is there system. They must of cut down on the pay and there's a mass exodus and whose left or hired are uneducated in routing and customer care. In conclusion please remember there is competition and word of mouth. Look around before blindly going by the company that is first on a google search. All companies below sell 5ga jugs. HORRIBLE WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! There is no way to contact them by phone or email. Chat is a joke - just get useless bots. Cannot reschedule delivery - only to skip them. But they reschedule to benefit their schedule and customer has no control. Oh and when (not if ) damaged 5G water bottles that cannot be used are delivered, there is no way to get a replacement or credit. You have to physically be home and inspect each bottle they leave before they drive off. And be prepared for constant increasing in products and delivery fees -- even before Covid -- but especially now. If there was a zero star rating, I would have selected it. read more

Consistently late on deliveries. Everyday is an email saying they will deliver next day. Huge hassle, unreliable, and not cheap. Had water delivery back West and didn't have these issues but here, at two different locations where I had service, they can't seem to manage their delivery schedule. You'll get your first water delivery on-time but after that forget about it! read more

Terrible customer service. The last straw was that they left our last delivery outside the apartment building. Canceled the service and am still fighting to get them to stop charging me. read more

If I could give a negative star review I would. This company is anything but convenient. They literally canceled and rescheduled my order 3 times in a row without even contacting me. I canceled service last week and now I cant even get them to pick up the empty containers which they want to charge me for. Yup they keep canceling the delivery... Do yourself a favor and find your water elsewhere! read more

New customer and I'm already annoyed with their product and service. I just had a fountain delivered today and what they dropped off was a piece of crap!!! It is clear they do not inspect these fountains before transferring them between customers. I called customer service and now have to wait two more days before I can get another fountain. read more

Ready Refresh took over Deer Park and the service went to the pits. If you want water just go get it yourself. I have been a customer since 1996 and I had to cancel my account today. I have been waiting almost two weeks for water and all I are emails that my deliver has been rescheduled. Before I would received cases of water with bottles missing or damaged bottles. The delivery men knew that rhe bottles were damaged and not a full case because they covered it with another case. I have called several times and they nothing changed. I never had any problems when it was Deer Park. I wish it was a minus star box. read more

Ready Refresh IS NOT READY! They call, give you a scheduled date and approximate time and don't show. There's barely any customer service when you call and questions are not answered. As a breast cancer survivor, I depended on water delivery in order not to strain my upper extremities. I've been a customer 5-6 years and watched the service going from bad to the worst. I have called numerous times to express my discontent, but change did not occur. Today the window given was from approximately 9:45 AM- 12:00 PM. I patiently waited for my water! I called and was informed that deliveries were made until 6:00 PM. I knew the water was not coming so I cancelled my service at 5:23 PM. That was my final call! I am so done with Ready Refresh that you can stick a fork in me! I am appalled with the service provided, or should I say "the no service provided"!? read more

Impossible to reach customer service after multiple rescheduling attempts.

They suck.. took forever to deliver anything honestly. Pls don't bother using them for anything

-10 stars. They never deliver when scheduled. Delivery drivers place heavy bottles and boxes in front of and block doors so you can't get out of your house. They never answer the phone. read more

Probably the worst business I've ever dealt with. Missed delivery in June. Missed delivery in July. I've now spoken to customer service 5 times. Driver keeps saying he can't deliver because of a security door. Customer service verified there are instructions to leave the bottles outside. They even contacted the local delivery branch and gave the instructions by phone. Guess what? Another missed delivery. I'm looking for other options. These guys are a hot mess. BTW they're now Ready Refresh by Nestle, although the water is still deer park. read more

I would amputate the entire half of my body to have this company go bankrupt. It is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have never hated a company this much. They decided to upgrade their already trash website to an even more trash website and required me to reset my account when we had already ran out of water so now I can't make another order. On top of this the stupid disease of music that they made me listen to while I was waiting to speak to a representative made me want to grab my ears and rip them apart with a cheese grater. I hope with my whole heart that this company dies and never has any hopes of returning. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TRASH. read more

