Norma has been our escrow officer and she is hands down one of the best in the business. She has years of experience and can handle any situation that may arise. The clients absolutely love her, she's patient, professional and is always there to help answer any questions. While most escrow officers stop answering their phones after 5pm and on the weekends, she truly loves what she does and has answered our calls after hours and on the weekends and even holidays! She goes above and beyond and that is rare in this industry. I always say, it's not the brokerage but the agent that makes a difference and the same goes for escrow. read more

Stephanie helped me with my property purchase and was very communicative throughout the whole process. She made a very stressful situation and easier one. I'm thankful for her. read more

Lack timely communication skills, not closing on time due to their inability to get us the closing documents for signature on time.

Cool, Calm, and Collective is usually not the way you would describe homebuying, especially in this tough seller's market. As a buyer, I could not have been in better hands when it comes to opening and closing escrow smoothly. Stephanie helped me from start to finish, from giving me the confidence in the beginning that we WILL close, to going above and beyond to get the job done. I knew from the start I was in good hands. It was my first time buying a house, if I am fortunate enough to go through it again, I know who to call for escrow. read more

I want to take a moment to send a tremendous recommendation to anyone needing a great Escrow Company/Escrow Officer. Stephanie Siberg, Escrow Officer, at Legacy First Escrow in Diamond Bar was so professional and efficient, knowledgeable in getting my Escrow deals closed in time. Stephanie organized that all documents were prepared in advance and notary was sent to my office for quick and easy signing. My Escrow closed the following day. I highly recommend Stephanie at Legacy First Escrow. read more

I highly recommend Stephanie with Legacy First Escrow. Her service to myself and my clients is always exceptional! She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of and best of all, her attitude is so welcoming and positive. Real estate transactions can be stressful and overwhelming and having a team who helps guide the process along in a way that makes it enjoyable and manageable is wonderful. Consider Stephanie with Legacy First Escrow for all your escrow needs! read more

Worst escrow ever... I've never seen a escrow respond days after request of documents. then come to try and blame others for their mistake and delay. don't even provide updated estimates as requested. who charges escrow fee over thousands of dollars and doesn't do their job to the fullest? they try to push it to others to do their jobs! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, I don't understand the agents who use them. probably receiving something on the side for luring their clients to this trap. read more

terrible service they never even bother to mail my information to the state so I could get my deed. I only found out by accident that nothing has been filed. The agent Stephanie promised, she would return my escrow fees, but that was a lie so now I am retaining legal counsel and will be serving them. This company is unprofessional and unreliable. Do no business with them read more

Find a Different Escrow Co. This one does not do what they say they are going to do. I am an independent notary hired by them. They (Ashley) sent me out for a signing, I completed the job and due to their error, I had to go back again. They asked me what I would charge to go back, they agreed on the price and now will not pay, telling me that there is no money in the escrow account (Miriam). Because they are not honest, and they lie. Why bother with a company that does not support their hired help and follows through with what they say they will do. read more

Stephanie is amazing! She makes every escrow go smoothly! Super thankful for her! Highly recommend using Stephanie for your escrow needs!

Excellent service from start to finish. Very communicative and everything was kept moving along the entire process. I will definitely use Legacy First for future needs and highly recommend Mrs. Stephanie Alting Siberg for all her help with the process. read more

To me legacy first escrow was ok, but they are not very patient, and they don't keep you informed about your paper work. They think that everything runs on their time and that we as buyers have to drop everything, when they call or need something. Example wiring money they tell you at the last minute what you need to do. I don't buy homes everyday, so it is foreign to me on all that has to be done. No a very good experience for us as buyers. read more

Thank you Carmen!! As a real estate professional, it is extremely important who i work with and who is handling my transaction. Carmen went above and beyond to answer every single question thrown at her, and makes time to speak to her clients. She has great communication whether it was by phone call, text and email and would even respond on weekends. My clients were very pleased with her service because is was stress-free and easy. Carmen is a team player and even will go to meet the client in person for needed documents or signatures, and there are few escrow officers that will do that, and being bilingual helped out tremendously! I intend to work with Carmen again on future escrows and recommend her to my realtor partners! Thank you again Carmen!! read more

I've had the most amazing experience with Legacy First Escrow. As so has my mother. Ashley and her staff exceeded every single one of our expectations from start to finish. It is so hard to find reliable, trustworthy, caring and genuine people in this business and Ashley has been all that and more. She will go over and beyond for you. Even come in on her day off to close the deal. Thank you so much Ashley you are a ROCKSTAR!!! read more

Tammy Flavin was an exceptional escrow agent. We had a very tight close, and she was completely on top of things. As first time buyers, she put us totally at ease. We just paid our property taxes recently, and her advice to hold back x amount on top of what escrow had listed was pretty much correct to the dollar (which is what prompted me to write this). We would absolutely recommend Tammy & her team, and will hopefully use again one day. read more

As a former escrow officer and now full time Realtor, I can honestly say that a escrow officer can sometimes make or break stresses of a transaction. They are often the overlooked when things are going great and the first one to be blamed if there's a hiccup. I can also say how incredibly relieving it is to have a knowledgeable, competent, hard-working, above and beyond go-getter as an escrow officer on your side. I have dealt with many escrow officers and I've had to babysit my transaction and Files because their lack of initiative or knowledge. The weight off my shoulders knowing that I have an experienced and professional escrow officer such as Tammy Flavin and an escrow company such as Legacy escrow allows me to focus my efforts on helping my clients. Tammy truly goes above and beyond exceeding my expectations at all times. I would never request or expect her to stay late or come in on weekends but she does it to make sure we are all taken care of. She understands these are not files that she is dealing with, she understands she's dealing with pe oples lives. I Tammy and Legacy First so much! read more

The importance of a good escrow officer in a real estate transaction cannot be overlooked. With that said, having been in the business for 23 years now, I have never worked with a more professional and knowledgeable escrow officer than Tammy Flavin. Having Tammy in your corner ensures that your transaction will get closed and all documents will be thoroughly reviewed. Tammy cares for each and every one of her clients and truly goes above and beyond what's expected! read more

Worst escrow! They lack of knowledge. Don't know what they are doing. I had the worst experience. They kept one of my checks that was suppose to be paid to a credit company! Every time I tried to call and ask about it they transfer my call to leave a voicemail. read more

I've been working with Jacquie for years. Her service is second to none. She will go above and beyond for every client we have referred to her. Jacquie is not a 9-5 gal. Definitely give her a shot! read more

This place deserves ZERO stars. Legacy Escrow doesn't adhere to contract specifics - I don't know how this place is in business.

I went through my first home buying process recently (which obviously you know is so much fun!) and I cannot tell you how grateful I am to have Stephanie as my escrow officer. Not only is she very knowledgeable, professional and efficient; she is extremely kind and caring and will go out her way to make you feel at ease during these intense/stressful times. I can truly say I would recommend her to absolutely anyone and everyone. If you are in any doubt about finding an escrow officer..you don't have to look any further because Stephanie is your girl. If you are an agent that needs an escow company that allows forgery and phoney signatures, faking documents, to close escrow then this is your place. If your a buyer or a seller who is begging to get ripped off then this your place. My favorite part of my experience was asking Ginny questions and her answers were empty. After that she stopped taking my calls. But if all goes well, ill be seeing her in court. read more
