At this point that will be more than a month without a water delivery when my scheduled deliveries is every 2 weeks,. The excuse I have heard is due to the rebranding blah blah.. This should have very little impact to your customer base if this was planned out and organized appropriately. At this point the company might as well pick up their equipment and close my account. When people are spending the amount of money for a service, the response is beyond unacceptable nor really compensating to keep a customer. Just shameful but the best way to let companies know this is not okay is by not spending our money with them. I can't post the review without a star rating.. Honestly, the company does not deserve even a 1 star rating but it is definitely the minimum I am giving just so I can post this.

Drivers are pushed to incentivize "add-ons" to existing deliveries - and the last delivery left me 2 x 12 bottle cases of metal water bottles AND charged me an additional $60 for something I NEVER authorized or ordered. "Customer service" is non-existent - I cancelled my account online but was asked to "allow us to earn your service" with a discount. When I requested confirmation of an existing route for my delivery address: radio silence (because they're constantly changing delivery routes and changing your delivery date(s)). After a month of "having my place on the delivery route changed" I'm DONE. I can buy the same 5 gallon water bottle at Harris Teeter for $9.99 - not $15.99/bottle - saving $60/delivery.

At the Company request I sent them photos of the leak type of tank and they helped me turn off the bad tank and use the second tank. The Technician came out to the house with the wrong tank. They acknowledged they brought the wrong tank and needed to order and come back with the new tank. The issue I have is that I was being charged a service fee for their mistake. No work or Inspection was performed and they already knew what the problem was and what type of tank they needed. Tried to resolve the issue with them and no compromise on their behalf. Jamie tried to upsell me a new system during this emergency, which I'd happily argue was caused by a Culligan installer. Jamie was great and gave advice until I told them I wasn't interested in buying a new system. Now it's been an hour since I've heard from Jamie. I got ghosted because I wasn't interested in purchasing a new system during a crisis. Update: Got a text from the branch manager around noon, where I was promised a technician around 3pm. The tech was a little early, but told me that the office could have talked me through turning on the bypass over the phone. I was charged more than $200 for this, was told that I needed to replace my water softener system. Definitely getting quotes from competitors.

I've never heard of this spot before, and you typically will not find me in Springfield. However, a few of us made lunch plans this past Good Friday to take advantage of the $29.99 AYCE weekday lunch pricing. We got three rounds of beef brisket (chadol), one thin & thick pork belly (samgyupsal) each, and half an order of large intestine (daechang). The chadol was a little too fatty than I'd like, but it was high quality and comparable to non-AYCE options like Meokja Meokja. I didn't love the thin samgyupsal as much, but the thick version was so meaty and juicy. The intestines were a fatty treat, and I was good with just a couple bites. We had to ask for ssamjang and sesame oil for sauces, which they were generous with giving. Our server was pretty attentive, but we thought it was weird that he cooked the thin samgyupsal and the beef brisket at the same time. As for sides, we asked for lots of them (sadly our corn cheese never came). The fermented soybean stew was strong, but a bit too salty at the end. The egg bomb was fluffy and delicious. They also have ramen (aka shin ramen) which we enjoyed by adding several pieces of chadol and letting it soak in there to get that deep meaty flavor. I enjoyed the kimchi throughout the meal, which was the perfect "not quite fresh, but still crunchy" texture. Overall, we ate to our heart's content. I definitely would be back for more chadol, thick samgypsal, and a bit of daechang in the future. The $30 pricing is a steal for the amount of food we got, but I'd hesitate to pay for the $40 dinner price. I don't eat enough at AYCE spots to get my money's worth, so I would rather spend that $40 at a non-AYCE spot for higher quality cuts like galbi and rib tips.

If we came back, we would definitely add on the ribeye or galbi instead of sticking strictly to the all you can eat option. Service was great and attentive, and the atmosphere is solid for the Springfield area. That said, our hood vent almost came off mid grill, which definitely took away from the experience. Overall, a strong start with great banchan and service, but the BBQ itself did not quite deliver.

    So, I first want to start off by saying that every single technician/expert that has provided…read moreservice to us has been FANTASTIC! Fullstop. This review is based on recent experiences with customer service representatives/admin folks. So it was during calls to the main number, and we reside in Virginia. We recently had a very expensive repair for a hot water heater that severely damaged our circuit breaker box. So the techs came out, did their thing and were phenomenal. However, in order for us to submit the repairs for reimbursement with our home warranty company, we require an itemized invoice. As per the egregiously rude phone reps we have encountered, there is a company policy against itemized invoices. Like, WHAT!?! I have never experienced anything like it in the history of working with service providers. There is always an itemized invoice. However, that in itself is not the issue. First, my spouse spoke to someone who said that it is only possible to obtain by escalating to a manager. So we waited and attempted to follow-up. Each time after we both tried to follow-up, we encountered some of the rudest, most unprofessional individuals on the line. Not to mention, AGAIN, how does it make sense that you are doing work of this magnitude and cannot produce an invoice that breaks down parts and labor!?! I am certain that this isn't the first time in history that the company encountered this kind of request when customers are dealing with insurances and warranty companies. It is wholly disappointing, when you consider that the individuals in the field doing the labor intensive work can be overshadowed by the policies of the company. I literally have no idea what to say at this point, but that we will be transitioning to Michael & Son's or another provider. Because who wants to pay this kind of money to be mistreated on the backend for something as simple as an itemized invoice. Such a shame!
