Richard and Carolina are passionate, well versed on the real estate market, selling trends and associated documents. They have a great backup staff and good inhouse escrow. Mari, their assistant was on top of every single issue and they all worked diligently and on a timely basis. They constantly kept me informed and quickly called back anytime I had a question. 4 other agents gave me comps and told me the houses should be listed for $40K to $50K less than what Victor and Carolina felt the house should list/sell for. They pointed out many positive things about the house and the area and were very enthusiastic. In addition, they had the lowest commission rate than anyone else. I listed with Victor and Carolina, from Re/Max and the house sold in about 2 week. The fantastic thing is that it sold for the top asking price they recommended. If I had gone with another agent, I would have lost tens of thousands of dollars. read more

The only reason I could justify 1 star is that they were nice. If you are a first-time home buyer I would not recommend using this agency or their realtor Saul. They made so many promises that now we know better than to believe. There was little communication and they would not explain anything even if we would repeatedly ask for clarification. We had a 60+ day escrow. 60+!! They had us change lenders halfway through and still wanted us to apply to another one for an FHA loan after the last lender stopped answering. I don't know how but they had the loan documents drawn up before all the contingencies were met and the clear to close was given. The seller also had to contact us a couple of times to say that their agent hadn't heard anything from ours. We lost 4k+ on this deal and we didn't even get the house. They said they felt bad and would cover the cancellation fee we were charged but that was another lie and now they're no longer answering us. Avoid this place at all costs. We truly trusted them to guide us through the process and we ended up worse than we started. Save your time and money and find a better place. read more

Re/max Champions needs to do a better job on back round checks before they just hire any realtor to represent their company. Gina Rovere is the most dishonest realtor I have ever met. She sold my house in Temecula California back in 2019. She guaranteed that the commission would be a flat $5,000.00 in writing. ER Donahoe, her broker at the time, charged me $19,000.00 commission, and said I could take them to court. Gina claims to be a Christian woman!! Go figure. read more

Did not like with working with Vena and Daniel Rubalcaba. They did not communicate well during the transaction which cost us extra delays. They have tried to slip in costs under the radar at the last minute that the seller wouldn't pay and instead of discussing or negotiating it, slipped them into the documents at signing, for the buyers to pay. Their ethics are not very high. They almost completely ruined the transaction by not realizing until AFTER FUNDING that the 2nd lien went to another company, so we had to wait another 2 weeks with the threat that the other company could demand thousands more for the 2nd lien payoff. Their broker has an escrow tied to their real estate company, so if they make you use their escrow because they have a short sale listing, be prepared to get high pricing and extra fees on the escrow services. Real estate brokerages should not be able to have escrows in-house, or make buyers use them. But it happens a lot, and is unfair to buyers because they're the ones who have to pay less-than-competitive escrow fees. But who's going to do something to change the regulations on this? The Department of Real Estate does not adequately protect buyers. read more

