I've been coming to this studio for over a year now. The studio is small with 6 reformers. There are private, semi private and group classes. The cost of the classes are very reasonable. There is a teacher/class for everyone here. All of the instructors I have had are great and respectful. Form and technique are a priority here so I never feel like I'll injury myself and still constantly challenging myself. If it's your first time, I would recommend starting out with some private to make the most of your classes going forward. I have really enjoyed Pilates as a whole body workout. My friend wanted to try something different from your typical gym. She came upon this cute place. Nestled at the foothills of Monrovia/Arcadia border. It was recommended to take the semi private session first, just to see if we liked it. Chris Ann was our instructor for the night. Explained everything and was so open with answers every time we had a question. She made sure our firm was correct and everything went smoothly!! This pilates studios is so wonderful! I've tried a couple different studios before and Ready Sweat Go has been the most welcoming and encouraging. It's a smaller space so the instructors can really focus on each person's form properly. Jenna and Allison have both been lovely and give you different adjustments based on your skill level or any injuries. The owner, Vanessa, is also very accommodating and quick to respond with any questions. I'll begin by saying that I, by no means, enjoy traditional forms of exercise. I don't think I'll ever understand how working out at a gym or doing cardio could be fun. But, since I've been taking classes at this Pilates studio, I've come to see the benefits of exercise (and Pilates in particular)! As a newbie to Pilates, I had a lot of questions. The owner, Vanessa, was super patient and responsive. She had suggested my friend and I to take at least one semi-private classes ($55 per class per person) before the group classes. After our first class, we realized we probably weren't ready for group classes (5 people per class) yet, and took two more before purchasing the first timers group Pilates package of 10 classes ($229). I've since moved onto my second set of 10 classes ($270, or $27 per class). We started in Kat's semi private class and then moved onto her group classes. They're challenging but fun, and I feel like my bad back/posture is slightly getting better! The studio space is always super clean and spacious. At the end of each class, students wipe down the reformers so the next set of students have a clean space to work in. If you're on the fence about Pilates or looking for a new studio, this one is a gem! read more

I've only been coming to RSG for a couple of months so far, but I'm loving everything about it! The studio is small, intimate and always very neat and clean. There's plenty of parking available. There are only 6 reformers so you can be assured that you'll be getting all the help you need when you're in a class. Starting off, I've mainly been taking private sessions. All the instructors are very good but I've been working mainly with Jenna. She tailors my sessions around my needs, changes them up to keep them fresh, pays close attention to my form and makes the time together really fun! When I've had my privates, it's only been me and the instructor so it's quiet and the sessions are focused without any distractions . Vanessa, the owner, does a wonderful job in keeping the studio going. She's been so great helping me with my account and scheduling my sessions. I was looking for a new workout studio nearby post-covid and stumbled upon this highly rated studio! I love that it's a small studio with a max of 5 clients. The instructors are able to really pay attention to their clients. I appreciate all their covid precautions and safety measures. From checking your temperature to ensuring theirs a one way traffic after all the cleaning procedures are done. (You can read all about it on their website and Instagram!) I only had the pleasure of working with Vanessa once and she was lovely. She's a great instructor. The level of intensity of Pilates varies with each instructor. I wish there was a but more of a challenge and variety with one. Overall, it's a great workout to strengthen the core. I have been enjoying small group Pilates classes at RSG for the past month. I've had a couple of teachers and both have offered clear instructions, guidance, and explanations. The gym is clean, working reformer machines and equipment, and beautifully appointed. The location is easily accessible with plenty of parking. I'm so glad I found this studio in the SGV! I've attended classes with Kristen and Jacque. Both instructors are incredibly attentive to each student and prioritize form, which is my biggest priority when taking a reformer class. The studio itself is on the smaller side which I prefer with five machines available for group sessions. This environment is personally better if you're new to the reformer versus going to a bigger studio like Club Pilates or solidcore. The studio is also really clean and the students wipe down the equipment after every class. The packages are a great value compared to other studios I've been to in the past. Ready Sweat Go is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy parking. There is a small parking lot in the back and ample of street parking. Compare to other studios I've been where group classes are ten people or more, RSG has a limit of five people per group class. With smaller group classes, the instructors can pay more attention to each individual and correct postures or suggest alternative forms/weights to better suit you. The instructors are all knowledgable and approachable. They have their own teaching styles which I like because it helps to change things up. At the end of each class, the students will sanitize the equipments they've used in class. No sweats from the previous user is always a plus for me. I highly recommend Ready Sweat Go. read more

I've done pilates at other locations and this has been the best one thus far. The owner Vanessa really takes her time with each student making sure alignment and posture is always right. While classes are small, about 4-5 students per class, I think you get a better workout that will help you feel and see changes within a few weeks. I appreciate the cleanliness and professionalism of the place and would recommend everyone to sign up for the 10 class package so that you can see results. I am so grateful I found this studio! When I started 2 years ago, I had ZERO pilates experience and some unresolved muscle imbalances that were causing me pain (in my knees, hips and shoulders.) MOST FAVORITE WORKOUT. After every class, I'm always telling my friends and family "Pilates is SO MUCH FUN!" Vanessa is a very experienced instructor and gives a fabulous variety each class. For a long time I've had hip muscle imbalances, and all the moves we do in class help so much. This is the only thing that's ever helped to strengthen my hips/glutes correctly. She mixes classic pilates with modern techniques to make every class new and interesting. Vanessa is also so gentle and patient, but focused as well.
