My AC was busted and I needed a new unit. I was giving a more than fair price for a beautiful unit, and it was installed promptly. Scott had my unit installed in a matter of hours and my home is now cool and comfortable, also, my AC bill has been cut in half!!!! I would recommend this company to everyone. You deal directly with the owners, something that is rare these days. Thank you Scott and Lynda for helping me with my AC needs, I will definitely be using this company in the future. Shannon M

Before I go into the details, I just need to say this upfront. I have never been more impressed and…read moremore thankful for a company's service. I can't stop thinking about it! Now let's get into the story. I ended up coming home and my air-conditioning was broken for at least a day and a half. I called company A ( not naming for respect purposes) and they ended up quoting me $2300 to fix one little crack in a copper pipe, and to refill the Freon. I knew something was wrong so I decided that I would call a different company to compare the quotes. After speaking with Air Force One, they told me that that was way out of proportion, and that they could offer me a better price. Linda told me on the phone twice that Scott was the best in the business and he is the best at what he does. I told her I was going to hold her accountable for saying that and she was right. Scott is the most honest, caring, helpful, and kind spirited HVAC service man you will know. He was nice enough to let me come on top of the roof and see exactly what he was doing because I wanted to learn a little bit about the air conditioning unit. He has been fixing air conditioning since high school and that should tell you a lot about the experience he has. After everything they ended up quoting us $774 and saving us $1500... I know it's disgusting that the other company was going to charge us $2300. Overall, I just have to say that air force one air conditioning is that one company that I just so happen to call that turned out to be the best experience in the world and Scott and Linda truly are a power couple and I have so much respect for all the work and service they do for the valley. So what I want you to do is if you ever need your air conditioning fixed or you know someone that does please refer this company because I promise you will not be disappointed. It was one of those experiences where you just can't stop telling everyone how good it was because of how much money you saved and how nice everyone was. Also, one last note Scott was telling me that someone left a bad review on yelp and it turned out They never actually ended up servicing that person ever so I hope it wasn't a fake review but regardless, if you ever see a bad review for this company. I call bullshit. Just to tell you what type of person Scott is... you know how us customers are always willing to give our air conditioning guy's water bottles??? He was nice enough to offer me an ice cold water bottle! HAHA! I really can't say enough, so just know that this is the best company in Arizona if you need your air-conditioning fixed at a reasonable price and with outstanding service. I'm sending so much love to you, Air Force, one air conditioning. Thank you SO much for everything!

Then within a week the unit stopped working. They came back, same technician, extremely rude and acted unprofessional as if I inconvenienced him. He looked at the unit and within a few minutes told me it was fixed. Next day, same problem, unit blowing at about half the capacity. I called and spoke with management, who agreed to send new technician. New person arrived and advised I needed a new belt, which he comped because of bad experience. Next day, still not working. Look at the video, does this look like quality work? The belt is so loose and out of balance, it's pathetic. Look at the calcium buildup, all occurred during this period of two weeks when Morehart was "working on solution". Do not use this company. Mike worked well with us and our landlord to get things fixed. He was nothing but kind, respectful, and helpful. The first time the AC went out he had it fixed within a couple of hours of us calling him and he was able to set it up with our landlord so that everything was paid for and taken care of by time he got here. Just this past week, our AC unit gave out completely and this time we needed a new unit. He was out again within a couple hours and even though it was determined that our AC unit was dead (turns out it was almost 20 years old and everything was falling apart on it, wow!), he got right to work. It took the weekend for the new unit to arrive, but he gave us updates and worked as quickly as he could to get our air back up and running. Luckily as renters we aren't financially responsible for house upkeep and maintenance, but he apparently gave our landlord a deal since he had just been out the week before which brought the total to only the amount for the second visit. Mike was easy to get along with and kept us informed on the steps he was taking and the timeline for completion. He even installed a Wi-Fi capable thermostat so we can control the temperature remotely. Another great thing is that our dogs love him! They are a bit protective so we usually kennel them when a repairman comes to the house, but he took the time to sit down and play with them during his first visit and now they are super comfortable with him. Our little one likes to follow him around and watch while he is working and he is happy to have the company. Great company, great results, and I will definitely use Aqualine when we buy a house of our own. They have locations all over the valley which is extremely convenient.
