Find a Different Escrow Co. This one does not do what they say they are going to do. I am an independent notary hired by them. They (Ashley) sent me out for a signing, I completed the job and due to their error, I had to go back again. They asked me what I would charge to go back, they agreed on the price and now will not pay, telling me that there is no money in the escrow account (Miriam). Because they are not honest, and they lie. Why bother with a company that does not support their hired help and follows through with what they say they will do. read more

To me legacy first escrow was ok, but they are not very patient, and they don't keep you informed about your paper work. They think that everything runs on their time and that we as buyers have to drop everything, when they call or need something. Example wiring money they tell you at the last minute what you need to do. I don't buy homes everyday, so it is foreign to me on all that has to be done.
