Hired this company thanks to their mailer coupon. Was I a little worried about the quality of the job since they advertise a lot? Kinda but I wanted to spruce up the place before I put up the "for rent" and their prices seemed reasonable. The lady on the phone was nice. Got my appointments right away. First up- gutter cleaning. They removed the roof stuff and left no mess. Day 2- power washed my house and waxed it. Also, I asked for a quote to have my driveway and patio cleaned. That's where I figured the ripoff would occur. Actually- no. EXTREMELY reasonable price to do it! My mom noticed how much brighter the patio looked. My housekeeper noticed my house looked cleaner on the outside!! My only initial complaint was- the windows looked worse- not better. I was going to call and complain but didn't. Fast forward a few days and a hard rain passed. Washed the soap off the windows and they're perfect now! Do yourself a favor and call these guys. They do a good job, leave a comment card and an envelope to send in the payment or call by phone. I really liked the work and professionalism. No matter how many times I called her with questions, she was patient and always professional! I would have rated the service as Great, but I gave an overall rating as Good for the following reasons: - I had the Turtle Wax Sealant application and had to wash the exterior of all the windows as the wax coated them, making streaks and spotting. - Although 95% of our plants did well with the chemicals used, a few of them instantly turned brown and the blooms shriveled and fell off. I've done about 3 deck power wash & sealing and 1 gutter cleaning through them. They respond quick to e-mails. Getting appointments is easy and you don't have to be home when they do the work. You then mail in a check when they're done. Super easy. Also have pretty reasonable rates. One time it rained like an hour after they sealed the deck and I was concerned so they sent out a manager to inspect the work (at least that's what they said they did). Well.....they did what I asked them to do, but they made more problems for us than anything. The guys came and did the job. I'm not sure why they had to blast the windows so hard that we had water leaking inside. And they also took all our front door decorations off the doors to protect them, but still bleached the hell out of them anyway.....They tell you ahead of time that they are not responsible for this, but it is not that hard for them to just avoid hitting our windows straight on. This caused streaks that left us no choice but to call their window cleaning service. The window cleaning service was even worse. I called the office and because of covid concerns asked if they could clean the outside windows alone. I got a lot of excuses but was assured that they could remove the screens from the outside without us having to take them out. The crew came....a husband and wife team. Said they couldn't take the screens out. My husband had to stop what he was doing and pop all of them out. We had one window in the front that was obvious they were afraid to get up to and it was cleaned poorly. But the kicker was that they hit my gutter downspout and knocked it loose with their ladder and the owner of the company said his worker denied doing it Overall......it's kind of a half assed company. read more

The grass and plants did get ruined in the process however they have been very accomodating and working with us to get this remedied. Powerwash Plus stripped and stained my deck last summer. The paint is chipping already. I called and the rep told me some long story about the base wood is causing the top paint to strip and i may have to keep getting it stripped and stained until it stops. He came and spot painted and left me a can of paint and a swat of sand paper and a brush. Not happy at all. I was insulted by the explanation when I paid them for that exact service and was nEVER advised of the possibility. read more

They were better priced than my regular contractor even with a bit of a price break from him. AND I came out to ask the gentleman (Sergio) whether I could pay him a little extra and he could powerwash our porch furniture for me, and he said, "OK, I do it for free"! THAT is customer service! Damn My House Looks Good Now!!! I have been dragging out my small power washer to clean the front of my house for the past ten years. Gladly I plan to never do it myself again! I always figured it would be too expensive to have a company come out and spray my house. I was wrong in so many ways. Power Wash Plus was well priced, friendly and did an excellent job! The service tech knocked at my door (on-time) and asked me to walk the property to assess the house and point out any trouble areas I needed addressed. After we walked the property he suited up and started to work. When he was done he wrung the doorbell and again asked for me to walk the property and verify everything looked complete. Reliable, I have used them for both power washing and gutter cleaning for years, and they have coupons too. The time before last when they cleaned the exterior of our home, there was some cleaner left on my top floor windows but it was very minimal. It came off with the first rain we had. They have very nice and helpful people on the phone to schedule the appointments also. I will use them again. read more

I have to admit I was a little skeptical as they use hot water and a low pressure system. I was pleasantly impressed. They completed the work in about 1.5 hours and my house looked great. My siding had not been cleaned in approximately 5-7 years and it needed cleaned. I also had outdoor lights strung along my backyard siding and I thought they would need me to undo a strand but their process cleaned without needing to remove the lights. Their system got both levels cleaned and all my gutters look great. Ishmael was thorough, pleasant and showed me the truck and explained the process. I expected and was hopeful for an 80% cleaning for the $239 price but I got 100% . I will be telling all my neighbors and friends about this company. You will be glad you called them. read more

Power Wash Plus checked the house at the county web site. My name was different from the house owner name. Looks like if I'm a tenant, I can't to power-wash the house I rent without owner permission? They initially told me they were very busy and I might have to wait a couple of weeks for the work to be done, but they ended up working me into their schedule the same week.