Judith Lui was the worst property manager I have ever had to deal with. She delegated final walk throughs, that would determine the deposit return, to other tenants instead of showing up herself. In fact, she never showed up herself for anything. She never answered the phone or returned calls. Just extremely unprofessional overall. This is very very sad that people really think they can get over on you like BEA WALLACE did myself and my boyfriend... she is very unprofessional and GHETTO to the 3rd POWER... I leased a house to buy from a private seller... My contract states that I have 30 before my lease is up to send my landlord a letter stating if I was going to buy and when the closing date was... My contract is up July 31st... On June 25th I get a letter from Bea Wallace stating that I have 30 days to move and to pay my rent to my landlord as usual and if we were looking for a home she would help me find one... Prior to getting my letter from her she contacted me telling me that she had the perfect house for me... I then made arrangements to go see the house... My boyfriend and I went to see the house... she told us that we could get the home... we did the application like she told us... we BOTH have EXCELLENT rental history... Both have GREAT JOBS... We paid the application fee and also the deposit which she told us would secure the house.. On July 2nd I got a call from Bea asking if I would allow the people who are trying to buy the house that I have a Leasing to BUY contract on to come and see that house... I agreed since I was going to be moving anyway... NO PROBLEM... today July 3rd... I got a text message from Bea asking me to Please contact my landlord about my rent... I then text her back, saying I thought you had nothing to do with my rent then I sent her the confirmation from Navy Federal stating that my rent is paid already... I then got a call from Bea stating that my property that I was going to rent wasn't going to work... I told her that I had a feeling that she was operating business like this... (SMMFH) and that I wanted my money back and wanted it back today... I pray that she doesn't ever sale another house in her LIFE!!! You don't play with people.. I am filing a complaint and I will be contacting the BBB on these people... I will raise enough HELL until something gets done... she was wrong on all levels... I would highly recommend anyone in search of a home to work with the dynamic duo Victor and Carolina from Remax, my story starts when I called another realtor separate from remax, I was working with this realtor and I honestly felt like I was doing all the foot work myself in my efforts to find a home for me and my family. My brother in law had the pleasure of meeting Victor and Carolina at a open house and got their card. my brother in law saw that I was frustrated because the realtor that i was working with was going to be gone on a vacation and had not mentioned it to me or even had a back up plan as far as If there were listing I wanted to see, who would I contact??? she literally was going MIA while I'm trying to find a home. frustrated and angry I called Victor and Carolina and they too were on vacation in Florida. Victor advised me that they will be returning in a week, but not to worry because he would take care of me?!?!? how .....right??? to be completely honest with you I was not happy, but then to my suprise this Oscar from remax calls me up with in an hour representing Victor and Carolina. I was surprisingly very shocked and pleased. Victor was true to his word when he said he'd take care of me and he'd have someone assist me in any questions or any needs I may have in my search. the gentlemen was ready and showed me 3 homes that day. I really respected and appreciated the aggressiveness the duo had in the service they provide. I mean to take time out of their vacation to take on a new client!! right before the duo were to return from their vacation I found a listing that I was very intrested in. the funny part about this was we were out with a remax agent earlier that day and came home had dinner showered and were in bed look up listing. when we found a listing at somewhere in the neighborhood of 1030pm 11pm. I sent over a text to the realtor never in a million years did I think he would do what he did. He suggested we go out and see it now!!! Ha ha ha the realtor me and my wife all in pajamas!! It was that moment that I knew I made the right choice to work with Victor and Carolina of remax. That listing had just been put up that day and a lock box was not even put out yet. looking like stalkers in pajamas we searched around the house since it was vacant and contacted the listing agent. she fortunately was very pleased and laughing when we told her we were outside the house in pajamas. Me and my wife remembered advice that Victor had gave us, which was make a strong offer and gave examples a strong offer to us. So that night we made an offer Victor And Carolina were to return in the morning. I had victor on the phone with my Leander and the listing agent all working to get me a house I hadn't even seen inside yet...ha ha ha well I'm very happy to say 8 years later, living in the house Victor and carolina worked so aggressively to help me get. We did our research before finding an agent to sell my home. I interviewed 6 agents before deciding on Mike Hsieh from this office to sell my home. He got my house in escrow in 2 weeks! He told me how to position my furniture and stage my house to make it look more appealing, and sure enough, it helped! He even took professional photos of my home and made it look amazing! He coordinated all the inspectors and contractors for me, no headache at all! Very professional attitude and patient. Great overall experience! read more

I had such a bad time dealing with these people at this Remax location. It stills upsets me to think about it, even though it was over 3 years ago! I had to deal with them due to an agreement I made with the seller of the house I purchased. Bad idea. Even my realtor was very upset for the lack of respect she received when trying to work with them. Very unprofessional, unorganized, no communication to me or my realtor, made promises but never kept them, said would return phone calls but never did. My realtor nor I actually never did receive a phone call from them, we had to call them and leave message after message and then keep calling to see if they would answer. They took their time to get their paperwork complete, which made escrow go much longer than it should. When it came time to do the signing, the agent would not do the signing with us, said come back next week when i have more time. My realtor had to do some major butt kissing just to get the notary (who was studying to be a realtor) to be able to do the signing for her. To top everything off at the end, they said they would call us when complete and give us the keys. No call to me or my realtor, nothing. I went by the house a few days later to find out that they took the lock box and just left the keys in front of the front door for anyone to just take. I had no idea the keys were just left there and glad no one vandalized the place or took the keys! (the good news is my realtor had copies made, just in case, during all the other cr@p) No, I would not recommend them! read more

