I received a price of $325.00 per 5000 gallons delivered. So I ordered 10,000 gallons for a price of 650.00 FINE. Called back on Monday talk with owner stated I would receive on Wednesday. Well I called back on Tuesday am to see what time on Wednesday they were coming to arrange for someone to be home. Well after getting the run around I finally called back because of missed phone calls. And was told we DON'T deliver to King George we contract out to King George so you have to call that company, who by the way prices are not like there's. They lied for two days when they could have simply said the first day they couldn't delivery. They basically said look you can call the other company we AIN'T coming to that area. So trust me that is definitely false advertising. There you go BIG companies are not always the best. This company lied and are soooooooo RUDE. We had a rusted toilet flange, and our old plumber was no longer in business. Herndon Plumbing was…read morehighly recommened to us by someone who has used them for years, and we can now see why. They reponded quickly, based on our phone description and a photo of the problem, with a range of estimated costs that would depend on what they found when they were actually on site. The high end of the range was more reasonable than some of the other plumbers we had received estimates from, and the proposed fixes from those other plumbers were more elaborate than what seemed definitely necessary. John was prompt (he phoned ahead when he found he could come earlier than originally scheduled), and he quickly fixed the problem and installed our new toilet, coming in at the low end of his initially estimated range.

This is probably the worst experience I have ever had with a company…read more After dropping $28K (non-insurable damage) on remediation and reconstruction, my takeaway is that I should have listened to the constant red flags throughout the month-long process and just switched to a different contractor. You assume high dollar means high quality; throw the assumption out the window - apparently you can hire anybody off the street to do this work. First, before I could even sign a contract and pay a deposit, the remediation crew came unexpectedly knocking at my door to start work at 9am - the problem is that this was also BEFORE ASBESTOS TESTING. Servpro could have seriously endangered my house, my family, and their crew with mesothelioma due to incompetence - THIS IS INEXCUSABLE! Once the contract commenced, the remediation should have taken two days, but dragged on and on over three weeks due to laziness, being "too hot" (in spring), and I kid you not, being scared. Why these people signed up to do construction work if they are scared is beyond me, but the last thing you want to hear is that a $28K crew is "too scared" to complete a job. Every time the crew pretended to be finished, I had to expose myself to the damaged area to check over their work, point out the problems and get yelled at by office staff, and have the project manager come verify that low and behold, the client is not lying. In total the PM was at my home 5 times to ensure that the 22 line items in our contract were completed. Near the end of this process we uncovered an additional area with damage that needed an addendum, which does make getting quotes difficult if the initial estimate is not thorough. This additional work required two different remediation crews to complete since the office started catching on that the first crew was going to take too long. Luckily the reconstruction crew was completely different (a subcontractor) that actually did the job right the first time. They got their tasks knocked out over two days - and did it correctly without incident. Unfortunately for my timing, this all happened as the company exchanged franchisee owners, so everything will just be ignored as "old ownership problems", but the feedback here is not on ownership, but with the ethos of how this location can get by doing the bare minimum while charging top dollar; all with no accountability. Both pairs of gentlemen were respectful and communicative in their service visits to my home. Both lead technicians also gave us some training on how to use the new dishwasher, which was very helpful. Unfortunately, the first dishwasher that was installed quit working after its first cycle, service wasn't available for the whole weekend, and the techs return to my house to troubleshoot it to no avail. I ordered a replacement ASAP through Costco but unfortunately it could not be installed for about a week, and I think that was an availability issue with Continuum but when we had the second pair of techs come to my house for installation, everything went as expected. I would gladly have any of these men come to service my appliances in the future, no complaints, professional men. I would give five stars to the technicians, but four stars to the company for its scheduling limitations.
