I am asked to text the details (phone number, email address, car info) to the phone number. Basically, I've got to do all of their paperwork for them. They don't respond to the text. I don't know if I've been confirmed for the appointment or not. They eventually confirm the appointment after I prompt them I contact them. They estimate 2 hours, so I bring my whole family on two cars and drive 30 minutes. Their location is in a mall parking lot. Not super professional either.