Well...I should have checked the reviews before I submitted my app to rent a very nice home from Jessy Oloscoaga at Re/MAX. I just lost $60 on the app fee. My husband and I made more than enough money to rent a house we looked at and our numbers were verifiable. Jessy wanted to call our current landlord (who didn't know we were moving yet and we are on a month to month) to verify rent history. Who does that???? That would cause a very uncomfortable situation with our current landlord who isn't aware we are looking for a new home. Jessy was short and rude on his text messages and wasn't even aware our application was at his office until I called and notified him. Very weird since he was nice in person. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY - BEWARE!!!!! They have no business ethics. I oversee five companies and know what discretion is....these people should be pros at it. read more

I have to write this review about how completely heartbroken I am by the unprofessional Jamie Hennessey!! Never have I ever encountered a more thoughtless real estate agent. She was the selling agent on a house we fell in LOVE with. We were the first offer on the house and from the beginning she told us to come in high with our best offer. We came in full asking price, she acted like it wasn't good enough, asked if we could offer more! NEVER EVEN GAVE US A COUNTER OFFER or followed up with our offer. House was on the market 2 days before we came in full price and Jamie never had the seller reject our offer or send us counter offer! All she said was it wasn't good enough and we had to do better!!! How are we to know what we should offer if we are never even given a counter offer! Our agent had to hound her just to get updates or any confirmation she received offer. Then gets offended because my agent keeps contacting her, well hello Jaimie if you never respond and an agent has an offer in with buyers who are in love with the house you're going to get phone calls!!! That's being an agent!!!! How hard is it to respond to an email in a timely manner! From the beginning she knew we loved the house and we were prepared to play ball. We had a full pre approval with better than 20% down and she still insisted we get pre approved by her lender! Our offer is every realtors dream!! Yet, it wasn't good enough for Jaimie! All the unprofessional behavior made us realize we might have to just let this house go. March 11th she calls to say it's falling out and if we still want it? well, of course we do! But she wants us to come in $10k above appraisal?? She goes days without responding and finally after my agent bothered her enough, she sent an email saying it was closing next week!!! There is no bidding war since she refused to counter offer or send rejected offer signed by seller!!! She is greedy and rude!! STAY AWAY! and karma will get her. We missed out on our dream home because she is greedy! I understand a selling agents job is get the best price, but it's also their job to present all offers to buyer and counter offer. I then exchanged text messages with Victor. He did give me a call and I missed it. I called RIGHT back and got voicemail again. I then sent a text and Victor said they would call me at 6:30 that night. I did not receive a phone call and Victor sent another text indicating it would be best for him to call the next day. I gave him a time to call and never heard from Victor again, nor did I receive a call from Carolina. This is a horrible way to do business. This review is on a so called Realtor JAIME HENNESSEY she is the most unprofessional and rudest person. I am a seller and she had the buyers as her clients. Her first correspondence ever to our agent was that our house was disgusting and the next day a full price offer came in from the moment we accepted the offer (big mistake) she has done nothing but trash our home myself and husband verbally has called us liars and accused us of non disclosure everytime she did this we would prove to her she was incorrect, never did she apologize she is nasty hateful person. The worst part is we have never even met or spoken to this women all her horrible interactions are on text and email and she has said so many derogatory comments about out us with no validations. She made this whole experience a huge nightmare. I'm just so glad we finally closed escrow stay clear of this agent...she almost lost the deal for her clients a few times. I met Al outside a house he claimed to own and was renting in the city of Fontana a few weeks ago. Since I was looking for a 1bed house this was perfect!. I liked the outside of the house however, he did not want to show the inside since he claimed it was under a complete remodel. Al asked me to send him a copy of my ID with current home address in order to do a background check in the meantime (I thought it was odd that no social was asked and thought he probably was not planning on doing the check and was just testing me). Regardless I sent him what he requested and after not hearing from him for days I texted him asking when I could see the inside of the house???? He did reply and said he would ask his maintenance guy and mentioned he had to go out of the state and said the house would most likely be ready to view hopefully by Wednesday so I waited, and waited, and nothing!..Today I texted him asking him to tell me if house was rented since I felt he was lying to me this whole time, and sure enough my intuition was right! he replied that the house had been rented out already!! Oviously I'm very upset and replied to him that I would report him!! ....He is very unprofessional!!!! I worked for a property management and there are laws that protect applicants and I sure will look further into this!!!! read more
