They delivered water I did not order, twice. They said, we will come pick them or I could keep them and they would not charge me. I asked them to come get the bottles I did not order. (Reasonable request) They said OK, but they never showed. It is my opinion they try and get extra money out of the customers and when called out on "why are you sending me an order I did not request" they are like, o OK my bad we will not charge you but you have to skip the next deliveries. But, if you don't skip we will send you more and charge you. I do not recommend this brand. read more

So on 6/13, I received a delivery of two bottles ...NO CARTRIDGE ... I called their customer service and was told they didn't have any cartridges in stock and needed to order one ... THEY HAD FOUR WEEKS ... FOUR EFFING WEEKS TO CHECK. So the troligyte that I speaking to said they could deliver the cartridge and three bottles of water in two weeks Primo could fuck up a wet dream read more

After a 3+ year battle w/ @ReadyRefresh I've had to pay a collection after my account was closed &equipment was picked up. Multiple calls, continued invoices, polite yet ineffective customer service, stop payments through my bank.NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH @ReadyRefresh DO BETTER! I do not say this lightly but it has been the worst possible experience with any company I've ever dealt with. read more

Continued disappointment. They can't seem to figure out how to deliver on time. The app continues to be difficult and unresponsive. The phone is never answered. This merger has derailed service. read more

Primo Brands,, the successor of ReadyRefresh Water, is probably the worst business I have ever dealt with. It has no humans at all. Everything is an AI bot. And the bot gets everything wrong. Primo kept delaying my deliveries. Eventually, I got tired of waiting, and canceled them. There is no way to cancel them, however, so I left a message on the chat. no one picked up on it. It took weeks for a truck to show up to pick up the empty bottles, and by that time I had brought them over to the Giant to be recycled. The driver was the first human from Primo that I ever spoke to. He was, of course, very nasty. Now another truck will be coming tomorrow to pick up bottles that don't exist. I swear, this company is from Mars. Don't do business with them AT ALL!! read more

Deliveries missed. Can't get a response from customer service. I was happy with the prior water service before it became Primo.

Can't or won't deliver an order. The change the dates every time. If regular delivery date was May 30, they push me out a week. No notice! Then in June it went to days then the next day, etc. No notice, no apology. I have only had one partial delivery since early May. All companies in my area merged into this monster that never delivers. The one delivery I did get the drivers were SO RUDE. They almost threw the jugs at me They were hot and running late. Did their management care? The President of the company wrote us a letter apologizing for a high end water was out. No way to contact him and tell him what a mess his Monster company. I pray they go bankrupt and the Monster breaks up to give us a choice again. I agree with all the bad reviews. Wish there was a zer0 read more

We had ready fresh and they were great! HOWEVER.. primo took them over, and all of a sudden we have not gotten a delivery in 3 WEEKS. They promised a delivery this week.. and who would have guessed it. We still didn't get the order. I'm writing this as i am currently waiting for a customer service person to pick up the phone. Mind you it's been 1 HOUR AND 10 MINUTES!! This is insane. STOP LETTING THESE CRAPPY LARGE CORPORATIONS TAKE OVER GOOD BUSINESSES!!!! read more

ReadyRefresh - The wait time to get help - Water Delivery Near Me - Baltimore, Maryland

Constant Billing Issues We've experienced a billing issue almost every month. Sometimes plain overbilled. Sometimes we would be billed for things we didn't order/receive. (We were told the drivers would sometimes leave things they had on the truck to see if we wanted them, then bill us.) Sometimes charges would be added post-invoicing, the latest being a credit card surcharge (we were on autopay.) Every one of these cost me a long conversation with our internal accounting, upset with me, and a long phone call with RR. We've canceled, it's not worth the monthly headache. read more

This service was great until it was bought or merged with Primo. Not a single problem ever. Now every delivery has been a problem. they wont leave it where they always did, and wont take away the empties. I keep having to haul them myself, and our yard is full of empties. We have complained multiple times, and been told it would not happen again, and it still happens. I gave them a chance to come back and do what we paid them to do and they said they couldn't. Avoid these clowns at all cost. We just cancelled our service. read more

I can't believe this company isn't being sued into oblivion. Everything other users are saying is completely true. They will charge your card whenever they want, for whatever amount they want. It is a biweekly task of mine to spend time on hold asking them to correct the charges, and when they do there is no explanation. They're just like "oops sorry we keep charging your card random amounts" and they'll do it again and again. They also routinely give me less than 20 minutes notice as to when they will arrive for pickup or delivery, which often comes at 7AM! Someone with more money and time than myself should really think about taking these clowns to court, because there is no way in hell they are operating this company legitimately. When I signed on with these idiots, I was told water would come via free delivery. I was charged $10 every single time because there are "no delivery trucks in your area". Isn't that your whole entire business?? Delivering water?? BEWARE WHEN YOU CANCEL SERVICE WITH THEM, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AN ADDITIONAL $50 to PICK UP THEIR JUNK FROM YOUR HOUSE. But I guess that's just nestle doing nestle $hit. #BBB read more

