    TwinTech deserves not 5, but 10 stars for their outstanding service, friendly yet professional demeanor, exemplary skill, and old school customer service. No matter when you call, they pick up or get back to you super fast. They genuinely care about your welfare and focus on your needs, not on trying to "sell" you anything you don't need the way other companies do. It's family-owned, and everything they do reflects how very important it is for them to earn their reputation for reliable, skilled service that gives you what you pay for and then some! Karen, the office manager, is a pleasure to work with, too! My Mom needed to replace her 16-year old dual purpose hot water tank, and a friend recommended TT. Not only did they do a superior job, they took great pains to use face masks, disinfectants, and other protective measures to ensure she remained self-quarantined during the COVID-19 pandemic, so she could have it done and not go without hot water! They replaced brittle old cpvc piping with all copper and redesigned the system for much easier access to the shut off and mixing valves. They even thought to re-position the tank to give easier access to the A/C unit nearby, so that if the A/C ever needed service, we wouldn't need to move the tank to get to it (which was how it was before). They make sure you benefit from their many years of experience, and your satisfaction really matters to them. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

    Called Residential Express for a full-system replacement quote in October. Was pleased with the…read moreexperience, which simply involved taking measurements and asking what changes I might want with the setup--much better than the high-pressure sales pitch from the bigger companies in the area. We pushed off the replacement thinking our unit would survive one more winter, but of course of furnace went out unexpectedly in the middle of the night during one of the coldest stints of the season. Called Residential Express the following morning, they pulled up my quote from 4 months prior, verified the price hadn't changed and were able to schedule me for a full HVAC replacement the next day. Freddie and Flavian arrived on time and were very professional moving through our house and working in our backyard and utility closet. They explained any changes they needed to make, went over the new setup and recommended service intervals, and hauled all of the old equipment away, leaving our house looking better than when they arrived. Very happy with our experience with Residential Express and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

    RES installed new HVAC in September 2021. Freezing temps last night and my heat wouldn't kick on…read more Needless to say, it's cold in the house. Literally wearing a sweater and two sweater wraps. New HVAC filter, reset breaker. Thermostat batteries are fine. Still not kicking on. Sent Yelp message to RES because they have always been quick to respond. And they did this time as well and the woman who gave me a call was nice and tried to help. Pretty disappointed that they can't quickly swing by today. From what I've read, it's likely a dirty flame sensor or the ignitor switch (neither of which is a long job - I just don't have the tools). HVAC less than 5 years old, so parts are under warranty with RES; however, I had to call someone else. Bottom line: Someone else is coming today, but I could end up paying for parts. Kind of feels like my current needs weren't lucrative enough for RES to make a concerted effort to swing by.

There was an initial mixup about the appointment time, but that was soon sorted, and Saul contacted me prior to his arrival and arrived on time. Quickly getting to work, he identified the problem with our gas insert. He was able to fix the immediate problem to return it to working order and then explained what was happening and why. He also provided what next steps would be for a more permanent solution. It was a very professional, friendly service call.

I called them and the dispatcher Heather refused to talk to me and made the other person tell me that their truck broke down and that they could possibly get me on the schedule today. Don't use these people if you actually want service fulfilled and especially if your furnace or AC has broken down. Response to Alex: your dispatcher Heather would not take my phone call and handed it over to Tyler who told me that your truck broke down. Tyler also said he may be able to get me on today's schedule. How much do you think that was going to happen? I had been rescheduled initially due to double booking the first go round and then suddenly your truck breaks down. This whole process started on Tuesday when my condenser was not working. With the upcoming weekend having extreme heat, I needed it to work. And this must be part of your problem because if you don't think making an appointment and keeping an appointment is part of your service then that is a huge issue.
