Communication from the Primo Brands main office still wasn't great; he thought he had been assigned to pick up empties. But I explained the situation and he was more than accommodating. It was frustrating to get email confirmations for two different days; Primo thought they were being nice by setting the appointment earlier - but when they didn't cancel the first confirmation, it just made for confusion when you're trying to plan your week and you end up blocking off two full days from 8a-5p ( they aren't able to narrow your delivery window until well into day of delivery).

Final update to the saga: so we FINALLY got our water delivered in mid-August, two months late from…read morethe original scheduled date. But the terrible service still wasn't over! Previous phone reps over the two-month nightmare of cancelled/rescheduled delivery dates kept promising to waive the delivery fees and comp us for several free bottles to make up for the delays. But lo and behold, when I checked our account to make sure those credits were properly applied, Ready Refresh/Primo CHARGED OUR CREDIT CARD FOR EVERYTHING. When I called to complain I very specifically told the rep they needed to give us a refund back to the original credit card, NOT an account credit, as we were not going to be ordering from them again any time soon. Sure enough, when I checked back the next day, they did exactly what they were told NOT to do and gave us an account credit instead of refunding directly to our card! It took several more phone calls over the course of a week to get this final mess fixed and finally get our refund. ZERO STARS EXPERIENCE FROM BEGINNING TO END. We've switched to a small independent local company for delivery and couldn't be happier. They may not have a fancy website for online orders and scheduling, but they actually answer their phones quickly, you speak to a live person instead of going through endless unhelpful automated phone trees, we can schedule deliveries with just a few days' advance notice, and they actually deliver on time! The difference in quality of service is like night and day.

Even though I have experience with basic plumbing projects, I didn't take any chances and had it professionally installed by a licensed plumber. The next day, we noticed it was leaking. The plumber came back and took out the filter, re-installed it, and it started leaking again. In his words: "I don't trust it." We just moved back into our house after 4 months when another water filter busted and flooded our home, so we had the Hydroviv filter removed. I'm not risking it and do NOT trust Hydroviv or their under-the-counter water filter products. I am posting a review here because I submitted the above review on their website but they censored it and won't allow it to post on their site. I have asked 6 times for a reason why and no one will answer my question. You cannot trust their website reviews when they only allow certain ones (overwhelming positive) to post. Their phone number doesn't work, their chat doesn't work, and the only way to communicate with them is via email, which, in my experience, takes 2-3 emails and a week before getting a response. Overall, one of the WORST companies I've ever dealt with. Because of their shady business practices, I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I went to 3 whole food locations today lol can't get enough of my fav hot bar food! They always have the good tenders, mash potatoes, mac cheese and veggies! Never a bad experience at a Whole Foods cuz their staff is always polite and working minding their business or complimenting me... Anyways!
