Been going to this studio for the last two months and I'm seriously hooked!, so far taking the reformer group classes (no more than 10 students) but there are also individuals or small group classes available, will consider smaller setting once I have more experience. This is a lovely, quaint Pilates studio for all skill levels, the instructors are very kind and knowledgeable. Since the classes, I've noticed a much leaner physique, muscles in my legs and core, more energy. The classes are so fun and every instructor brings different styles, there are English, mandarin, Korean speaking instructors. I found this studio through ClassPass and my instructor was Hanna! I took the Reformer Beginner - Back to Basics class. While I unfortunately don't think I can come back here any time soon (each class they have is 15+ credits), I enjoyed my class with Hanna so much that I wanted to write her a good review. When I walked in, someone at the front desk checked me in right away and she had a warm personality! Very inviting. She shared with me that we leave our shoes by the door, then we walk down the hallway to our class. I noticed that the floor was a little dusty as we walked past the other rooms for aerial yoga and for private classes. The Pilates class room itself is clean and designed well. There was plenty of space between one reformer and the next. Hanna explained all the instructions clearly and she had good pacing. She made sure that our form was correct throughout. It was nice that there were only three of us during my class so it felt like we were getting more attention. I also appreciated how encouraging she was and the music selection on the background made the entire time pass by like a breeze. My feedback would be about the reformer machines themselves. The reformer machines felt a little cheap just because the ropes would make this sound while we would be pushing to get resistance that I haven't heard from other Pilates studio machines. I saw some fraying on my ropes specifically. The platform also felt more narrow than the average. I was still able to do the exercises but as a 5'3 girly, I felt like I had the longest legs in the world. Overall, I'm glad that there is another Pilates studio near me that has dedicated parking and talented instructors. I hope they consider checking the machines every now and then for wear and tear but other than that, I had a wonderful time! read more

Come here mainly for pole via Classpass but haven't been back because it's been costing over 15+ credits, but I love Ruby the instructor so wanted to give her her flowers in this review. Story time - I've taken a class once elsewhere, it was my first class in a long time and that instructor basically just left me out in the cold as she tended to her more experienced students, chatting and cackling away with them as she gave me random conditioning exercises to do. I felt very alone (and also out of shape) that I was too scared to ever go back to another pole class. Two years later I decide to take a class with Ruby and that was completely night and day. Everyone in the class was so sweet and encouraging and even though I was new and inexperienced, Ruby gently reminded me that everyone always start somewhere and that we should always be proud of our progress, big or small. So if you ever want to try pole, Ruby is an excellent instructor to get you started. She's so talented and really cares about her students and their success and I feel very lucky to get to learn from her. read more

This studio is very Mandarin-heavy. The classes can be conducted in English but instructors have heavy accents and seem to prefer to teach in Chinese. If you guys have ever been to Fine Yoga in El Monte- I think the owner opened up this new studio in Arcadia. They offer private and group yoga, aerial yoga, reformer pilates, and other types of pilates classes. Once you enter, take off your shoes and put them in the cubby. Someone will check you in via their phone. The floors are really dirty- the bottoms of my feet turned black lol... but it's fine I guess. Bring your own yoga mat for yoga class - if you forget, they can lend you one. My yoga class was conducted in half Mandarin, half English - it's confusing and difficult to keep up with the language switches, but the instructor was pretty hands-on (which I liked). There's free parking in the plaza parking lot - spots are small. There are 2 gender-neutral restrooms - relatively clean. No showers, no lockers. read more

I took the group Pilates Reformer class and it was fantastic! All of the instructors were friendly and attentive. The instructor made sure to correct posture when needed, which was really helpful. The studio is very clean, and all the equipment is wiped down with Clorox after each class. read more

Booked a pilate reformer class through class pass. I arrived 15 min early and there wasn't anyone at check in so I just kinda sat there and waited for everyone else to arrive. Finally, one of the instructors in another session noticed all of us standing in the waiting area and directed us on where to go. The class itself was fine, I definitely got a good sweat out. Love this place ! The moment you step in, the welcoming atmosphere is noticeable, friendly front desk staff are incredible. They make signing in easy. Booking your next class is even easier if you use their third party platform apps. The Pilates instructors are top-notch, clear instructions and help correct your posture. The equipment are well maintained. Rooms are clean and neat. If you are new in Pilates, no worry, the studio offer a one time Free 30 minutes class, so you don't have to panic of your first class. This Pilates studio surprised me a lot. Both Michelle and Huihui are very professional. They not only teach the movements but also provide detailed explanations on how the muscles engage, how to perform correctly, and how to maintain a neutral body position in daily life. I've been doing it for three months (2-3 times a week), and my posture has improved a lot. I can clearly feel that my muscles are growing and my fat is losing. My shoulders, neck, and back feel so much better, I wish I had started practicing it earlier. It's a lifesaver for those of us who sit at a desk for long hours! The studio has a very clean environment, plenty of equipment, the other groupmates are also very friendly. There are a variety of courses available, and those classes can be booked by the App, allowing for flexible scheduling. I highly recommend it! read more

I LOVE this place!!! I have been wanting to join a pilate studio for quite a long time. I was SO excited to see U+ Fit opened. The studio has several room to accommodate different type of classes. For me, thw best way to check out the various classes was through the Mindbody App. We used the "new student" 2-class semi-private special promo before signing up for the 50-class semi-private package. JinJin and Michelle were fantastic and the classes found muscles/ligament that I did not even know I had. It was fun and energetic. This past Sunday was my friend's birthday, and the six of us girls went to try Ariel Yoga together! The instructor was great--since none of us usually exercise, she started with the basics. Love this place! Tried multiple different pilate studios and by far this is the best one. I have no pilates background, the instructor guided us to the right form instead of focusing on rushing you through the reps. They will check each one of you and give you guidance, make sure you do not injure yourself, and give you alternate exercises if you have injured history to make sure you're comfortable. read more