ReadyRefresh - a text message sent to a customer - Water Delivery Near Me - Baltimore, Maryland

When it was Ready Refresh there might have been some small problems occasionally, but for the most part was good service. Since Primo took over, it has been a hot mess. Always rescheduling deliveries, delivering to the wrong spot, not picking up empties. So essentially all the reasons you are paying for home delivery they get wrong. Useless company now! read more

Now that this company has bought up all of the other water companies that serve the Eastern Shore, they don't care about keeping their customers happy. I let them know on May 30th that their 10 day delay in making my monthly delivery has caused me to run out of water. They have now rescheduled my delivery date 4 times. If they don't reschedule for a fifth time it will be a month and and a half since my last delivery. If you are fortunate enough to have other choices, don't pick this company. They literally had to pass my house to make a delivery at a hotel on Tilghman Island last week, and did not stop for me! And the hotel did not get their full order! Boo ReadyRefresh! Making bad impressions from day one! read more

They lie to you every day on deliveries. My empty bottles have been sitting in our driveway for almost a month. We pay for spring water, but doesn't taste the same as the previous company before the buyout (I'm a little skeptical if I'm even getting spring water). Terrible customer service! read more

Should be investigated for fraud. Regularly added and charged me for items I did not order (plastic drinking cups, bottles of flavoured water, etc) and of course it's impossible to reach anyone to have charges reversed. Now they've missed delivery to me 4 weeks in a row and again you can't reach anyone. You can't cancel subscription without calling them which should be illegal. read more

My husband and I were literally just threatened by the water delivery guy all because they keep trying to give me product I did not order and I told him I am refusing the order. Since they bought ReadyRefresh, Primo has not done a delivery - almost a month late now. Terrible online and phone service. Their rep said they would deliver by June 2nd - not done! I've been with this delivery service for 25 years with very few problems, but I'm shopping. read more

I used ReadyRefresh for 4 years. The first two years there were no issues at all. I could change delivery online even hours before the delivery the website always worked in whatever I wanted to do on the site. After 2 years, it started getting sketchy. I would randomly get billed for a late fee when I'm on autopay, and weird building glitches like that. So I turn off autopay option. Then the third year eight 5 gallons of water per month schedule was being delivered every two weeks or 3 weeks randomly. At one point I had 16 5 gallon jugs sitting in my driveway while I was on the phone to ReadyRefresh and them telling me that I didn't. It only got worse and worse in this past stretch when they merged with primo has been a complete disaster. It is extremely difficult to get them on the phone, and when you finally do you are lied to, and since primo, they blame everything on the merger. It's been an absolute headache and frustration. Even closing my account was a huge headache. The options online wouldn't work yet I couldn't get anyone on the phone. So I had to keep clicking skip delivery hoping someone would just call me so I could cancel. Oh yes, I even emailed customer service three times and didn't get a response for 2 months! I wrote them saying I am trying to cancel my membership. I got no phone call but finally an email saying they are sorry to see me go, but bye . At that point, you just have to laugh. I have changed my bank card so that I can't be charged from this company again. It's been a nightmare. Let me make perfectly clear though, the driver s have nothing to do with how this horrible company is run. They have been perfect in their deliveries, completely friendly and I tipped them very well every time. You cannot punish the messenger! My new delivery service is DrinkMoreWater. They have been stellar so far and I expect nothing less. The price is about the same, The water tastes better in my opinion, and guess what? When you call the number someone answers the phone! Imagine that!! You will get an email response right away, too. Sheesh, writing this review has brought back the trauma in dealing with ReadyRefresh. Smh. read more

Exorbitant rates. They nickel and dime you. Close to impossible to close your account. Phones go unanswered. Horrific experience. The water is more expensive than wine or whiskey. read more

Avoid them! Terrible customer service, the website is garbage and never works, and they started hiding their contact information. They removed their phone number (here it is: 1-800-274-5282). Good luck getting a live person. The only way I found to get a live person is to say I was closing my account. When trying to contact them, they make you complete an online form. One time I successfully entered it, but it took weeks to get a response. Lately, the form doesn't submit. I've tried from 2 different computers and get an error. This company has caused me so much anger, I'm so grateful to be done with them. read more

Ready Refresh seemed like a great option for our homeschool tutorial which meets in a building with no potable water. Kids bring water bottles and in the past we have had water jugs as a backup - enter Ready Refresh. We bought a water cooler and signed up for monthly deliveries thinking it would be a perfect solution. Instead every delivery was delayed 4-5 times and forced us to go buy our own water jugs at the local stores. I reached a customer service agent once and after a verbal guarantee of priority delivery the next Monday - it was rescheduled 2 more times and then it never came! After that, all correspondence stopped and every time I call the customer service line there is an automated message says "due to higher than normal call volume customer services agents are not available at this time. Go to ReadyRefresh.com" and then it hangs up! I have called consistently over the last 2 months at different times of day. I get the same message and then it hangs up. I have sent multiple messages through the website. Each message takes 7-10 days to get a response. I want to cancel my account and have heard nothing. read more

