Not only did they treat pesky pet stains, they also managed to remove a stubborn coffee stain from one of our carpeted stairs. They were super clean, thorough, and fast - also they covered our door with a special drape so that they could use their hosing without leaving our door fully open and protected our hardwood flooring before starting the job. I highly recommend them.

So I slept on my couch that night and didn't actually put back my sheets until the following night. So yeah I didn't "sleep" on the mattress until well after 24-hours just because it was soaking wet when y'all left the first time. And I would also say that when I contacted you that I informed you about possible urine smells and stains either on my carpet or my mattress from my dog. It wasn't until you all returned that you then decided to use the UV light which you should have done the first time y'all came out to pin point the areas. So besides the stairs and the mattress you had to redo my room still smells and stains still remain on my carpet. And you also commented that my carpet is old as if I asked and didn't know that myself. So yeah you came back and "cleaned" the mattress but besides that nothing else was done correctly.

I contacted 4 companies and only 2 responded. I did my research and found Basement Masters to be a very reliable company. Their quote was a fair price for the work that had to be done. The quote included a written summary and pictures of what to expect. The company is easy to communicate with and is responsive in answering questions. The crew came out one day and finished the next day. (They did a LOT of work). All of them were hard workers, courteous, efficient in their job and answered all the questions that we had. Walter was our point of contact but all the workers were excellent. I am happy, my house is happy, and I would recommend Basement Masters Waterproofing to anyone because I think they are top notch.

System has lifetime warranty, but the company who installed it many years ago suggested I have a plumber and a foundation specialist check it out before they come. If not there their issue under the warranty, there's a hefty charge. I contacted Randall, the owner of Basement Masters, who came out promptly, looked at old system, discussed concerns with warranty coverage I might encounter, and found no foundation cracks. He kindly offered to have me call him after the old company comes out to assess the issue. All done for no charge. You'll not do business with a more honest, reliable company. I highly recommend Basement Masters and Randall ,

When I arrived home, I was met with a complete disaster and had no idea where to begin. It was already late in the evening when I got home, and the situation was incredibly overwhelming. The team from Pure Clean arrived around 11:00 PM with very positive attitudes and a great deal of compassion for what I was going through. This was something I had never experienced before, and I truly did not know what steps to take. Cody was extremely professional and took the time to walk me through the entire process. He explained everything clearly and helped coordinate with my insurance company so that I wouldn't have to worry about handling it on my own. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to help made a very stressful situation much easier to manage. I'm incredibly grateful for the support and service I received during such a difficult time. Thank you to everyone involved for making this process as smooth as possible.

They came before the end of the day on a Friday. So far so good. The field reps told us the price would be $7000 to do the work then given it'd be after hours and $4500-$5000 to do it on Monday. My wife and another person heard the field rep say this at least twice. We decided to wait until Monday to save the money for the owner of the house. When I called Monday we were told it'd be $7000. I asked David who is the estimator why they weren't honoring the lower price of $4500-5000. He told me it was because that's what the paperwork said. He said he couldn't do anything about it so I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told there wasn't anyone but him. I asked to speak to an owner he said he'd leave a message and ask the owner to call. The owner didn't call so I got his # and called him. His name is Dennis. He said he appreciated the information and expressed disappointment with his internal team at not advising him, he said he'd look into it and get back to me. He didn't call back so I sent him a text 2 days later and received a callback saying he had a family issue. Rather than address the pricing double speak his vm said the final bill may be less than $7000. After the cleanup work was done which took 4-5 hours with 2 men who left 15 fans for 3 days we were told an estimator would call to schedule an appointment to do the carpet, laminate and baseboard repair. After not hearing from them I called and was told by David that no one could do the work for 3-4 months. I contacted the owner about it and heard crickets. Whether the company is a film flam operation taking advantage of insurance money I don't know it is certainly possible. $7000 to be on site for 4-5 hours and leave 15-20 fans unattended for 3 days seems over the top. The bait and switch on the quotes, the 3-4 month lead-time to do repairs and the flakey behavior by the owner are serious warning signs to stay away.

    Anthony Restoration - Gainesville

Spend a few minutes reading this long review and save yourself months of HORROR!…read more We hired Anthony Restoration after a water leak in March 2025. This was the first time we had a water leak so did not know the process and trusted them. They assured us that they would work with the insurance company and that we would not have to get involved with the process. Anthony billed the insurance company for two separate set of invoices, the first of which was paid in full. The issue arose with the second invoice where the insurance company declined part of the payment stating that the services rendered by Anthony were excessive and not warranted for the type of damage which we had. This is where the horror started: On the second invoice, our insurance company issued a payment in the amount of $6950 (based on the services they thought were warranted by the damage) on 6/13/2025. Anthony held onto that payment for TWO MONTHS, did not cash the check and then after 2 months sent us a demand letter for the entire amount IGNORING the payment which they had received from the insurance company. They also charged us for 3 months of interest charges and then added a collection charge of $600 in addition to the interest charges. This in-spite of me calling them a few times to see where things were with the resolution of the claim to which I was CATEGORICALLY told that NO action was needed on my end. Folks from their receivables department kept misleading us by telling us the source of the issue was related to the deductible which we had already paid. I had to arrange for conference calls and numerous back and forth emails between them and the insurance company to get them to finally accept that the source of the issue was not one related to deductible but instead had to do with them charging for services which the insurance company did not find as being commensurate with the type of damage we had. On one call, Anthony even had the gall to tell us that we should seek counsel and go after the insurance company even though the fault was all along with them. This company is OUT TO LOOT YOU! Those of us who go through a water incidents for the most part don't know the process and hope that the company that they hire would look out in their interest. NOT THESE GUYS!!! They lack basic communication and their internal processes seem broken with one part of the organization not in sync with another part of the organization. All along I was trrying to get this issue resolved while spending countless hours of my personal time. I even asked that the owner of the company call me. I am STILL awaiting that call! While I am no fan of these big insurance companies, having spent countless hours going through this back and forth between Anthony restoration and the insurance company, I can safely say that our insurance company was fair in their determination of what should have been a fair price for the job and in-spite of that Anthony kept MISLEADING us. Water damage can be very mentally straining, NO ONE DESERVES the way Anthony tried to mislead us! I will be pursuing this case with the State of Virginia and another body which can bring us justice!