Absolutely horrible. My deliveries have been constantly rescheduled for a week now and I can't even get a hold of anyone to cancel my account. You are not allowed to remove any deliveries or cancel your account online. Stay away! read more

Earns 0 stars. Worse excuse for delivery "service" I have seen. Poor or NO communication from the account rep, water deliveries they claim happened when no one delivered to our office at ALL as our cameras confirm. Business hours not honored. 3-9 days late or no deliveries. This is the worst!! I cancelled service for our company. Enough being yanked around without resolution is enough.!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

NOT customer friendly. I have waited for a BROKEN water cooler to be swapped out. This is the second time in a year. I was given a timeframe of 8:00am-1:00pm. At 11:00 am I just called to check that the delivery was still going to occur and I was told, "yes, most likely sometime today. We have you down for before 3:30, but that might change". REALLY??? Their policy states that they can't leave the cooler on the front porch, even if I leave the broken one there, but their policy I guess doesn't state that they should notify their customers of any delivery updates. I am going to switch companies even though I have been with them since 1990! read more

STAY AWAY - * REVIEWS ARE CORRECT My experience is the same as the others ! They delivered my first order of water the other day and no cooler. I'm on the 3rd alleged delivery date awaiting my cooler and was told the driver would be here at 11:05 and I must be home an hour before and an hour after the time to cover for any variance. I showed up at 9:45 and with now delivery at 11:05, I waited the extra hour and called at 12:28 and they said delivery would be at 12:30. The waiting continues to 1:40, I call and they have no clue where the driver is. They call me back and say they still haven't heard from the driver but, a manager said it should be here at 2:30. I'm debating putting my yet to be opened water bottles outside with a note and chalk this up as a bad decision to choose what is clearly a bad company ! Adios... read more

I wish I had read the reviews before signing up for this service. I joined their service almost 2 years ago, but for the past 6 months my deliveries have been getting delayed. September's order was supposed to be delivered August 30th. It got delayed until September 4th, then September 5th, then September 6th. I finally gave up and cancelled my service. Terrible service, rude customer service. read more

Let me start out by saying that the delivery drivers and a couple of the customer service reps I have dealt with have been friendly and kind, but the customer service is absolutely terrible. They have removed their phone number from their website, and if you do locate it and call, they say their customer service team is not available due to high call volume. I've needed customer service because my automatic payments will randomly stop - then there are late fees. This has happened five times. If I try to manipulate my account on the website or app, the pricing changes and I'm paying quite a bit more. I've called tons and emailed multiple times - most email responses are form scripts which don't actually address the problem. They finally called back today because I have a "past due" balance, although they still have my credit card information, and I let them know I was quite happy they called so I can cancel! I'll save my money and do my own heavy lifting from BJ's. Ready Refresh is not worth the headache, and Costco should terminate its partnership with them - it's an embarrassment. read more

Don't waste your time. This company is garbage. Delivery was supposed to be delivered today no one showed up. Finally got in contact with a customer after getting an automated phone message only for an website error that will result in no delivery today. They sure as heck didn't have any problems charging my card though. read more

Absolute disgrace and joke of a delivery service. Stay away from ReadyFresh. You get scheduled delivery and they keep rescheduling for the next day two weeks in a row. This is every time you have scheduled delivery. They are worst than pandemic. You never know when they will deliver. What a joke of a service. It is so unpredictable that you never know when you will run out of water and you still have to go and drag 5 gallon jugs from the store. Whoever is running this company it will run it in the ground for good. ReadyFresh does not deserve to exist. read more

This is the worst customer service! They almost never deliver water on time. Like they have promised to do it on Thursday- Guess want it might only come on Monday now. One time as an apology they promised to give us two bottles for free - never happened. They are planning to increase prices up to 20% in September 2018. You better increase your customer service and quality of service first! Very disappointing!!!! read more