This business has the absolute most abysmal customer service you could ever imagine. We have used their services for over a year. Not once have they ever shown up on the date that they promised. They cancel at the end of the day and then they will just randomly select a new date in the future where they might show up or might not show up. Allegedly none of the management has any access to the dispatch or the drivers. They couldn't even get themselves organized enough to come pick up the equipment that they requested we leave out. So it is sitting out there for a week getting ruined in the weather because they can't get themselves together. Don't ever ever ever go with this company. read more

Ready Refresh should be Never Ready Refresh! This is the fourth or fifth time I have Not recieve notice the water would not be delivered. There is always a excuse. I have never been late paying them so why are the late delivering? I expect better service from the company its not the delivery guys its management!!!! read more

Worst. service. ever. Costco needs to remove them from their vendor roster because it looks bad for them. A $20 late fee when my water is already overcharged at $35, that's more than 50%. Sent an email they didn't respond for 7 days. Can't call "due to high call volume" Don't do it, don't do it, don't do it! read more

Unbelievably poor service. Consistently miss and reschedule service. Missed my monthly delivery this week and found out the next day by logging into my account that it was just rescheduled for next month. No e-mail or text notification and the reason listed was that no one was home to accept delivery...literally right above the "Contactless Delivery Selected" line on my account which is how it has always been. Called 'support', after nearly an hour spoke to a representative who advised that there were "Service Disruptions" in our area and she kindly rescheduled for yesterday...so I wouldn't run out of water. Got a notice HOURS later that my delivery had been rescheduled AGAIN...then no one showed up and got a notice that it is rescheduled for next week! Again spent about 15 minutes on hold, got to "Patty" in Customer 'Service' and she seemed not only not surprised by my desire to cancel, but completely unwilling or unable to do anything to make things right after continued failures on the part of this company to provide reliable or accurate services. She was more than happy to cancel my account and tell me that they'll be here Tuesday to pick up their bottles and cooler...I'm going to bet that they actually show up for that! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY if you expect reliable service and responsive Customer Service. read more

I recently signed up for their services. My deliver was scheduled for Friday 3/22/19 on that day only the water was delivered because they never added the dispensary unit to the truck. They then rescheduled me for Monday 3/25/19. Why wouldn't you have another truck bring it today if they don't close until 9pm ? So people are supposed to take off from work multiple days because your employees didn't check to make sure they had complete ordered on the truck. The call center people could really care less about anything( whether you are services or not). This isn't a company you would want to be associated with. The best rep I have spoken to is Jessica and Capricha They need a raise. And the other ones act like they are looking up something but don't respond to you. read more

Delayed deliveries like most people reported, customer service is disconnected from what's happening with deliveries, previous issues include a delivery notice when I never received the bottled water, I still don't understand billing such as being charged for delivery even if I skip it, the drivers are kind and really try hard thus the one star otherwise it would be no stars, but I feel bad that they work for such a horrible company. Bad customer service as they are always messing up my orders and are very hard to get hold of when there is a problem.

Love the water EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the on line customer service. I am computer literate, but their site sucks. (on the lap top & mobile ap) It ALWAYS shows that I have no scheduled deliveries, no past deliveries. The live customer service reps are nice, except the last one that created a new account for me instead of working with my current account! I asked for only 2 bottles as we are preparing to move, and I got 7 bottles delivered!! The driver could not take them back, and they can only pick up empty bottles. Now I am going to have to waste water since all attempts to fill anyone and everyones jugs have gone unsuccessful. Being from the SW I LOATH wasting water. Sorry for the rant, but I have no where else to complain to!!! read more

I can't believe they are allowed to raise their prices whenever they want, I've been with them since 2016 and I can't tell you how many times we've had an increase on each water bottle and also the dispenser. You can't reach any customer service, you can't talk to someone live! That's impossible... Their trucks run in diesel, so them saying they need to raise their prices for the cost of gas doesn't make any sense. Just because of COVID they felt the need to keep up and raise prices, it should be illegal and everyone should try to get another water delivery company. read more

I have been a customer for over 25 years. Over the past year we have experienced incorrect deliveries, late deliveries and recently a delivery that went to someone else's house and the company did not acknowledge this, apologize or offer to deliver the products to us immediately. Instead we got computer genrerated emails telling us to look around our property for the delivery and wondering if we gave the correct address. Along with all of this, there was no one to speak to- no customer service- only communication with a bot. We will no longer use this company- do not use them! read more

If I could rate lower I would. Just cancelled my account after 30 years. The last 1.5 years have been horrible service. Just deliver whatever they want whenever they want and are not accountable for their mistakes and don't seem to care. Customer service is horrible. I call them in advance to make sure what my delivery date and quantity is correct. Then I go online to make sure that my schedule is correct but that's not enough. They still delivered on wrong date and wrong quantity and won't pick it up or credit the account. No one can help or fix anything. I just keep paying for their mistakes. This has happened 8 or 9 times over the last year. I can't take it anymore.....I'm done. Unfortunately, it looks like most other people are getting the same level of service so not sure how this company can stay in business. read more
