    We are having nothing but trouble with Waterfy Me. The most recent issue we've had is they randomly…read moredelivered on the wrong day (5 days early) while we were away on holiday. We were delivered fewer bottles than we were charged for, they were left blocking a shared hallway for those 5 days, and we are now left with an apartment full of empty bottles as they obviously didn't pick those up. When we complained, we were told we would be charged $15 for them to fix their error. Sadly, this is par for the course with them. They are incredibly disorganized and their customer service is rubbish. Edit: Upon reading the above review, Waterfy Me cancelled our service completely. They now want us to return a load of bottles of water we have already purchased, and a cooler which we have four weeks of rent left on, which is basically theft. Everything I said above is true, so they have no grounds for retaliation. It seems they would rather lash out than try to fix their issues, which is incredibly unprofessional. They have also made numerous errors over the time they have been delivering to us. We have received the wrong number of bottles. We have received them on the wrong day. They can not work with you to reschedule around you being away without a lot of hassle. This last issue just the latest annoyance.

    So, I first want to start off by saying that every single technician/expert that has provided…read moreservice to us has been FANTASTIC! Fullstop. This review is based on recent experiences with customer service representatives/admin folks. So it was during calls to the main number, and we reside in Virginia. We recently had a very expensive repair for a hot water heater that severely damaged our circuit breaker box. So the techs came out, did their thing and were phenomenal. However, in order for us to submit the repairs for reimbursement with our home warranty company, we require an itemized invoice. As per the egregiously rude phone reps we have encountered, there is a company policy against itemized invoices. Like, WHAT!?! I have never experienced anything like it in the history of working with service providers. There is always an itemized invoice. However, that in itself is not the issue. First, my spouse spoke to someone who said that it is only possible to obtain by escalating to a manager. So we waited and attempted to follow-up. Each time after we both tried to follow-up, we encountered some of the rudest, most unprofessional individuals on the line. Not to mention, AGAIN, how does it make sense that you are doing work of this magnitude and cannot produce an invoice that breaks down parts and labor!?! I am certain that this isn't the first time in history that the company encountered this kind of request when customers are dealing with insurances and warranty companies. It is wholly disappointing, when you consider that the individuals in the field doing the labor intensive work can be overshadowed by the policies of the company. I literally have no idea what to say at this point, but that we will be transitioning to Michael & Son's or another provider. Because who wants to pay this kind of money to be mistreated on the backend for something as simple as an itemized invoice. Such a shame!

I attempted to contact Cinch 5 or more times, after a combined wait time of nearly 3 hours, they could not contact Whirlpool Factory Service either, while leaving me on hold. Finally they did manage to make contact and the service company claimed that we were unresponsive. This was patently untrue, it was a lie by the service company. Cinch eventually gave me a phone number for said service provider, so I could try and contact them, shocker no one answered after numerous attempts. Cinch would not refund our deductible or reschedule a different service company until they contacted Whirlpool Factory Service, who again became unresponsive, according to the numerous Cinch representatives I spoke to. I gave up going through them and disputed the deductible charge on my credit card and the prepaid annual contract price, pro rated to 9/3. They likely won't save you much on a repair and the service company's they do partner with have been fairly unscrupulous. Don't purchase their home warranties.