The water and bills show up like clockwork. Problems are very challenging to solve. Sometimes, the lids had mold growing in them and I wanted the water replaced. Sometimes, I changed the order. Sometimes my requests were honored. Most times, not. Emails are clearly sent overseas where people respond nicely without answering or dealing with the incoming requests. Calling is a mixed bag. After going through an array of voice commands that often don't work right, you can get a live person. Some helpful, some not. Everyone is really, really good at saying I'm sorry. At some point, I wanted to get mold-free water and get the amount I ordered, instead of hearing I'm sorry. Not surprisingly, cancelling service is painful. It's hard to know whether the cancellation problems I had are deliberate or just part of their "normal" service. read more

Ready Refresh has horrible customer service. My delivery has been rescheduled 5 times just for the month of January 2022! No explanaition, nothing...called the customer service and they are horible to talk to. It didnt take a second late for them to take my money out from my bank. This is it, I am done....going with a different company! read more

You just lost 2 accounts this morning. My email that confirmed my delivery time for my home account from 7am-9am and my office delivery time of 8am-12pm. I have been told does not matter. That even though those times were confirmed you only try to make those times and make no effort to let anyone no when they change the time. I made arrangements at both locations based on my schedule and what you had available. YaNick from Massachusetts informed me that you really don't care about delivery times and was kind enough to cancel both my accounts. So disappointed in your service. And based on the attitude from YaNick, you clearly do not care that you lost my business and upset me. Thanks, read more

I wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering. Just to get started is a friggin hassle. I placed an order online to start new service I got an email saying there were some issues. Well when I called they said they never got the oreder but yet I have a confirmation number. I am praying I am proven wrong otherwise this will not last long ...will update read more

After trying to give this company a chance, I finally had to cancel the service. I have had nothing but problems with the delivery service! The prices were raised again and the explanation was "to improve their delivery service". Well, that was far from the truth...the service got worse. So much so that the drivers lied about delivering water and a couple times reported that I refused delivery. The office staff is great at apologizing, promising and covering for drivers I asked to speak to the delivery supervisor in October 2019...by December, he still hadn't reached out to me. I finally cancelled the service. I hope people are savvy enough to check yelp before buying. Maybe they'll be spared the aggravation and constant disappointment. ReadyRefresh...you really need to REFRESH! read more

I would give zero stars if I could. One of the worst experiences I have had. Never got to drink any water before I canceled it. Starting out the cooler that got brought out was broken and leaked everywhere. Ok, it happens. Reschedule for two days later and take of work to be there. The guy show up and says the put the cooler on the wrong truck. Are you serious? Ok, reschedule again. Only to have them schedule the wrong day. Contact them to schedule a day I can be home only to have them show up for the wrong still even after Rescheduling. Canceled. Just need the to pick up the water that has been sitting in my place. read more

I canceled after several months of changing my delivery date without notifying me. I found out too that customer service doesn't care. Someone on here said that they offered them a good deal but when I called to cancel they acted like they didn't care and didn't ask why. Then they delivered one more jug after we canceled and they told my husband that we couldn't ask for one bottle. They said that we didn't have to pay for it. Now when we got our bill they are only giving us 4 dollars per bottle for deposit read more

WORST customer service EVER. My coolers hot side stopped working in June so I called to arrange a replacement. Was told it would come on June 13th. Today is JULY 9th and that broken cooler is still sitting on my porch. NO ONE has bothered to come to the house. I've called probably 6 times now and keep getting promised that someone will be there the next day. Finally I told them to close the account. Today I see they charged my credit card for $70 saying that I have 14 empty bottles unaccounted for they haven't picked up. Of course I went insane.......they are deplorable. read more

We used their service for about a year. First they increased the price of a big bottle of water from $6.99 to $10.99 after 9-10months or so they increased the price to $12.99. I called the customer service to cancel our membership.. they said you can keep your price for a year but I cancelled it anyway. They are fishing to see what they can get, if you call them to cancel your membership, they let you keep the old price.. not an ethical business practice. read more

this company seems to have a monopoly on water delivery in maryland. they failed to make delivery of my first order with them and said it wasn't processed correctly. Now they want me to wait 5 days for redelivery. and they need a 12 hour window to deliver! What's happening here?! Why doesn't Deer Park and other companies delivery their own products? I am looking for other options if you have any ideas. read more
